- Jasmin (9/5): It was nice, still worth it for the price. - I like the location, the convenience with checking in and out, undercover parking and the place is huge, perfect for our family and even our friends went to visit us and we can accommodate them. I like that there are heaps of kitchen utensils available and almost everything is provided for us. The aircon is not working and the place is a bit old and sometimes smells old. Good thing the weather is nice, if it's in summer the aircon would be a deal breaker.

Wonderful space, design and overall. 4 lifts meant no wait time. Being on the 33rd floor made it feel super luxury. Carpark fit our car which is 2.04 Metres which is a bonus considering many carparks had a limit of 1,95m. The air conditioning was broken in the whole building for our stay. It was raining for the first night, which meant we could not have any doors/windows open which meant it got stuffy inside as there are no ceiling fans. We understand the host could not control this. Hard to find the carpark from written instructions.

Brilliant value for money at the time we stayed. Whilst keys are located off site; clear, timely and concise directions were given. The allocated car park is tiny, very narrow.

The entire Tower 1 block has had no air-conditioning since 13th March, so our 10 day stay in April was pretty uncomfortable although fans were provided on request. We had the balcony doors open permanently with the neighbour's smoke blowing in. Very disappointed. We were given 10% discount at the end of our stay. Would definitely have cancelled the booking had we known in advance. Apartment (1293) is quite tired, broken bedside tables, lamps with switch broken off...better accommodation out there for the price.

An email was sent out to our junk mail a day prior to our arrival which we did not see. Upon entering the lifts, we see notices that the aircons have been out for an entire month and none of this was communicated to us upon booking. Apartment also had no fans 😒 which left us with no way of cooling down in the scorching heat, especially at night

Upon arrival the room looked like it was under construction. Exposed wires hanging out of wall, drop sheet at entrance, gyprock all over floors. Kitchen cabinets open. Staff not helpful.

The apartment was very spacious and had alot on offer. Unfortunately, the aircon in the buildimg was not working. When waking up and getting back to the apartment to wind down, it was very uncomfortable even with the fans going the rooms were very hot and humid.

It was clean and everything we needed was provided for cooking, cleaning up etc. The room had a lot of marks and damage to the walls and the couch kept separating (sectional). For a full week not enough toilet paper/dishwashing liquid was provided meaning we had to buy big replacements for 2-3 uses.

Aircon was out in the whole building and had been out for over a week prior and was expected to take 4-6 weeks to fix. They could have informed me ahead of time, instead letting me know once I’d checked in and had no alternate options. 30 degree + weather without aircon was miserable. Do not recommend.

Once you’re there you don’t have to move your car unless you want to drive somewhere as there is shops right below you. I did find it a little tricky trying to find the place but I’m not good in the city so that’s more me and nothing to do with the property

- Pamela (7/5): Great birws and location, let down by a few easily fixable things, and lifts that should work better. - The location was excellent, as was ease of access (picking up the key etc). The size of the apartment was great. The view was excellent. I really didn’t like that there were broken sliding door locks to a few of the balconies - only one had a working lock. We had a teenager who sleepwalks and this property was on the 40th floor. These locks should be fixed immediately. Anyone with kids would want to be able to lock those door at night. The lifts were TERRIBLE. We wired 20 minutes or more. They were very slow, I think because one wasn’t working. The TV in the master bedroom only works on shot four free-to-air channels. No streaming services. That was hugely disappointing and for the money you pay for the apartment, this should work. The ensuite bathroom doors don’t work properly- one won’t close and the other one is hard to push back one you do pull it out. The owners should consider putting some basic pantry staples in, like salt and pepper. They needed more dishwashing and laundry detergent rather than one tiny sachet of each. There was a terrible lack of hangars, not enough to hang clothing for a week. The apartment needs a bit of upkeep, it looks a bit shabby. The pool area definitely needs to be up-kept better - the paint needs re doing and some of the facade of the rocks was chipping off.

It was frustrating and annoying to collect keys from a different location especially when you have a family full in a car and have to try and locate in and driving in one way directions to do a few laps in the car till we found it then had to drive around the corner to try and locate the place we were staying at. then the time waiting for the lift was disgusting. The smell in the foyer and lift was horrendous.

- Tasha (8/5): Make smoking zones. - Great location, great facilities, easy allocated parking once you find it. So many people smoking and vaping in the public areas, around children in the pools. The hotel has a no smoking policy even on balconies. I am a non smoker but would have no issue smoking from balconies or designated zones to stop children having to sit next to people in spa's and bbq area whilst doing it.

- Justin (3/5): Third time I have stayed at this resort however I will make sure I do not book the same room next time. - The property is in a great location central to the heart of surfers and a big bonus was the shopping centre right on your door steps. The property is advertised for families of 5 however to have an extra person the rollaway bed will only fit in the main bedroom or in the living area which does not have a Blockout blind which means it gets very light in the morning. Another thing the air-conditioner did not work. The Control Panel is very old and outdated. It wasn’t displaying any numbers or temperature and it was blowing out hot air the last two nights of our stay which made it unbearable for sleeping making us wake up in the middle of the night. Lastly it has two showers, Both of the showerheads need replacing one sprayed out mist and the other one felt like needles not very relaxing after a long day at theme parks. The pool area looks lovely however was very dirty with litter and even a nappy scattered around the area.

Locating the parking is a bit of a maze, and navigating in between the towers is a bit confusing. Apartments are not serviced for longer stays. Bathroom doors needs locks, as privacy becomes an issue with groups.

This was not easy. This was not the owner of the apartments' fault or the booking people. I was disappointed as I booked this apartment for this resort pool shown on photos.

- courtney-anne (10/5): - We loved the location & the pools were amazing! Will definitely be back! Was perfect for our 14 month old. It had everything nearby that we needed. The only thing i could fault was that the bedroom didn't have blackout curtains, so it was so bright at 5:30 in the morning.

The only thing i would say is that is needs better lighting as it was so dim in all the spaces and also needed more than just one towel, handtowel, bathmat.
