• Marco Antonio (8/5): Tutto sommato una buona soluzione - Esperienza iniziata non nel migliore dei modi: ambiente molto scuro (poca illuminazione artificiale), umido, qualche punto di muffa, freddo, acqua con temperature altalenanti, quarto piano senza ascensore, check-in automatico in altro indirizzo con pagamento di tasse e spese di pulizia esclusivamente con carta di credito. Check-out obbligatorio entro le 10 presso altro indirizzo. A seguito di un primo feedback il proprietario ha provveduto a spostare l'orario di check-out ed ad assicurarmi che provvederà a risolvere i problemi dell'appartamento. È stato davvero gentile e interessato ai propri clienti. Veniamo ai lati positivi: centralissimo! Posizione perfetta. Abbastanza spazioso. Fornitura completa di elettrodomestici. Vengono forniti anche alcuni accessori da bagno: sapone, due rotoli di carta igienica, asciugamani, tappeto per il bagno, etc. In quantità sufficienti ad un paio di giorni di permanenza o poco meno. Considerata la posizione, non è male.

• Michael (2/5): Avoid, avoid, avoid. - I’ve stayed at a lot of places in Europe and Asia and this was one of the most disappointing. 1- the shower only produces extremely hot OR cold water. I could hear the machine turning on and off to heat the water. When it was on, the water was scalding hot. When the machine was off, it was very cold. No in between at all. My two young daughters couldn’t take a shower during our stay because of this. 2- the place is not easy to find. It’s not marker properly on google maps. There are both red and blue street numbers on every building. I found out afterwards you need to use the blue numbers. 3- the keys are difficult to use. It took me ten minutes of fiddling around to open the last door. When leaving we got locked in by the middle door. Luckily another guest helped us as she had to get help from someone off the street a day earlier (so it wasn’t just me!) 4- there is no one to greet you. I had to go to a different location to pick up the keys (Keesy). That would only be a minor inconvenience if everything was easy to find or normal for N. Americans. 5- the kitchen was well stocked except for a lack or bottle opener. I’m on vacation yet I was opening my beer like I was camping! 6- there was a constant smell that reminded me of a gas leak. Not pleasant. 7- the place needs a renovation badly. But the location is fantastic so people will probably continue to rent it.
• Verified traveler (10/5): フィレンツェに行く機会があればまた利用したい - 事前に送られて来た部屋へのチェックイン及び部屋の設備等の情報が大変豊富で安心感があった。 活用はしなかったものの、Keesyというアプリで部屋のオーナーとコンタクトしやすいシステム(英語)であるとみられる。 また、ロケーションも主要な観光スポットに近かった。 なお、ヨーロッパの常でエレベーターは存在しないことを事前に留意すべきである。そして、チェックアウト時にゴミを指定の場所に廃棄することをお忘れなく。
