- Verified traveler (4/5): Mauvais - Hôtel qui mérite une rénovation, il semble figé 20 ans en arrière. Nous avons eu une chambre avec un rideau de douche sale et un toilette qui fuyait. La propreté laisse vraiment à désirer. À l'arrivé, ils n'avaient pas notre réservation, nous avons du patienter 30 minutes... Parking toujours complet, il faut se garer sur un parking en face de l'hôtel. Mauvais rapport qualité prix, très cher pour la prestation. Je ne reviendrai pas dans cet hôtel.

La piscine la hammam au top les lit de très bonne qualité.. la chambre spacieux la télé dommage il n’y a aucune chaîne en Français et elle ne fonctionne pas top !

- peggy (6/5): - J’ai été déçu les photos sur le site sont magnifiques mais en arrivant dans l’hôtel déception les couloirs sales les vitres sales des matelas et lits bébé dans les couloirs pas de frigo dans la chambre le buffet du midi cher60 dinar par personne et peu goûteux j’ai fait une réservation hammam et massage la personne qui m’a fait le gommage je la retrouve le lendemain a nettoyé ma chambre donc cela n’est pas des esthéticiennes qui sont au spa,le linge de lits très anciens, produits d’accueil limité à 2 savonnettes pour trois personnes pas de gel douche ni shampooing Petit déjeuner varié goûteux vue magnifique sur tabarka et on est à proximité de la plage l’hôtel ne vaut pas un 4 étoiles
- Hervé (2/5): Hôtel indigne d'un 5 étoiles - Hôtel surcôté, ne mérite pas ses 5 étoiles, à aucun niveau sauf le prix. 1 seul ascenseur pour tout l'hôtel, donc on prend l'escalier l'eau chaude s'arrête en pleine douche le petit-déjeuner indigne d'un 5 étoiles l'état général nécessité une rénovation profonde Bref, heureusement que nous ne sommes restés que 2 jours Hôtel à éviter

- Rick (4/5): - Hotel was very dirty and old, beds were hard as rocks. Staff was good overall and the food at the restaurant by the pool was good despite the limited menu. The food for breakfast and dinner was not very good. The pool and beach area were good though, our son had lots of fun at during our stay. I will not stay here again.
- Khaled (6/5): - bonjour, l'accueil trop froid avec quelques manières pas agreables, a arrivé la dame de l'accueil na pas trouver ma réservation effectuée chez hotel.com desuite cest apres une longue demie heure qu'elle a réussi à la voire sur leur système, en plus avoir bien etre installé dans la chambre qu'elle ma demandé de rajouté un supplément pour la taxe de séjour pourun enfant de 17 ans sans qu'elle mexplique de c'était une erreur de sa part en mettant le tort sur moi de fausse déclaration or jai bien mentionner 17 ans a la réservation (pas trop agréable). en plus certains personnels ( ex : bagagiste...) parle de loin au Clientèles je trouve ça pas trop professionnelle. le reste reste correcte Cordialement.

- Mohamed Ali (6/5): In Tabarka gibt es besser möglichkeiten zum Überna - Grosses Hotel das wirklich Potenzial hat, in der Vorhalle sieht es wirklich top aus. Die zimmer an sich ok, aber die betten ein graus. Der Pool viel zu warm abkühlen geht nur im Meer. Wir haben dieses jahr mehrere Hotel/ Residonzen gebucht und Da Ismail ist auf platz 4.

- Verified traveler (8/5): - Die Parkanlage mit dem Swimmingpool ist sehr schön und ziemlich gut gepflegt. Der Strandabschnitt hat uns auch gefallen und ist relativ sauber gehalten. Das Zimmer bot eine wunderbare Aussicht auf den Pool und das Meer. Es war sauber und bot das Wesentliche, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Wir aßen im à-la-Carte Restaurant, das sehr gute Speisen zu einem vernünftigen Preis servierte. Das einzige, was uns wirklich störte, war, dass das WIFI im Zimmer nicht funktionierte und das Fernsehprogramm-Angebot mehr als dürftig für ausländische Gäste ist. Wir empfehlen, eine eigene tunesische SIM-Karte mit genügend Internet-Guthaben mitzubringen. Der 4G-Empfang ist gut.

- Mohamed Foued (10/5): Adatto a tutti!!! - La struttura è bella e la piscina fantastica. Il mare è a pochi passi e ogni giorno puoi scegliere se andare in spiaggia o in piscina. Fare il bagno in mare non è per tutti infatti ci sono sempre le onde e correnti, quindi non va sottovalutato ma è stupendo!! Il mangiare è buono (cucina tipica) , molto vario, il servizio curato e il personale è disponibile. Adatto sia a viaggi in solitaria, sia in coppia, sia in famiglia. Lo consiglio!!

Poubelle rouillee et fond de baignoire rouillee.coffre fort qui ne fonctionne pas.climatisation occationnelle .pas de wifi en dehors de la reception.tarifs prohibitifs au restaurant de la piscine.les serveurs sont des voleurs.ils ne presentent pas l adfitipn et donne leur tarifs pour le repas commandee.il faut leur demander systematiquement l addition papier sinon il rajoute toujours 2 ou 3 dinards de plus.animations répétitives et peu interessantes .bref l hotel dar ismael ne merite en aucun cas ses 5 etoiles.il est loin d en avoir les prestations.

Minibars are empty, wifi does not reach rooms, the staff is helpless. there is no à la carte restaurant which means you will have to eat the very same buffet. It is a sort of very mean family all inclusive club, not worth the money you pay and certainly not five stars.

Les équipements dans les chambres sont vétustes (tv date d'il y a 20 ans), terrible odeur d'humidité, femmes de ménage hyper bruyantes qui vous réveillent à 8h30 du matin en vacances et un dimanche, pas de wifi dans les chambres. Parking de l'hôtel toujours complet, ce qui fait que vous garer à l'extérieur.... bref, un cauchemar.

- Ethan (8/5): - Hotel is in a good location and has nice facilities for outdoor time and access to the sea. The restaurant was good for the dinner and breakfast. Downside was the housekeeping was not the greatest. Only two towels were provided for a family of four and it was difficult to have them regularly changed. Extra towels are available for a fee which is strange for a hotel with two pools and sea access. No WiFi is available in the rooms and there is limited to no support accessories in the room such as hot water kettle, teas, coffee, iron etc. The kids enjoyed themselves but I could see a number of improvements at the facilities for a true four star hotel.

- Moh'd (2/5): - 1- My booking was for 2 rooms, each with double bed , what we got on each room 2 single beds. 2- The booking was for rooms with pool view, what we have got ocean view as they do not have empty rooms with pool view. Finally, called Expedia call center to complain and the call went for more than 15 minutets without any action and the person who answered my call told me that, we will call the hotel and call you back. Nothing happened on this regards. Thanks for supporting your customers.
