• Barbara (10/5): - Guido, the owner, was absolutely amazing. Guido responded very quickly to our inquiries, was very accomodating and pleasant. If we needed anything, Guido was right there to assist us. He also recommended a fantastic restaurant to us. And he was right. It was fantastic and right down the street from our unit. The B&B was in a perfect location for us. It is very walkable to the Vatican, St. Peter's Square and Basilica, Sant Angelo Castle among other points of interest. The variety of breakfast items, coffees, juices, etc. were the best we have ever encountered. If you are looking for a place to stay in Rome, don't pass this one up.
• Thomas (10/5): - Spacious and tastefully decorated 2 bedroom apartment a short walk from St. Peter's Square. We only stayed for one night but the accommodation is well provisioned for an extended stay. Our hosts were very welcoming and made us feel right at home. We especially appreciated their advice for visiting Vatican City and their recommendations for dining nearby.
• jan (10/5): - It was easy walking distance to the Vatican, restaurants and shops, the Tiber river and famous bridges and the castel sant’Angelo. I loved having a separate living area and lots of fruit was provided. A very friendly host, great stay.

• M1568GUheatherk (10/5): FANTASTIC! - Roma Borgo91, in a word, was fantastic! Guido spent valuable time with us sharing all the Rome secrets. Accommodation was comfortable and well located. My only suggestion... maybe a hard boiled egg for breakfast, as a protein alternative.

• Q1109YJdand (10/5): A real blessing! - So clean, and our host, Guido, is the real deal. He is so diligent, and so helpful. Guido is resourceful and very prompt with his assistance. Our room was a nice size, and overlooked a very cool narrow cobblestoned street that had much history. The location is a short walk to famous tourist sites, restaurants, and yet still affords much peace and solitude. Guido always had a very nice breakfast waiting for us, and the coffee was tremendous. We travelled from America, had trouble with flight cancellations home, and Guido took the time to get us organized with new flights (better flights than we originally had), ordered up a ride for us, and we were set free with the desire to return to his hospitality.

Our family (2 adults & 3 children) had both the rooms (whole apartment) which was great. Guido is a very kind and generous host. The breakfast is excellent (plenty and a wide range). There are great restaurants nearby. This is the second time we have stayed here we enjoy it so much.
• Cydney (10/5): Hospitality plus! - A very nice, updated apartment conveniently located 3 blocks from The Vatican. Safe area. The host, Guido, graciously allowed us to drop off our luggage early and greeted us upon arrival. Our room was nice and had a safe and a room key. The fridge was filled with juice, milk, fruit and other foods. Wonderful 3-night stay while we explored Rome.

• Andy (10/5): - This B&B was a great choice. It’s in the centre of Vatican City and only a 15 minute taxi ride from the downtown train station. It was very clean and comfortable and Guido, the host is very knowledgeable about the whole area so he offered a lot of helpful information. There were plenty of breakfast options at the B&B and dozens of great restaurants within easy walking distance. My wife used one of the Hop on Hop off sightseeing tours when we stayed there and one of the stops is only a 15 minute walk from Roma Borgo. I would definitely recommend Roma Borgo!

• Kimberly (10/5): - This is a fantastic place to stay if you are visiting Rome. It's very walkable to the Vatican. The owners are extremely accommodating and sweet. They are also very helpful ahead of time with planning--from transfers to various places (airport or port), to where to eat, to having a great spread for breakfast! Highly recommend!

Beautiful small apartment with two rooms - perfect for a small family. Also the neighborhood has some great eateries all around. But Guido was super helpful with his little trivia and gave us some really good tips.

• amandaaU2654DQ (10/5): First trip to Italy! - If you are staying in Rome I highly recommend staying here! Guido was so very helpful calming my nerves about our first trip to Italy. He literally sat down with us when we arrived with a map and spent some quality time going over all the local things to see, it was so helpful and he was so nice! The room was just right for the two of us and the breakfast layout was always top notch! One street over provided so many restaurant options and it was a lovely quiet street to stay on. I will for sure stay again on my next visit!
• 296lg (10/5): Perfect Location - Amazing Hosts! - Everything about this place was perfect. Location just steps from the Vatican. It was about 2 blocks outside of the Vatican walls on the Museum side. This was not a touristy area, which was perfect. Close to restaurants and taxi stands and metro. (We walked almost everywhere.) Our room was nice. They have a patio if you wish to dine outside. Amazing hosts - Guido offered many tips on restaurants and places to visit. He had breakfast ready each evening so we could eat at our convenience. More food than anyone could possibly eat - variety of breads, jellies, cereal, meat, cheeses, fresh fruit and juice. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Rome!

• Shanon1972 (10/5): Super location, super hosts!! - What an amazing B&B! Our family traveled to Rome for the week between Christmas and New Year's and Roma Borgo 91 was the perfect place for us to stay and have a home base in Rome when we had day trips to other cities. The location was so convenient being right next to the Vatican, it was roomy and the beds were very comfortable, the snacks available were great, and it was nice to have an outdoor terrace. Most of all, the hosts were so friendly & helpful, and had great communication! We surely hope to get back to Rome sometime in the future and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again!

Guido was very helpful and provided us with information and help when it was needed. Highly recommend this location, but be aware the unit is shared with another renter. Separate bedrooms and divided bathrooms, not in the bedrooms, but the kitchen, patio and living room are shared.

We benefited from good advice to optimize our stay in Rome and I will not forget the accompaniment during our waiting hour following the delay of the shuttle that was to take us back to the airport! He knows a lot about Roman history and it Isa placer to talk to him. The apartment is very clean. Coming areas are clean too, with elevator the building was easy to find and he was waiting for us giving us all kind of information.

Early check in, late checkout, airport transfers organised and way cheaper than a taxi. 5 stars for the rooms, communal area and breakfast - we booked the two rooms of the B&B. We had the entire place for us. The breakfast is great and big. 5 stars for the aircon - it was heatwave in Rome and 40 degrees everyday. We really appreciated to have the air con in our bedroom and communal space. We also really appreciated to have double glaze windows. The bedrooms were really quiet. I highly recommend this place. I will stay there again next time I am in Rome. Excellent place and owners. *****

Highly recommend it if you’re able to. If you stay, do yourself a favor and take the metro when possible. It’s very easy to navigate and much much cheaper and easier than trying to get a taxi. Overall great place!
• GAM422 (10/5): Lovely Accommodations in a fantastic local neighborhood. - The cutest apartment in a quiet location. The owners are SO very KIND, attentive and take pride in their apartment and neighborhood. They helped with so many things as we planned our dream trip to Rome. The apartment is spacious, the beds are super comfortable - we never woke up complaining of a bad night's rest. The breakfast choices and Nespresso machine were fantastic to have! Loved the patio area as well. Great places to eat and enjoy a beverage in walking distance. We ended up doing most of our souvenier shopping in this area as well - after visiting Florence we purchased our leather goods here. We will absolutely return!

• Verena (6/5): - Die Unterkunft liegt grundsätzlich an einer guten Lage. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich. Wer gerne mit geschlossenem Fenster schläft, ist hier richtig. Für alle anderen: Nachts hält ein LKW direkt vor dem Fenster und öffnet direkt darunter ein Rolltor. Und die vielen Rollerfahrer sind auch nicht gerade leise. Abfalleimer im Bad und im Zimmer wurden gar nicht geleert.

It is a very clean and cute place. Best of all is its service. The owner communicates to us to make sure things are ready for us when we arrived. He is not only showed us the place but also give us a lot tour information about Vatican City. He is so nice and informative. Breakfast is good and well prepared and set up for us in advance. We are very happy for our stay.

The accommodation is excellent and is located in a quiet and safe location minutes from the Vatican and even has a lift!. Clean, Comfortable. Large traditional style room. Breakfast in abundance and access to food and drinks anytime. We were allocated a shelf in the well stocked fridge too. We met Guido on arrival, what a pleasure, we were made to feel very welcome and he took time to show us attractions on a local map and listened to what we would like to do. His knowledge was amazing. He also told us about nearby restaurants which were excellent and did not break the bank! Guido also took time to confirm our taxi to the airport. I would highly recommend staying here and would certainly return. Thank you!
• JACQUELINE (10/5): - This was a real gem of a find. Close to the Vatican and nearby restaurants which didnt break the budget. We were welcomed by the amazing Guido, his knowledge of the attractions were next to none, he took time to show us on the map places we woud never have thought to go, where to eat organised our taxi to the airport, his advice was invaluable. He prepared the breakfast each day and we had a dedicated shelf in the fridge with an abundance of food, which we could use anytime of the day! Fresh fruit, tea and tea and coffee also readily available. Our room was large, comfortable beds, fresh towels, and we liked the towelling robe supplied. The external private bathroom was compact, powerful shower. There are 2 rooms in total whuch are let, but i was a bit nervous about that, but we we were were all so busy our paths rarely crossed. Overal i woukd highly recommend staying there and would return..

• Erika (10/5): - The owners of this b&b are amazing. He gave us a ton of information and history about may sites around Rome. He suggested a number of great restaurants very close to the b&b. It is only about a 5 min walk to St. Peter’s basilica. The neighborhood is very safe and petty quiet. There is a breakfast selection set up every morning and they provide extra food on your own personal shelf. They definitely make it feel like your home away from home. You even get your own bathrobe. It is like having your own apartment rather than a hotel. The couple staying with us was very nice and we never had any issues. It is only a 10 min walk to the metro station which is great to get around to the main sites and is easy and affordable to use. I highly recommend to anyone staying in Rome.

You can walk or use elevator. The street is not busy.

Some shared areas (living room & kitchen) but private bedroom & bathroom. Would recommend as long as you’re ok with running into some fellow travelers in the apartment.

Flat itself is beautiful and spotless clean. Delicious breakfast is always a bonus before all day of sightseeing. I would be happy to stay there again.

They run Roma Borgo91 and I can tell you from our first meet and greet to our last day in Rome they were super great.
