Il y a un restaurant à l hôtel qui est de bonne qualité a un prix plus que raisonnable un +pour le jeune homme qui nous a servi au restaurant Hôtel bien situé qui nous a permis de tout faire sans prendre notre voiture qui d ailleurs était dans le parking de l'hôtel (c'est un +a lourdes). - Eric (8/5): Prima verblijf bij een vriendelijke hotelier - De locatie is perfect. Net buiten de drukte maar op korte loopafstand van alles dat Lourdes te bieden heeft. De ontvangst was hartelijk en dat bleef zo gedurende het hele verblijf van 3 nachten. De kamers zijn zeker niet klein en de badkamers zelfs groot en zeer schoon. Het ontbijt biedt meer dan voldoende keuze. In het aangrenzende restaurant was het eten niet duur en de kwaliteit was voldoende tot goed te noemen. Helaas volgde het warme hoofdgerecht al tijdens het nuttigen van het koude voorgerecht. In het hotel zelf viel alleen het slaan van deuren erg op. Dit ligt vooral aan de gasten zelf natuurlijk maar wellicht kan een deurdranger wat beter worden afgesteld.

- Jose Joaquin (10/5): MUY RECOMENDABLE CON RESTAURANTE INCLUIDO EN PLANTA BAJA . A 8 MIN CAMIBANDO DE LABASILICA - Tiene un aparcamiento muy próximo y a muy buen precio . El hotel esta muy bien , próximo a la basílica por lo que es muy recomendable . Lo único es que para personas con movilidad reducida , es un poco complicado porque esta al final de una pequeña cuesta . NO ES DEL ALOJAMIENTO , es del URBANISMO DE LA PROPIA CIUDAD .Que está en una pequeña pendiente , pero no debemos olvidar , que estamos en los Pirineos y allí , pues hay montañas . Es una pequeña pendiente de unos 200 m para subir hasta el hotel . También existe un ascensor público que le deja más arriba y puede ir bajando hasta el Hotel , pero eso lo descubrimos el último día .

- Edoardo (9/5): A due passi dal santuario - Il proprietario parlava italiano come si può evincere dal nome dell'hotel :))) Al parcheggio si accede facilmente dalla via alle spalle della struttura ed ha posti auto piuttosto spaziosi. Anche la camera, sebbene un po' agé, è ampia e comoda, così come il bagno, provvisto di bidet. La colazione andrebbe un po' arricchita.

À l'hôtel, les serviettes sont changées tous les jours et le lit est refait (très confortable le lit). La chambre est très grande. L'emplacement est très bien mais pour les personnes âgées, cela est peut-être un peu fatigant car la route est en pente (progressivement quand-même). Merci beaucoup pour votre accueil et votre professionnalisme. Il y a un peu de poussière sur le sol; un petit coup d'aspirateur serait apprécié.

Il personale è italiano quindi ci si sente' a casa',il signor Mimmo e signora sono molto accoglienti,disponibili,educati. Gli ambienti sono ampi,pulitissimi, confortevoli. La camera ampia , luminosa,con 2 balconi, materasso e cuscini confortevoli, bagno ampio,comodo,con bidè,diversi asciugamani e il phon. Buona insonorizzazione. Possibilità di garage coperto nella struttura. Colazione con ingredienti buoni, di qualità,sia dolci che salati.Al "Vesuvio"si può fare pranzo e cena,piatti della tradizione italiana,ma anche locale, di ottima qualità,ottimi sapori,ottimi ingredienti,gustosissimi,porzioni abbondanti. Ottimi anche i dolci fatti da loro. Si può mangiare anche la pizza, purtroppo non assaggiata.... Ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo. Hotel consigliatissimo, assolutamente da provare la cucina. Nulla.

- Bénédicte (8/5): Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir si nous revenions en pèlerinage à Lourdes - - hôtel très bien situé à 5 minutes à 5 mn à pieds du sanctuaire. - Accueil exceptionnel de l'employé Samuel qui nous a aidés à décharger les bagages. Samuel est très agréable et a parfaitement la notion du service clients. - Restaurant italien dans l'enceinte de l'hôtel, ce qui est très pratique pour déjeuner ou dîner rapidement. - Petit déjeuner correct mais pas exceptionnel, pas de pain frais ni de lait froid. Pas de personnel aux alentours ce qui ne permet pas de demander quoi que ce soit.
