Patricia Maria (5/5): Tegenvaller. - De kamer was prima Het ontbijt is tot 10:00 uur maar het personeel gaat al voor die tijd opruimen. Bij het zwembad stond de muziek heel hard aan terwijl er 4 gasten waren. Het personeel bij het zwembad kijkt veel op hun telefoon. Het is ook raar dat je bij het zwembad pas na 15:00 uur drinken kunt bestellen. Dus als je in de ochtend bij het zwembad gaat liggen moet je uren wachten totdat je iets kunt drinken.

Ariana (3/5): Obsoleto - La habitación es enorme y cómoda. En general todo obsoleto, grifos sueltos, paredes sucias, personal sin inglés, toallas de baño deshilachadas... esos pequeños detalles que según entras ya empiezas a ver, pero luego... Aire acondicionado del cuarto muy ruidoso y estropeado, solo tenía on/off y temperatura, no se podia calibrar la intensidad y pasábamos frio por las noches ya que nos daba el chorro directo. En cuanto al restaurante de la piscina no abre hasta las 15.00, lo que se hace incómodo en una ciudad cuya vida comienza al caer el sol, te fuerzan a salir a la calle a comprar comida y bebida. A la par que es inexplicable que no quieran ganar dinero hasta esa hora. Constantemente los huespedes entraban con comida de fuera que gustosos habriamos pedido dentro de existir la opción. Te obligan a devolver la toalla si te vas un momento a la habitación, aunque vuelvas en 3 minutos, es agotador. La música de esta zona, supuestamente para descansar, está tan alta que teníamos que hablar a gritos entre mi marido y yo. Éramos los únicos huespedes y pedimos 3 veces que la bajaran, y nos ignoraron siempre. Solo un ascensor para 15 pisos que también usa el staff, por lo que mínimo hay 10 minutos de espera cada vez que quieres cogerlo y, mientras esperas, en las zonas comunes del hotel no hay AC, y los ventiladores no funcionan. También obligan a hacer todo juntos si vas con alguien, ya que es obligatorio usar la tarjeta de la habitación para usar el ascensor (también inexplicable). Por este precio y mas baratos, hay hoteles mil veces mejores.

Begoña Esteban Ugalde (7/5): Mala elección. - El día que llegamos nos dieron una habitación vieja, sucia y no funcionaba nada, al día siguiente nos la cambiaron y ya nos dieron una mejor. Lo que ocurre es que las fotos cuando eliges el hotel no tienen nada que ver con lo que es, las fotos se hicieron cuando el hotel era nuevo. Pero para pasar dos o tres días pues vale, el desayuno es variado y abundante. Tuvieron un detalle que no me gustó, un día se me quedó la taza del café pegada al plato, cuando cogí la taza el plato se cayó al suelo y se rompió, al pasar por recepción lo dije y me hicieron pagar 10 dólares por un plato normalisimo, al decir que que caro era el plato me dijeron que normalmente cobran 20 dólares, así que encima me hicieron un favor.

Claudia (10/5): Sehr schöner Aufenthalt - Das Zimmer war sehr schön, modern, groß, top ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Es lag im 13. Stock und wir hatten eine schöne Aussicht über Phnom Penh. Es sind in dem Stockwerk nur 3 Zimmer, daher bekommt man von den Zimmernachbarn gar nichts mit. Sehr freundliches Und hilfsbereites Personal. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut, lohnt sich auf jeden Fall. Ich persönlich fand die Musik auf der Dachterrasse zu laut. Auf unserem Zimmer im 13. Stock hört man sie auch noch.

karolina (8/5): Było w porządku ale ogólnie obiekt zaniedbany przez personel sprzątający i naprawczy. - Personel w recepcji. Wielkość pokoju. Zużycie pokoi i jakość sprzątania. Brak komunikacji z kucharzem. I obsługa śniadań która nie przynosi produktów które się skończyły pomimo prośby! Co ogólnie jest skandalem skoro zapłaciłem za śniadanie i jestem w trakcie jego wydawania! Droższe i większe pokoje są od strony klimatyzatorów sąsiedniego budynku i w nocy hałas jest dość duży. Basen słaby a sprzęty przy basenie bardzo zniszczone. Ogólnie recepcja ładna reszta poprawna ale zaniedbana lub zużyta.
Olga (9/5): Great hotel for a few nights in the capital! - It was a lovely furnished room with good beds and shower and a beautiful view over Phnom Penh. It has a great toproof restaurant with a fantastic view of the capital and the food is excellent but pricy. Very helpful and friendly personnel. It has a big pool on the top floor! The loud music at the toproof restaurant .

Damian (8/5): Very pleasant stay - Przyjemny hotel, duże pokoje, wygodne łóżka, dobrze wyposażone pokoje i łazienka. Fajne widoki z okien. Uprzejmy personel. Byliśmy na jedną noc i było bardzo komfortowo. Zimna woda w basenie.
