La puerta de la ducha no cierra bien. Cada vez que alguien entra en el edificio, la puerta de la habitación vibra como si estuvieran intentando forzarla. No hay televisión.

- Mirjam (10/5): Ottima struttura - Struttura eccellente, con fermata del bus molto vicina e numerosi ristoranti nei dintorni. L’ambiente è pulito, accogliente e dotato di tutto il necessario per soggiorni di più notti. Il sistema di check-in e check-out è comodo e spiegato in modo chiaro. Abbiamo avuto bisogno di assistenza e, tramite email, il servizio è stato rapido ed efficiente. Sicuramente torneremo!

Speisen und Getränke im selben Gebäude erhältlich Checkin hat letztlich gut geklappt, wir erhielten jedoch zuerst eine falsche Nummer..... Eine freundliche Frau im Gebäude half bei der Kommunikation, die etwas schwer verständlich war....

- Emily (9/5): Convenient, comfortable stay - Fantastic 1-night stay. Location was very easy to find and being located by the university many public transit options. Self-checkin was quick and easy and staff was responsible. We were very surprised with how large the room was, very comfortable beds. A few things were a bit dated - but nothing to distract from the stay

- Isabella (8/5): Good quality for money, perfect stay close to the university. - The establishment has a great location, especially if your stay is connected to activities at the USI/SUSPSI University (is it just 3 minutes walking away!). The surroundings are safe, and close to the city centre, the only minor downside is that the building faces a busy road, so make sure you bring some earplugs with you for the night if you want your window open! :) The value for the money is appropriate, and the cleaning service is on point! The staff is highly responsive and polite via both phone and email. Nothing bad really! The only suggestion is providing "thicker" bags for the trash bin: the current ones were quite thin and ripped easily.

- Karl (10/5): Mukava ja toimiva majoitus hyvällä sijainnilla, pienellä viiveellä sisäänkirjautumisessa. - Majoitus oli siisti ja toimiva, ja sijainti hyvä. Alakerran pizzeria oli todella hyvä ja helppo vaihtoehto ruokailuun. Iso plussa myös siitä, että moottoripyörät sai turvallisesti parkkiin sisäpihalle, mikä toi mielenrauhaa reissuun. Sisäänkirjautuminen oli muuten helppo, mutta PIN-koodin saapuminen sovellukseen/sähköpostiin kesti hieman odotettua pidempään.

Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Non ci sono difficoltà per trovare parcheggio per la macchina . È stato tutto OK.

- Costanza (4/5): Not family friendly and way too pricy for what you get - It was clean, easy access and the cleaning lady very nice. They knew I was traveling alone with a baby and out me on a second floor room with no elevator. The frying pan is very consumed and cancerous, you cannot cook on that. The kitchen supplies were minimum, making it impossible to leave the place clean (no detergent, no drying rack or towels, no extra trash bags etc). The light in the bathroom was minimum. There wasn’t even a TV

- Rosaria Erika (9/5): Posizione perfetta di fronte all’Università della Svizzera italiana - La camera è molto spaziosa, dotata di angolo cottura e di un bagno con doccia ampia e comoda. kit di benvenuto con due docciaschiuma e due asciugamani. L’angolo cottura è fornito del necessario, con alcune pentole e stoviglie utili per cucinare. L’appartamento era pulito e ordinato. Il metodo di check-in è semplice e veloce. La posizione è davvero eccellente: si trova esattamente di fronte all’Università della Svizzera italiana, comodissimo per chi deve frequentarla. Unica piccola pecca l’isolamento acustico delle stanze, che forse potrebbe essere migliorato.

- Luethi (6/5): Ok - Fitness raum ist gut, Waschmaschine/tumbler (gratis) geht gut. Die Wohnung ist gut mit oev erreichbar, nächste Haltestelle 200m. Die Lage ist ziemlich ruhig. Die pizzeria unten ist um 22h ruhig. Es hatte eine Baustelle, ein bisschen Lärm Morgen aber ok. Ich habe das Link für Ticino Tickets erst auf Anfrage erhalten, das sollte am 1. Tag geschickt werden! Die Wohnung ist zu wenig ausgestattet (kein Geschirrtuch, kein WC Papier mehr am ersten Morgen, zu wenig spülmittel, kein Brotmesser usw. zum Glück hatten wir ein Taschenmesser dabei!) Der schwamm war im gebrauchten Zustand. Es war nicht so sauber
