- Vladimir (9/5): Superb - Excellent location. A lot of cafes, restaurants and shops around, banks, Georgian post, etc. A couple of minutes walk from 6 May Park. Comfortable and quiet rooms, much quieter than you can expect from Chavchavadze/Gorgiladze area. Staff is really helpful and friendly. Next time I visit Batumi I will most probably stay here again.

Located in the exact center of the city with a wonderful view. Great helpful staff solved any problem. As for the cones I can mention the old floor cover and shower. Also quite simple breakfast.

- Lado (10/5): Exceptional - Good clean and bright rooms, friendly staff, we were comfortable, close to all necessary places, shops, restaurants and others. Water costs 1 GEL, almost market price. We were surprised, it costs 3 GEL in other hotels. Breakfast was light but very tasty, we liked it everything was amazing)

The parking is for a fee, but it was not expensive. The receptionist was not able to advice us regarding the parking, she did not know, whether the public parking was free or not.

Early checkin was also made possible for us. All these factors made our stay pleasant and comfortable at this hotel.

That on the second day , housekeeper didn’t even visit our room to make up

- Feliks (6/5): Very budget and oldish - Location is ok, close to nice beaches and shops/cafes It is a bit oldish and rustic, don’t expect fresh and clean. Unfortunately sound isolation is not there at all and guests who stayed in apartments with balconies smoked a lot and smell comes easily into upper apartments even through closed windows.

The room was oddly organised. There is a kettle, but no cups, spoons or tea (for example). The room is a bit dirty. There were not enough towels. We had to ask for them separately. The shower is in a terrible state, everything leaks, it is not clear how the shower head works. Technically the room was not prepared to receive guests.

Interesting decision with floor to ceiling window. I think we had a bit of a problem with the shower/toilet drain, but it didn't bother us much, as we stayed just for one night.

No balcony (according to booking,com the 'Superior room' should have one). I needed to ask for some additional furniture and stuff (no cups or hangers, just one chair in a room booked for 3 people).

The stuff was super friendly and helpful. One of the guy helped to set up the TV so that they could watch football championship:) and They also changed one room because something was wrong in the first one. Breakfasts were tasty.:) And the parents were absolutely pleased with the gift at the end of their stay! They really appreciated it!
