• George (7/5): Pretty good - Breakfast was terrific and the pool was great except that no staff ever came out to skim the water for bugs and debris, that I saw.. One of the air conditioners in my suite did not work properly. Needs maintenance for sure. My air conditioner didn't work properly. The TV entertainment was pretty low end with only 50 channels and no streaming options or on demand entertainment. Hard to find a channel for my child. The pillows were little squishy squares, no support.

• Mary (6/5): it was an ok stay, but the on line pictures of the room were misleading - my husband liked your breakfast offerings the room needed to be dusted and the armchair was filthy (almost to the point of needing to be discarded)
• Jeremy (4/5): We needed a place to stay and it was there. It was disappointing and not clean. - The place is not at all as depreciated in the photos. The room was not very clean. We had to wipe down the couch and soiled two washcloths in the process. The balcony door was broken and did not lock, we did not feel safe. The mini fridge did not work at all and never got cool. There was stains on furniture, cracks on bathroom floor and stains on the walls. We told the front desk about our safety concerns and they apologized and provided us a pole to put in the sliding door m, but they couldn’t change our room as they were booked. Though there appeared to be PLENTY of spaces still in the parking lot. The condition of the rooms and lack of safety from non properly functioning outside doors to the room (balcony). The air conditioner units were caked with dust, dirt and grime that the air could hardly go through.

• Kittycat100years (10/5): Cleanest hotel in erlanger - This is a really clean hotel. The breakfast buffet was superb. The outdoor pool was really nice. The front entrance has beautiful flowers. Unfortunately no shuttle service.

• HeathWagner (8/5): Convenient location in Erlanger…. - Traffic was backed up getting into and out of Cincinnati so we decided to do an overnight. This County In. Was located off of I-75. The hotel is updated and is located near dining and shopping options. Obviously, the pool is closed this time of year, but it looks to be nice for use during the summer months. The price was very reasonable given that to other nearby hotels. I can suggest staying here and would do so again in the future.

The parking lot is busy & chaotic, esp. in the front & not so great in the rear. The room & bed were mostly clean, but showing a lot of wear. Our room smelled of cigarette smoke despite the hotel being listed as 100% smoke free... I would not choose to stay here again.

I was NOT happy that housekeeping entered my room while I was out. Especially after receiving an email stating they clean the room after 3 days. I was only there 2 nights and one day. I also asked at the front desk before going out if they automatically enter the rooms, and was told no. Do not disturb signs, that they don't have, would have prevented this.
• Mark (4/5): - Pet area was fine Bathroom door did not close, if you turned on the tub, the shower ran on top of you when you didn’t want it to, there were dead bugs in the room and the windows were so filthy. You couldn’t even see outside.

• Megan (10/5): - I stayed in this hostel and it was a great experience! This was my first time ever staying in a hostel, so I was quite nervous, given my young age as well. I opted for the female only dorm room. I did arrive super late on my check in day, so I didn't get to explore the property much or talk to anyone, and just went right to bed. Instructions were super clear and easy, it made my check in seamless. Parking was clear and there was never a problem finding a spot even when the hostel was full. The guests staying here were extremely friendly and I met a new friend, and we went on a hike together and jumped in the lake! Amenities were great, the bathroom was always spotless and easy to use. They have really thought of everything including earplugs just in case someone is snoring! The hour drive to Jackson is also super peaceful and beautiful.

My husband and I both did not sleep well and were very stiff in the morning. The hotel is clean and the staff were great, however I will not stay here again due to the issues we had.

On the negative side, the building is obviously old and the age is showing. The worst thing was the beds. They were pretty uncomfortable and they had THE WORST pillows I’ve ever seen. They were tiny, lumpy and way too soft. It was shocking. I would probably stay again, but will absolutely bring my own pillows.
