Tuvimos un percance con nuestra cuenta de Netflix, la usamos en el TV y por error la dejamos abierta, y para nuestra mala suerte, realizaron una actualización de nuestra cuenta y nos llegó un cobro extra porque realzaron compra de más pantallas. En cuanto lo informamos al anfitrión dijo que lo revisaría pero el cobro ya estaba hecho.

- Jacek (8/5): - Lokalizacja w centrum, 10 minut od stacji, 5 minut od starówki. Świetna baza wypadowa na zwiedzanie okolicy. Bardzo pomocny personel. Dostępne nawet codzienne sprzątanie pokoju. Śniadania codziennie takie same i dosyć proste, ale smaczne i świeże. Widok z okna słaby, ale to centrum miasta, więc nie można oczekiwać cudów. Troszkę mała kabina prysznicowa (80) i mężczyzna z szerszymi barkami ma trochę ciasno, ale to detal. Ogólnie jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni.

L'hotel si trova in una posizione centralissima, perfetta per girare la città a piedi. Il personale è stato gentilissimo e la pulizia della camera impeccabile. L'unica nota dolente è stata il divano letto: purtroppo non si è rivelato all'altezza del resto della struttura, risultando piuttosto scomodo durante la notte. Un vero peccato, perché per tutto il resto l'esperienza è stata da 5 stelle. Consigliato per la posizione e la qualità dei servizi, ma spero possano migliorare il comfort dei letti aggiuntivi."

- Christoph (9/5): Gerne wieder. - Ein schönes B&B – kein Hotel, sondern eine persönliche Unterkunft mit Charme! Die Zimmer sind schlicht und modern eingerichtet, die Lage kaum zu übertreffen: 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Bahnhof, die Altstadt erreicht man in nur 3 Minuten. Das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstück ist typisch italienisch und einfach gehalten – für mitteleuropäische Gaumen vielleicht etwas spartanisch, aber solide. Insgesamt eine empfehlenswerte Unterkunft für alle, die Bari zentral und unkompliziert erkunden möchten. Kleiner Nachteil: Honig, Butter, Marmelade sowie Seife und Duschgel werden in Einmalverpackungen gereicht – hier wäre ein umweltfreundlicherer Ansatz wünschenswert, denn so entsteht viel Plastikabfall.

- Christoph (9/5): Winda dla seniorów - Przytulne studio, nie hotel – klimatyczne i z osobistym charakterem! Wnętrze urządzone jest schludnie i nowocześnie. Lokalizacja jest znakomita: 10 minut piechotą od dworca kolejowego, a stare miasto jest dosłownie za rogiem – zaledwie 3 minuty spaceru. Personel jest miły i pomocny. Dla seniorów szczególnie ważne: w budynku jest winda, co docenią osoby, które nie chcą wspinać się na 7. piętro pieszo. Bardzo przydatna jest również możliwość pozostawienia bagażu – idealne rozwiązanie przy późnym wyjeździe. Śniadanie jest typowo włoskie i skromne – do prostego, ale smacznego. Polecamy szczególnie starszym podróżnym szukającym wygodnej i centralnie położonej bazy w Bari! Mały minus: masło, dżem oraz mydło i żel pod prysznic podawane są w jednorazowych opakowaniach, co nie jest zbyt ekologiczne.

- Sarah (5/5): Disappointing and not what we had paid for - Spacious room and bathroom, lovely staff in building Not as described in written description. We expected 2 roomed Junior suite as in written description- but just given one room - when questioned we’re told the pictures in the booking reflected the room (they did) but when queried why the written description didn’t match was not given a reason. Also no internet connection to TV so no cable channels available, no Tea/Coffee making facilities in room (as advised in written description), definitely not soundproof, and our shower unit fell off the wall in the middle of the night. Shuttle service did not show up, and after chasing a number of times were told a problem with the car, and not sure how long they would be so suggested getting a taxi from airport (€10 cheaper than quoted for shuttle). Finally, be aware rooms on 7th floor, ok if you don’t mind lifts, not so ok if you have mobility issues and there’s an emergency…. We did raise this with the management there, but unfortunately asno one else had ever mentioned these issues, they could only offer an ‘inward’ facing room - not the 2 roomed Junior suite suite we expected. We made the decision to leave as found it all a little upsetting

Geschäfte und Restaurants sind in direkter Nähe. Die Zimmer ist am 7. Stock, aber es gibt einen Lift. Das Zimmer war angenehm groß, vorallem das Badezimmer. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Ein kleiner Balkon war auch vorhanden. Das Frühstück ist typisch italienisch.

- Ema (10/5): - We enjoyed our stay. The staff was amazing, very responsive and communicative. The location was great, it was the cleanest apartment we ever stayed in. The breakfast was ok, we could have had some more diversity. Everything else was good. The only thing to improve would be the access to some cutlery or bowls to have a snack or something else in the room.
- Enciu (10/5): - Totul a fost la superlativ, am ajuns în prima parte a zilei și au fost foarte cooperativi în a ne caza cat mai repede, curățenie în fiecare zi, în caz ca veniți cu mașina, fiind în centru se găsesc locuri de parcare foarte greu, însă personalul ne îndrumă la un garaj vis-a-vis unde poate fi parcată!! -

Dejamos las maletas luego del check out para recorrer la ciudad, que gentilmente nos guardaron hasta la vuelta. La limpieza impecable. El tamaño de la habitación también. Calidad de toallas y sábanas perfectas. El desayuno muy correcto y rico. La ubicación inmejorable para hacer todo caminando. Se agradece la variedad de tes que ponen a disposición que viene muy bien al llegar de la calle, del frío. Super recomendable. Quedó corto el tiempo para poder disfrutar más días de la encantadora Bari y mejor aún en este alojamiento. El tamaño de la ducha podría ser un poco más amplio. Mi marido que es alto tuvo que arreglarse para poder bañarse y a la vez mantener la puerta cerrada.

La situation est bonne, près du centre historique et au centre du quartier piétonnier mais il est difficile de trouver une place pour la voiture car contrairement à ce qui était indiqué. Il y a un vrai problème pour garer la voiture. Il n'y a pas de parking attaché au B&B. Il y a un parking (cher) en face de l'immeuble. Petit déjeuner correct mais pas généreux.

- Maria (7/5): Privacy ma non troppo - Tutto bene foto corrispondenti allo stato di fatto dell appartamento suddiviso in 4 stanze (semplici stanze senza le caratteristiche di suite o junior suite o deluxe) che condividono una sala colazione con due tavolini alti ed uno basso. La criticità della sala colazione condivisa non solo è alimentata dal fatto che se tutti gli occupanti delle stanze decidono di fare colazione nello stesso momento non ci stanno ma si aggiunge che , secondo il proprietario, hanno diritto ad accedervi altre persone/ospiti provenienti da altre sue strutture…..A me è andata bene perché ho prenotato le 4 stanze condividendole con i miei famigliari ma ho ritenuto assurdo dover lasciare la sala colazione velocemente oppure essere costretta a svegliarmi presto perché dovevano arrivare ospiti esterni alla struttura. Ritengo che la sala colazione è un servizio comune messo a disposizione delle sole persone alloggiate nelle 4 stanze e nessun esterno dovrebbe accedervi (come del resto prevede il regolamento sul servizio di preparazione e somministrazione alimenti e bevande per il b&b in materia di sicurezza alimentare)
