timothy (6/5): Time for a wake up call - The staff are brilliant and are a part of the reason why people return The food continues to get poorer every year compared to similar or cheaper priced resorts. The constant selling is annoying, from the timeshare staff to the upsell of booze when your in an all inclusive resort. Management need to take a trip to some of their competitors in cancun and playa. You can see why this place is half empty midweek compared to a few years ago. It become a 3/4 day stay place.

Part of what makes it such a great experience is the excellent staff. Our butlers are absolutely wonderful, especially Nacho and Yamy. When we arrive we get immediate special treatment especially by Bianca. The waiters and waitresses are exceptional in their desire to take care of us and every service person is polite and happy! Will definitely go back again next year!!

This place is so clean that when we stay in a different hotel we feel there dirty compared to temptation. The entertainment is absolutely second to none. There is always something fun and exciting going on here. This is definitely a resort that has so much going on. You really dont want to leave the resort while your there. I have talked to and gotten to know many of them employees there. But I have to give a shout out to YAMY, NACHO and ANGEL . 839angelicaz (10/5): Oct 2025- First halloween at TTR - We had an amazing experience with our three butlers — Nacho, Azul, and Mariana! Our original butler, Miguel, recently left TTR, so we weren’t sure what to expect this time around. But from the moment we arrived, the new team exceeded our expectations. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Azul a few times before, and she’s always incredible. She truly takes the time to get to know us, and whenever we can’t find something or run into an issue, she finds a solution within minutes. Her attention to detail and care make every stay seamless. This was our first time working with Mariana and Nacho, and they were both wonderful. Mariana helped us on our first long day as we navigated our first Halloween at the resort. Even though we experienced longer waits and a few room issues, she made sure we had everything we needed. The next morning, she went above and beyond to get us moved to Building 19, which we originally wanted. We loved being near the Score Room during the World Series, but we realized the room was smaller than what we’re used to by the Sexy Pool — still, her quick help made all the difference. Nacho was also fantastic — very attentive, responsive, and always checking in throughout the day and before dinner to make sure everything was perfect. When I wasn’t feeling well from the weather (we felt a bit of the storm even though the hurricane missed MX), he went out of his way to help me find hot liquids throughout the day and check on us later. Overall, we felt very well taken care of by all three butlers. It was also great meeting two new staff (butlers) who made our stay feel amazing. We can’t wait to be back in February! We also got to see Pretty Boy, who’s our favorite playmaker— he’s super funny, attentive, and always takes the time to stop, say hi, and make sure we know what’s going on around the hotel so we don’t miss out on any fun.

kristinmE5971SF (8/5): Second Trip - Spooky Sexy Halloween - This was our second visit to the resort and we had a really great weekend. On our first visit we went to a meeting to discuss their premier packages and became members so we're kind of invested. If you are thinking of going, know up front that they will invite you to this meeting and plan accordingly. We stayed over Halloween and the theming and costumes were great. We always enjoy the playmakers who keep the festivities going and the staff is always amazing. This trip, we worked with Azul who helped make sure we could do everything we wanted. She helped us get dinner reservations and answered all of our questions about the weekend events. I highly recommend breakfast at Sea Flirt, and dinners at Flame and Sutra. We spent a lot of time by the pool and really enjoyed the hammocks by the beach. It is definitely more of a loud party atmosphere, so these little areas to get away were great for recovering and relaxing in relative quiet. Between the party pool and the evening dj'd events, there is usually always some mosic across the resort which can be a bit overstimulating. Our room was a nice escape from the party, though I would definitely want to stay with a king bed next time instead of two full size beds. The balcony looked over the quiet pool which was a lovely view. The staff are like ninjas and if you are gone for a short period of time, they will likely pop in to tidy. I would say it is pretty expensive, but it is all inclusive and the staff takes care of everything and works to make sure guests have a great experience.

Nacho even made a stop on his way in to grab the most beautiful bouquet of flowers. The day parties were fun and there was always something to do. My only issue is the pool being closed so early. Open the pool at night. Allow people to party into the evening around and in the pool. That would make the experience much more enjoyable for a lot of people.

Bash Tower Rooms r large w/ sexy pool, ocean views & balcony shows from Xtra generous tower mates. The tower is quieter w/ the balcony closed & blinds down than other room types. 4 my bday they surprised me w/ a bday banner, champagne & a small cake. The day parties at the sexy pool is where u meet people, where the real fun is. Topless optional w/ hookah 4 +$. The entertainment team is phenomenal & elevate the fun w/ sexy games like peel the banana, no hands for bottle prizes. The hotel website lists the night party themes. Most guest dress in theme w/ ladies mostly in some lingerie version. This resort has some of the best food of an all inclusive in Cancun. There’s a buffet, steakhouse, seafood, Italian & Japanese restaurants + SHE, reservation dinner & sensual show 4 couples. They had made to order sushi by the pool & another full buffet at the night party. Breakfast was exceptional w/ fresh pastries, fruit, made to order omelettes, grilled chicken and chorizo and steaks to temp + American & Mexican breakfast staples. Alberto in the breakfast buffet is a rockstar w/ excellent service. Temptation’s staffs attention to detail is where the resort really stand out.

85tiffanieh (8/5): I think I'm over it ! - This was my 3rd time going and I must say that I was a bit disappointed in the lack of "energy". Not that it was boring but it just wasn't the same vibe that we had come to enjoy. It seems a bit more conservative. We are not swingers AT ALL but love the no-judgement zone and freedom of the establishment. The music was a bit too much techno although they incorporated some hip-hop. The nightly shows were pretty good but it was very warm outdoors at night. The drinks are weak, full of juice not alcohol. Pool bar waiters walk past you as if they are annoyed that you want a return on your investment. There's only vodka and tequila. the only "whiskey" is Jameson. No fireball or nothing of the sort unless you are a Premier member which in my opinion is not worth the cost although you are pressured to believe you are getting a great deal. Seems to have lost its "magic". We had to change rooms due to my booked room not including a hot tub although I normally book the same category. We had to commit to the high-pressure presentation in order to get that. Such a ploy ! Not sure when or if we will return. Food was ok, especially breakfast. Flame, Sutra and Sea Flirt were all good. Service in the restaurants and bellboys was great! Our butler LEO was outstanding !!

It was everything that adults need to unwind and have fun! The resort has so much to offer - great food, fun entertainment, and excellent parties. We felt a little overwhelmed at first with all of the amenities but Oscar, our butler, was so kind and attentive, that he made sure we experienced everything we wanted. We knew at Day 4 that we wanted to join, but didn't want any pushy sales pressure. Mariana explained all of the details with kindness, professionalism, and patience. So we joined! Temptations really is the Disneyland for adults and we are so thankful to every Playmaker, bar tender, dancer, DJ, and all of the staff that make it a wonderful escape from the daily grind!
Craig (10/5): The entertainment staff kept the atmosphere lively and fun! - I was very pleased with our recent reservation through Booking.com for Temptation Resort in Cancun. The process was seamless, and upon arrival we were pleasantly surprised to find a dedicated check-in/check-out desk for Booking.com and Expedia guests. Odalys at the front desk was especially welcoming and made us feel genuinely appreciated. We even received a complimentary upgrade to their second-best room category, along with chocolates, a bottle of champagne, and a thoughtful banner across the bed thanking us for being Booking.com guests. It was clear that Temptation’s management values their partnership with Booking.com and goes the extra mile to show it. I’d also like to highlight the outstanding service we received throughout our stay. Arturo, our concierge, provided excellent support; Frank, our membership consultant, was professional and respectful; Jones, our server at Sutra, was wonderful; and Marco took great care of us two nights in a row at the Score sports bar. A few helpful tips for future guests: • Two restaurants, SHE and Sutra hibachi, require reservations. These can only be made in the lobby during a two-hour window each day and are valid for that same day. All other restaurants are walk-in. • Men will need closed-toe shoes for the upscale restaurants. • After check-in, you will be approached about the resort’s membership program. The staff is polite and will respect a “no,” but if you do attend a presentation, plan for about three hours total (despite being told it’s just one hour). This includes the tour, breakfast, and final business meeting. While the team was disappointed when we declined, they accepted our decision graciously. We declined because we were not sure if we wanted to go to this ‘type’ of adult resort on a regular basis. Another positive: check-out was smooth and transparent, with no hidden fees. The only additional charges were for a VIP table we had requested in advance, which we were fully aware of. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. The entertainment staff kept the atmosphere lively and fun, and while the scene is definitely on the spicier side, it never felt over the top. With guests of all ages and body types, the environment felt welcoming and comfortable. Thank you to Booking.com and the entire Temptation team for making our stay so enjoyable.

The staff are amazing, all of them, they all work hard at making you feel pampered. Our butlers, Nacho & Azul were wonderful, literally taking care of any need we had. The shows every night were so good, every entertainer just exceptional. The playmakers are all fabulous, gorgeous people who are always friendly and work so hard to keep us entertained. I think this resort is just awesome, my only complaint being that it has been around for awhile and the wear and tear of its age is starting to show. Every part of the resort could use fixing of something, I sincerely hope they will continue to upgrade this resort because I’d like to keep coming back!

We ended up having an overnight flight so we were extremely exhausted.. they didn't let us check in early, only to find out why later.. they let their "members" (black band) do an early check in which means they try to upgrade you the next day of being there. I found out from other members that is a great benefit if you go multiple times a year.. Be ready to listen to a "timeshare" like pitch to get you to join.. I had read in previous comments that it is an optional topless resort.. which means yess you will see women topless all kinds.. so if youre not into that definitely do not go.. Parties day and night.. pool party with games start at 10 am swim up bar included.. theme parties at night Our room was extremely cold so we decided to turn up the ac from 60° to like 75°.. bad idea.. floors became extremely slippery causing us to slip many times ! Like not on your knees fall full body slip and fall.. happened our last night there.. My personal opinion the music was the same day and night.. I really didn't like the music they played a lot of English "techno like"? Music i guess is the best way I can describe but again thats just my personal opinion and taste in music is a bit different.. I loved that we met different people from all over the world

Bash Dj need to stick to more of what the theme night are and songs that relate to them, first 30 mins he does then it the same old tracks they play everynight just in a different order, you can tell it gets old to all the people that been there more than 2 nights instantly kill the mood and dance floor starts to empty.

delannat (10/5): Incredible experience! - We had an amazing time! We stayed in the penthouse suite—incredible!!! Our two butlers, Nacho and Azul took care of our every need. We felt truly pampered. The pools were amazing whether we were in the mood to party or to relax at the quiet pool. The food is top notch. Especially at Sutra and She. Each night we had so much fun dressing up to match the nightly theme, sing Karaoke, watch the amazing professional dance show, and then dance to incredible music by the DJ. The bed in the room was the best hotel bed I’ve ever slept in!!!
B5662XJchrisb (10/5): The staff makes this resort a blast to visit! - We had a blast! This was our seventh vacation at the resort. When I think about Temptations so many incredible people who work at the resort come to mind. First, Israel.. He works at Sea Flirt in the mornings. What a fantastic server! He is always so welcoming and accommodating. Next, Alberto…who works in the spa. I saw him twice on our last trip and he was able to work the knots out of my neck and back. I hadn’t been pain free in such a long time. Once again in this trip, Alberto was able to relieve the pain in my neck and back after a couple times seeing him. I highly recommend getting a massage with him. Up at the Sky Bar is Wendy! Her smile and service is impeccable. Wendy remembers returned guests and treats everyone like family. Thanks for taking great care of us! Finally to our butlers, Leo and Mariana…thank you for constantly checking in with us, always by phone and in person throughout the day. You made us feel so at home and were there for whatever we needed. You two are the BEST!! The staff is terrific. A quick shout out to …JJ, Cowboy and the gal that signs guests up for photos (her name at the moment escapes me). She is always so bubbly and sweet. Until next time…❤️

dustind91 (10/5): Most fun vacation ever - This was the most exciting and fun vacation my girlfriend and I ever took. We had so much fun with all the activities and atmosphere that we had to stay an extra day. The staff was amazing and pleasant all the time, our butler service experience with Shadia was second to none and will be reaching out to request her the next time we go. Our room was beautiful and clean everyday. The food and drink experience was good enough, but not always consistent. But overall 10/10!

novab323 (10/5): Leaves you coming back for more - The staff is amazing - Sam, Paola, Kinari, Nacho, Azul, Juan, Chris etc. The beds are very comfortable, the food is good (theres many options), there great entertainment, and the atmosphere leaves you coming back for more. It can make the shyest person come and leave with confidence they never imagined. If you dont like too much partying they have several accommodations for more of a relaxed and quiet vibe. Its great and i will return. Muchas Gracias

Nacho and Azul, our assigned butlers, helped us arrange every aspect of our trip once we arrived and were always ready to answer any questions. They were attentive helpful and catered to our needs perfectly. We genuinely felt cared for, and they made our trip that much more relaxing and perfect. They both stayed in perfect contact with us and didn’t hesitate to message us and also to walk around and find us throughout the hotel to check in and make sure we were doing good and having a great vacation experience !!!

The playmakers are funny and keep the crowd engaged. They will walk around and talk with the members. Our butlers, AZUL and Miguel were fantastic. They made our stay great by taking care of our reservations for us.

David a waiter at Rain one of the best goes above & beyond. Playmakers work so hard to make everyone welcome and keep the party going. Incredible entertainment. Bell service is on top of everything. We will return.
Traci Dawn (10/5): - This is the best resort ever, everybody is so friendly and helpful. Wanting to give a big shout out to one of the playmakers, Daniel, he is awesome and friendly and made the stay much better. We had a little bit too much to drink and him along with a couple of his co-workers got us back up to the room safely. I ended up cutting my foot and Daniel and one of the other guys for the medical staff bandaged me right up. And then there was also Jesús the doorman that was awesome as well and very helpful. Absolutely cannot wait to come back to this hotel. If there was anything at all that I could say I didn't really care for it would be that the people in the main area are a little pushy with the sales pitch and I felt myself going different directions to try to avoid the awkwardness quite a few times.
