The food was excellent. The location was quiet and peaceful. We were very satisfied with the overall service. The swimming pool was excellent.
• DarthGoreq (10/5): Great hotel for the price you pay! - How to start? Since the arrival even before we got out of the car, one of the employees named Mustafa grabbed our suitcases. Always smiling, always happy and positive every day. All the employees were smiling every day, no angry faces. Every single one of them saying "good morning, good evening...". The rooms are clean, big enough for couples or families.(Check photos) The bathroom super clean as well. About the food: There is a buffet style for breakfast and dinner. If your accomodation doesn't cover the dinner(like ours), you can get a la carte menu or pay 50AED(approx. 14$) per person and you can use the buffet. We tried both. Some of the food was just not for us because we are not used to arabian style of dishes. But the salads, broccoli soup (THE BEST EVER), beans, spaghetti, noodles, rice, grilled fish....wow! The breakfast had a lot of different dishes to offer. The juices are natural 100%. They have great offers during the week and the prices...well, check the photos because no one would believe that this is possible in Dubai. We tried from the a la carte menu chicken biryani, mutton byriani and the grain-fed tenderloin. Absolutely awesome.(Check photos) Whatever you need ask for the manager Prabahar who is always available and happy to help. Will be back again.

Staff has been cooperative through my stay. I loved doing gym in rose park hotel. They only problem I faced is they gym isn't 24/7. I was accompanied by my husband. I would love if the rose park Hotel allow the gym 24/7.

• sehanik2024 (10/5): Wonderful Anniversary Stay at Rose Park Hotel Al Barsha - We stayed at Rose Park Hotel Al Barsha for 2 nights and 3 days, and overall, it was a truly memorable and enjoyable experience. From the moment we arrived, the concierge team welcomed us warmly. They assisted with our luggage, offered us a seat in the lobby, and served a refreshing welcome drink. Our first impression was excellent, and I really appreciate the gentleman who helped us, although I didn’t catch his name. We were celebrating our anniversary, and I had booked a Deluxe King Room. To our surprise, Aishwarya from the Front Office upgraded us to a Junior Suite free of charge to make our stay extra special. She also made our check-in smooth and quick. Thank you, Aishwarya, for your kind gesture and professional service. We stayed in Room 127, which was spacious and ideal for a couple. It had a separate living area, a bedroom with an attached bathroom and bathtub, an extra washroom in the living space, and even a balcony, which we really enjoyed. I would like to especially thank Faizhan from the housekeeping team. His attention to detail and respectful attitude truly impressed us. I wasn’t wearing anything on my feet when he entered the room, and he noticed it right away. Instead of handing me the slippers, he gently placed them on the floor for me to wear—such a thoughtful and kind gesture. He also turned our messy room into a clean and beautifully organized space, just like it was when we arrived. I’m sorry for the mess, and thank you again, Faizhan, for restoring the room so perfectly. The Housekeeping Team overall did a fantastic job. The cleanliness was 10/10, and the bed was very comfortable, allowing us to sleep peacefully. From the F&B team, I’d like to thank Prabakaran and a female server (unfortunately, I forgot her name ) for their wonderful service. We tried the Business Lunch (AED 29), which was very tasty, and the mojito promotion (Buy 1 Get 1 Free) for AED 19—great value and refreshing drinks! The only part of our stay that was not up to expectations was the swimming pool. The water looked a bit cloudy or milky, and after entering the pool, I started feeling itchy within a few seconds. Because of that, we decided to get out of the water quickly and didn’t spend time there. We didn’t report it at the time, but that was the only downside during our stay. Besides the pool experience, everything else was excellent—from the warm and caring service to the comfort of the room, delicious food, and overall atmosphere. Thank you to the entire Rose Park Hotel Al Barsha team for making our anniversary celebration so special and unforgettable. We would definitely love to return!

Has to be mentioned separately — the staff is very helpful and friendly — always very supportive. The rooftop pool is also quite nice.

• TrrryamDE (10/5): Rose Park Hotel Likes - I really enjoyed my stay! I spent 7 days at the hotel with breakfast included. The entire team — from the front desk staff to the electrician — was absolutely wonderful. I received help with everything I needed: carrying my luggage, printing out my flight tickets, finding the right locations on the map to book taxis, exchanging currency, and more. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. I even managed to take a swim in the rooftop pool on my last day — though I didn’t get a chance to try the sauna, as I was in town for work. The hotel is in a very convenient location — right next to the Insurance Market metro station. There are restaurants, cafés, bars, and a large supermarket nearby. The area itself is calm and quiet at night, which I really appreciated. The room was also great — clean, comfortable, and with high ceilings, which I personally love. Thank you so much — it was a real pleasure staying with you!

The location of the hotel is extremely convenient- literally opposite to the metro station entrance. Very helpful and nice personnel. • Chris (6/5): Probably won't go back. - Wall painting fell off without warning, whilst I was sitting here. Narrowly missed my head as it came down. Bathroom light was not working. A/C gave us both a scratchy throat by end of day 1. Downstairs staff we mostly courteous, but on check-out didn't ask about anything regarding our stay or wish us a farewell. Little things make a big difference.

• Iman (6/5): Average hotel no frills - We had to checkout before 4 days before our checkout date as we felt we were not receiving value for money. We did not get a refund too. But it was worth saving our holiday. First started with charging for extra bed we were five rented two rooms. We were given one double bed and two single beds. Then there was no were in hotel to watch the Euro 2024 football we had to go to another hotels to watch the games.

Our room was tidy and cleaners did a great job. But, did notice the door was left unlocked on two occasions after the cleaner had visited. Raised this towards the end and was told the door would be reviewed after our stay. Pool had only 3/4 people around which was great. However, was pretty loud as you're right next to the freeway. Metro stop is right outside Hotel which was a bonus. Overall a great stay and would recommend.

• Vic (8/5): - Rose Park was clean, comfortable and the staff was very friendly. It's a solid 4 star property with the Mashreq Metro station at it's doorstep. The included breakfast could have had more variety but was otherwise good.

• Verified traveler (10/5): Cosy Hotel At The Right Price - Amazing location opposite metro station and walking distance from the Emirates Mall. Not the fanciest hotel but they never claimed to be. Very friendly staff.

• Pauline (6/5): Cheap deal. - Enjoyed the fact that there was a late night restaurant attached to side of hotel. Checked in at 8pm. Sadly pool and gym area was closed, but did open gym on request. Small single beds and covers which I found uncomfortable. Deal was good but got a lot of good deals on our trip with great beds.

• Verified traveler (6/5): Functional ; serves a purpose. - Outstandingly friendly, helpful and responsive service from everyone associated with ‘front desk’. Really excellent and very much appreciated. Being directly opposite to Mushraq Metro ( No.33 ) was very handy. The journey to the airport took a straightforward 40 mins. Hotel is adjacent to the main highway leading to Abu Dhabi and there’s constant noise, despite ear plugs ! Beds are comfortable. Rooms dated. The Spa is OK at best. And the staff are functional, the massage forgettable.

• Olumuyiwa (10/5): Good stay - Overall it was a good experience. The only issue is there was no full English breakfast and varieties of meals for lunch and dinner were limited
• Robertas (6/5): - the team was good, friendly, but the food was poor, everything was always cold And the same.
• Amir (10/5): Excellent value - Best thing I found about this hotel was it’s location right outside al Mashreq tube station. The staff were helpful and the rooms very better than expected. Excellent value for money if you’re on a budget.
• BANEEN ABDULLAH (8/5): - Clean, nice rooms, has a swimming pool and staff are very friendly.
• Hodan (10/5): - We liked everything about the hotel, the cleanness and the service and and the property condition. Staff were all friendly and welcoming. We love the prayer room. The TV was good size and most importantly malls and metro. I will recommend to anyone book and we will return again.

• omar (8/5): - Good hotel but need some improvement.. about the check in and check out is not good.. need to fix the shower problem, when you open the water you will dirty water then clean water. And house keeping they don’t clean good enough. Just fix the bed and clean very quick. Need to clean better. Last thing I paid extra money for late check out in expedia but they said we don’t any information about this. So I had to check out early and i lose my money. I don’t know this problem woth hotel or Expedia

• Miss Fatima (10/5): - Had a wonderful stay at the property. It’s right opposite the metro station which is very convenient. Mustafa the bell boy was very courteous helpful, always giving good directions and also the housekeeping staff was very good. Would definitely recommend staying here.

• IONUT (10/5): - Booked 2 beds with communicating rooms, we got 2x rooms, a lot of space... clean and safe. Restaurant downstairs was ok for Breakfast, but not so good for Dining out night time
• Muntadher (6/5): - it is not bad and very close to Metro station. the surrounding area is just OK, I could walk 5 min to better restaurant and area. Found insects and bugs in the bathroom. I did not spend too much time in the hotel but when I did I hear lot of noise from neighbors almost all night long. staff was friendly but need lot of training. overall I would say it is 6/10
• Aqeel Anjum (10/5): - Loved our stay at Rose Park Hotel. The hotel is in a great location just opposite the train station should you want to catch the metro. The hotel itself is very pretty from the inside and the room we stayed in was fantastic with so much space and 2 bathrooms, perfect for the 2 of us. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful with all of our requests and made our stay very relaxed. The pool was lovely and a great way to pass the time.

• TEOFILO (10/5): - Excelente hotel… super recomendado!… lo que pagas vale la pena… la ubicación esta fantástica enfrente del metro… los cuartos están excelentes… el hotel tiene un pequeño loby… el hotel perfecto para dormir y salir todo el dia a pasaer en dubai… el desayuno muy barato pero si algo limitado… me volveria a quedar en ese hotel sin duda!
