• chia chi (10/5): 超讚 - 最初のお問い合わせの時から、到着後のスタッフの対応まで、本当に素晴らしく、とても感動しました。 日本語が分からず、英語も得意ではない私に対して、スタッフの皆さんは終始とても親切で、根気強くコミュニケーションを取ろうとしてくださり、本当に嬉しかったです。 東京はテンポが速く、人も少し冷たいと聞いていたので、来る前は少し不安でしたが、このホテルではその不安が完全に癒されました。 防音もとても良く、2泊の間ずっと騒音が全く気になりませんでした。 とにかく、このホテルはスタッフの方々から設備まで、悪いところが一つもありません！ 「東京に来たらまた泊まりたいホテル」ではなく、私は「このホテルにまた泊まるために、もう一度東京に来たい」と思えるほど大好きになりました。 沒有！還真的沒有！硬要說，就是廁所沒有垃圾桶

• kei (9/5): とても良い宿泊になりました。 - 2口のコンセントがベッドの枕元の両サイド、テーブルなど多数あり便利です。また枕元の両サイドにも照明器具類のスイッチと小物置きのスペースがあり、充電中や睡眠中の携帯電話の置き場所に困りません。良く考えられていると思います。 立地も良く、駅から右方向に直進のみでホテルに到着出来るので道に迷うことがなく安心。 4/23昼前に荷物を預けに立ち寄った際のフロント女性の対応が非常に丁寧、説明も優しく親切でした。早すぎたチェックイン時のフロント男性も、ラウンジを案内してくれるなど素敵な対応でした。 唯一あるのは、眺望の良い客室をリクエストしていましたが、1階の客室の案内で景色を楽しめなかったこと。

• Yutaka (9/5): アクセス最高。コスパ最高。 - 駅近、周辺に飲食店が多く、観光客より地元の人が利用しているお店が多かった。北千住駅はJR、地下鉄などが乗り入れていて、都心へのアクセスがとても良くて便利。今時の23区内ではとてもリーズナブルだと思います。次回も泊まりたいと思いました。朝食もバイキングで種類も豊富で満足しました。 特にありません。

• Nozomi (10/5): - チェックイン時のスタッフさんの対応がすごくよかったです！説明もわかりやすく、丁寧に対応してくださいました。お部屋の中はとても綺麗で、大浴場も女性はパスワードを入れないと入れないようになっていて安心して入れました。あとはカレーうどんが美味しすぎました！お金を出しても食べたいくらい美味しくて、カレーうどん食べたさにまたここに泊まりたいねと連れとも話しています笑 価格もお安く、トータルの満足度がとても高いホテルでした！また泊まらせてください！

• Sharon (7/5): Value for money with great location - Hotel location is very convenient. There are many eateries, shopping mall and Kitasenju station that is just within 3 mins walk. The hotel provides unlimited coffee, tea and soft drinks from 6.30am -10.00pm. Room is a bit too small and ground floor rooms might be a bit noisy as you can hear people walking and talking on the street.

• Laura (9/5): - The location was convenient to the station and the staff were very helpful. The rooms were clean and well-appointed. The shower and tub were very nice! I wish the common area was a little larger or had a separate lobby area from where breakfast was served. I was traveling with a group and I felt bad disrupting diners when we'd meet in the mornings prior to leaving the hotel.
