- Maria (3/5): Исключительно для спортсменов - Персонал любезный и приветливый Все ужасно, а именно : синтетическое (!) белье, трещины в номере во всю стену, неудобная кровать, тухлый сыр на завтраке (это не преувеличение). Кроме того, в лобби стойкий запах пота , тк там находятся раздевалки. Если вы не спортсмен и не теннисист, который играет и отправляется спать в номер, вам в этом отеле вряд ли понравится

- Robert (8/5): Несмотря на негативные отзывы, у нас остались хорошие впечатления: комфортное проживание, чистота и внимательное отношен - Вежливый и отзывчивый персонал — на ресепшене всегда было минимум два сотрудника. Все наши пожелания, указанные заранее, были учтены. Очень хорошая чистота: ежедневная уборка, горничные всегда вежливо спрашивали, удобно ли убрать номер, регулярно обновлялись гигиенические принадлежности. В номере было тепло и комфортно, комната просторная и светлая, иногда даже оставляли открытую дверь на балкон. Завтрак довольно простой и без разнообразия. Ничего критичного, но без особых ожиданий. В теннисном корте было прохладно, поэтому долго играть было не совсем комфортно. Впрочем, это вполне объяснимо, так как был зимний период.

- ugur (5/5): Nicht empfehlenswert, es gibt sicherlich bessere Alternativen - Die Lage war okay Das Zimmer ist sehr eng und es gibt keine Ablagen, der kleine Schrank hatte auch keine Bügel um die Jacken aufzuhängen, alles ist abgewohnt und renovierungsbedürftigt, Bett fande ich auch nicht bequem, auf keinen Fall ein 4 Sterne Hotel maximal 2-3 Sterne, ist das Geld nicht Wert, Frühstück konnte ich nicht testen weil ich in der Nacht abgereist bin da ich mich überhaupt nicht wohl gefühlt habe und nicht schlafen konnte

Вежливые, внимательные, улыбчивые, искренние. На третий этаж не хватало горячей воды, я принимала душ на 1 этаже у бассейна. Не работал телевизор, хотя это было неважно. Не было фена, но его быстро организовали, когда спросила.

- Svenja (4/5): - The bed was comfortable. It feels more like a tennis club than a hotel. We booked this place mainly because of the parking, but when we arrived during rush hour – after informing them in advance that we were coming by car – the receptionist told us there were no spaces left. When I asked what we should do, he didn’t care and offered no solution. Even though I mentioned that we booked specifically because of the parking, he just smiled and said, “that’s bad.” In the room, there were not enough towels and the shower water was cold. Many things seemed a bit broken. The pool also felt misleading compared to the pictures – you need a swimming cap (available for rent at the entrance), and it was crowded, its not a comfortable place to sit on a sunbed. Breakfast was disappointing as well. There was very little to choose from, and although it runs from 9 to 11, when we arrived at 10 most items were already gone and not refilled. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I would not book again.

- Galina (9/5): Pleasant surprise! - The location is pretty central and there are many food and wine stores around. We were given an extra room for our daughter - free of charge. It was vey ry nice of them. Both rooms had large balconies - where we could enjjoy evenings withGeorgian wine and fruits. This hotel is part of the Leila Meskhi tennis academy so you can actually use sports faciloities from 7 a.m. till 10 p.m. The breakfast is better than reviews say and has almost everything you might need. Special thans to Lika, a hostess in the cafe, and the receptionissts. Too many people inj the pool early in the morning - regular clients from the city. Still, you can find gaps in their schedule dyuring the day

The beds don’t have proper sheets. When you wake up you are sleeping on the bare mattress which in my opinion is very unhygienic. Moreover there were only two towels per guest over the 4 days we stayed there.

Good facilities! Clean and comfortable stay! Good breakfast! VERY helpful, hospitable and professional management , in particular Экатирина/Katerina is always willing positive and willing to assist, to provide useful information and to find solutions and help. WiFi -low speed and bad connection at times.

- Polina (7/5): Hotel in the centre - The location is nice, just in the centre. Even though the gym was not new, it was still comfortable and there was a lot of equipment to use. The beds are comfortable but we didn’t understand what was the gap between the beds - like there were two single beds together but it was mattresses. The staff at the reception was nice but we needed to ask every step because they didn’t tell about the opportunities their hotel provide - like where is breakfast, gym, swimming pool, how to use tennis court. Cleaning women were also nice and always left us water and toilet paper, because the time for cleaning was not convenient for us. As soon as we got inside the room, we noticed that the floor wasn’t washed, maybe only vacuumed, because my socks turned from white to black. We also had only one towel for two of us in the room so we needed to ask the receptionist for the full pack for two people. One of them arrived towels had seen better times. And the bedsheets also had holes from the cigarettes even though it’s forbidden to smoke in the room. The breakfast was every day the same and quite poor. One day ants crawled around the cookies. Even though the breakfast is from 9 to 11, every time when we came at 10:30 there were either no plates, or no cups, or no glasses left. Only one day out of 5 that we spent there we saw a woman bringing more cups at 10:40. Other staff at the entrance of the gym or swimming pool was rude, didn’t explain anything and we again needed to ask everything we needed to know. A woman in the swimming pool approached us angrily when we were swimming without swimming caps. It’s better to mention it somehow to people before they enter swimming pool zone, no? Or to hang signs. Or to give caps in the entrance. I’m going to this pool on my leisure, it’s is not a training pool, is it. If it is, then why is it in the hotel. And why there’s a zone to sunbathe then. The swimming pool was the main point why we chose this hotel and not another. I checked all the dates, and the fact that the pool was inside not outside, and therefore isn’t closed in autumn, winter and spring. We arrived and went to the pool and they just told us that it was closed for two days. We were very disappointed, because I chose the dates carefully to be able to swim, and because no one tried to tell us that before our arrival. We waited for two days and tried to use the pool again, and we were told that the water was changed there and now it’s so cold that impossible to use the pool.

- Aghasi (4/5): Below Average Hotel, Not a 4-star One - Definitely not a 4-star hotel. There was a squashed cockroach on the bathroom wall, the towels were not prepared for 2 people, and the pictures of the breakfast have nothing to do with the reality. There was only about 20% of the food on the table. The pool was also very disappointing - very crowded, dirty, and cold. The locker-room was flooded the whole time, people there did not seem to mind it though. Overall, this was a pretty disappointing experience. There were other actual 4-star hotels that I could have stayed at for the same price, but unfortunately I wasted my money on this one. Would not recommend it to anyone.

- Wrighty626 (6/5): Worth it if you're looking for a hotel with a half decent gym and sauna. - Gym and sauna are decent for a hotel, this made it worth the money (although they were both paaacked!). Use of gym and sauna boosted my rating of this hotel. Bathroom was decent, and blackout curtains made for a great sleep. Staff weren't rude, but came across very disinterested at check in/check out, no smiles, looking bored on their phones. I get that hotel receptionist isn't a dream job, but its basic customer service, and when you have been travelling 7 hours in a bus all day it would be nice to be greeted pleasantly. I even walked off in the wrong direction to my room after checking in and no one stopped and corrected me, just went back to their phones... Hotel room was very tired looking.. But bathroom had been renovated.

- Mehrzadvrd (7/5): Normal 4star Hotel with in perfect location - The hotel located on the perfect place in the heart of the city close restaurants, shops, metro stations, etc which provide a perfect accessibility. Also the manager was quite supportive and changed our room on request to a bigger room The Breakfast was poor, and room service was weak so that some rooms doesn't have the water boiler while other has. Also, our (double)room had a single size blanket

Mattresses where not comfortable, didn't get the beds that i wanted, i took the place for the pool because of my kids and they said my kids can't use it. Food was the every day,same few options every day and really tasteless would push my self to eat and even then I would almost not eat and i really look forward to morning breakfast on hotels. Nothing like the picture
- Garikv12 (4/5): This does not quite satisfy the number of stars that is indicated on the website. - The only positive thing I saw there was that there was a swimming pool and that was it. Nothing more positive.I would definitely not go there a second time. To be honest, I was expecting more. According to the comments, they provided free wine there, but there was no such thing. The hotel staff did not know Russian or English at all. The cashier at the reception was doing a terrible job. The breakfast was very small, for example, if you didn't go to the breakfast room at 09:00, but you went at 10:00, there was hardly anything left to eat. In short, I would definitely not go here a second time.

- Anna (8/5): - Ok experience. Had a fire alarm in the hallway beeping low battery. Reception had difficulty understanding the annoyance during night and said it will be fixed the next day. All good in the end though, as I myself suggested a change of room and this was made possible
