Ze weet perfect het evenwicht te vinden om je welkom te voelen en tegelijkertijd je privacy te respecteren. Het is de ideale startplaats om prachtige wandelingen te doen (+ dichtbij CAI 300 route). Bovendien ligt de locatie rustig, maar zeker goed bereikbaar met bus & bootverbindingen om mooie daguitstappen te doen. Zo is Positano, Amalfi of de Sentiero degli Dei van hieruit te bezoeken. Wandel naar Monte Tre Calli om een nòg beter zicht op "Degli Dei" dan het drukke pad zelf. De kamer zelf: proper, ruim, groot & mals bed. En omdat er niemand anders was, kregen we zomaar een kamer upgrade aangeboden. Niente

• Gaialuna (9/5): - Siamo stati in questo B&B ad Agerola e ci siamo trovati davvero bene! La proprietaria è super gentile e sempre disponibile, ci ha fatto sentire come a casa. Colazione buonissima e abbondante, camere pulite e accoglienti. Ottimo punto di partenza per visitare la Costiera Amalfitana restando in un posto tranquillo.

• Lucas (10/5): Heerlijk rustig verblijf met een mooi uitzicht - Zeer vriendelijke gastvrouw, nette en schone kamer/badkamer. Het ontbijt is heerlijk, zelfgemaakte jam/limonade/broodjes. Hoger in de bergen van de Amalfikust tussen de locals, weg van de hordes toeristen. Op maar 30min afstand van Amalfi. Wij zijn hier heerlijk tot rust gekomen.
• Rungthiwa (10/5): - Amalia and her family deserve more than 5 stars. They run their B&B with heart, and their hospitality is on a whole different level. We arrived late to Naples and left early in the morning, but Amalia and her father still took the time to pick us up and drive us back to the city. Their communication and problem-solving skills are top-notch. The location is quietly located away from the crowds, which was perfect for us to relax. We highly recommend this accommodation.
• Claire (10/5): Amalia, the hostess, this 1-night stop the highlight of 3 weeks traveling around Europe. - The hostess, Amalia, was top notch. She told us about a place to swim that had a hidden grotto and also arranged the reserved parking to get there with the car. Of our 3 weeks in Europe, this experience was the highlight. The house is located in a truly beautiful spot! Far from the noise of the town but very accessible to places to eat. Nothing.

She was very nice, helped us get around Amalfi and Salerno, told us where to park and always tried to help us. She always prepared coffee at breakfast for us. Breakfast was very nice as well. The Last night we had nausea and stomach problems and after I wrote her at 4am if she has some medicine she immediately brought it to us in the middle of the night. Exceptional owner and we really do recommend this accomodation!! Parking was available as well. The location is a bit up the hill but we had a car so it was okay.

• Florian (10/5): Perfect hiking base camp, clean and cozy, with a very lovely host! - I stayed in Agerola for five days to go hiking. Amalia was a very attentive and friendly host, always available if you had any questions. On her birthday, she even made homemade profiteroles for everyone. The room was very clean and beautifully decorated. The location is perfect for hiking tourists, as there’s access to a trail right from the property. If you travel without a car, there is a Bus stop in 10 minutes walking distance. If I’m at the Amalfi Coast again, I’ll definitely stay there! The location is perfect for hiking tourists and the bus stop to Amalfi and to Napoli is nearby. Nevertheless if you want to be flexible and not dependent on the busses, you need to be in good shape for walking when you have no car since the B&B is on the top of the hill. But this is a very minor point, if you're not a fan of walking, you should definitely have a means of transport in Italy anyway.

• Eva (10/5): Exceptional - The hostess Amelia and her family was lovely and so helpful to us constantly helping us with our trips to amalfi coast and finding us the easiest travel. We also got a free room upgrade. The room was amazing and spacious, very clean and amazing views from the terrace. The breakfast was lovely with fresh organic fruit from her garden and with gluten free options. The nearest bus stop was a 5 minute walk, the other bus stop was a 15 minute walk which is accessable for amalfi. There is a shop nearby and restaurant with amazing food all in walking distance. Overall this is an excellent place to stay and would highly recommend to anyone. Nothing negative

• Fleetwood (8/5): Very good - Staff were lovely and very welcoming. The bed is very comfy, the bathroom looked like it was new. All simplistic but clean and tidy, we had a small fridge and the smell of croissants in the morning was delightful. The view was really lovely.

She picked us up at the bus stop and took us to her property, even gave advice about travel arrangements. So kind that she also gave us a lift to the trailhead for Path of the Gods. Her brother is a guide for hiking tours. Nothing- it was great! Make sure you take the bus as far up the hill as you can, there aren’t many sidewalks along the road.
• Ann (10/5): 3 days stay to explore Bomerano, Positano & surroundings - Nice place with a panoramic view of Bomerano, the sea & surrounding mountains. Amalia is always at your disposal and gives you great advise on the surroundings. Great breakfast with selfmade jams from her own tree yard. She even drove us to the start of the hiking paths as they are abt 2km from the house. No remarks.

Highly recommende - I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming property in Agerola, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The location is absolutely ideal—close enough for day trips to Positano and Amalfi, yet far enough to escape the crowds. The accommodation itself was impeccably clean, welcoming, and comfortable. Special mention must go to hostess Amalia, who was super nice and went out of her way to ensure a wonderful stay and provided local directions and tips. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the Amalfi Coast!

• Ina (10/5): Exceptional - The host was super nice 😌also the breakfast was a typical Italian one but it was nice served in the dining area or an Italian house. It felt like you are eating invited at someone’s place. The accommodation is located at a higher altitude so it was little colder then close to the shore but it felt like mountains air somewhere in the countryside, very cool. The house itself had wooden things, the roof, the bed a design like mountain cabana - I liked it.
• Ivo (10/5): Super happy with our stay here. When we visit the amalfi coast again, we will 100% stay at songbird again. - The hostess was really nice. She helped us with everything we needed (finding spots to go to, booking a scooter etc.) it was really clean, beds were comfortable. There was breakfast every morning with good coffee, fresh fruits from her garden and very good homemade cake. We could enjoy this breakfast outside, where there are a few spots to sit. We were super happy here! There are only two parking spots on the property. Unfortunatly we couldn’t park our car inside the fence, but there is place for more vehicles outside the gate on a public parking spot on a 20 second walk.
• Eve (10/5): This is a family run business and once you arrive you want to live in this area. Breakfast so delicious with great varie - The most amazing beautiful spot on top of the mountain. My friend and I felt as if we arrived in paradise. Amalia our host is such a kind and considerate person helping with all the details. She gave us perfect directions to come by train and bus from Naples and picked us up at the bus stop. Our goal was to hike the Path of the Gods and visit Amalfi. It’s the most wonderful place to stay. Beautiful rooms with balcony and views and the place is so clean and welcoming. Cannot say enough wonderful words about Amalia and the family. There is nothing that I can say negative here. If you have the opportunity to come to this Amalfi area or you enjoy trekking you must stay here. Fabulous fantastic!!! Perfect place to start the path of the Gods. The ride on the bus to Amalie is the most fun bus ride. Twists and turns and hairpin turns. It’s something you must experience!

You could walk to the nearest restaurant about 10 minutes away. The rooms were clean and comfortable. We had one with a balcony which was wonderful on a morning to catch the sun. I cannot find anything to not like about this place.

Amalia went above and beyond to help us feel at home and tried really hard serve every need we had. She even offered us some rides back and forth from the bus station while it was not her responsibility. Also her parents are super amazing as well and helped us enjoy our time. Definitely, this is place is a 10/10, highly recommended and would love to come back again next vacation. Nothing really, I would only recommend anyone to rent a car/scooter if you're booking this location as it will help you a lot in navigating through the touristic location near this accommodation.

The breakfast is very good and varied (cakes, ham, cheese, biscuits, croissants, etc) and Amalia (who is in charge of the B&B) is very helpful and always makes sure to assist you with whatever inquiry you have. During our stay, she gave us a lot of guidance and traveling tips and made sure to assist us with other favors.

The location is perfect if you want to visit the amalfi coast, while being in a relaxing, peaceful and charming place. The hosts at Songbird really are the nicest... It is family owned, they help you with absolutely everything, they prepare a delicious home-made breakfast. The room itself is so clean and pretty, there is an every day room service. The view from the balcony is so great. The bathroom also is super clean and nice. We completely recommend this place , and we would certainly come back for our next stay.

Amalia was the best host we have ever had, and went above and beyond to make our stay so special. We were lucky enough to meet all of her family who are so kind. We wanted to stay somewhere away from the crowds in amalfi and Positano (as we came in August!) - this was a great place to get away from the crowds and enjoy the view. Also a great base for hiking - we did the path of the gods which was a real highlight. Thank you Amalia for such an incredible stay - so sorry it’s taken so long to review! • Lynn (10/5): A very comfortable and pleasant stay - The location was gooorrrgeous! The property owner Amalia was super friendly and had fantastic communication, making sure we had everything we might need, answering any questions we had, and she was even kind enough to upgrade our room to one that had a private inside bathroom, as we accidentally booked a room with a private external bathroom! The room itself was very clean and tidy, and felt very safe as there was not only the thick glass door, but also a privacy screen, as well as another metal door in front of the glass door you could use for extra security (but it's really not necessary as again, the place is very safe). Breakfast had a nice variety, which you had the option of eating inside the main building or outside with the beautiful view. Bonus: there was a family of cats with some kittens (owned by Amalia) that were just outside our room which were absolutely adorable. They didn't try to come in and they weren't noisy, they were just so cute! Not much really. I guess only that I couldn't find a hair dryer in the room, but I'm sure if I had asked earlier they would provide one (it was pretty late in the night when I was looking for it).

The hole family ist so kind and welcoming, its unbeliavable. I had the room with sea view, it was totally worth it. Its really a 10 out of 10.
• Verified traveler (10/5): - Very friendly host! Near to the path of the Gods. There is so much to see: the beautiful coast, Positano, Sarronto, Pompei, Napels, Vesuvius, the eiland Capri. Very flexibele, good breakfast. We felt very welcome! There is a good restaurant within walking distance Da Nando.
