• Komad (2/5): Not worth the money. Don’t waste your money and time on this property. - The interior is good, and the location is good, but don’t let that fool you. The apartment is high on a floor that requires climbing 1,000 stairs. If you’re carrying something heavy or suitcases, be prepared. I hope you have good stamina and plenty of strength! The host or landlord was the biggest issue with this place. Whenever we asked for something, his response was always to “Google it.” The air conditioning was broken, and he was too stingy to fix it. Instead, he wasted our time by sending over a friend, who showed up with his entire family, dirtied the floors, and still didn’t resolve the issue. Naturally, the air conditioning remained broken, and we were freezing the entire time. We paid €1,000 for six nights for new year and spent those days shivering. The outdoor temperature was between -3°C and -5°C at night, and inside, it wasn’t much better. When we arrived, the temperature in the apartment was 15°C. On the first day, we managed to heat it to 17°C, and by the second day, it reached 19°C. It took three or four days to reach a slightly more comfortable temperature. However, the heating system kept shutting off, which was the biggest problem. The landlord didn’t care about this at all, and eventually, we gave up trying to resolve it. In the end, he gave us €130 as compensation for the cold, but it didn’t make up for the fact that we couldn’t even shower because the apartment was so cold. Is that fair? You be the judge.

Many thanks to Roberto for guiding us through everything and for great hospitali - The apartment was new and clean with all the facilities that you need. The location is perfect near the lake where there are a lot of restaurants. Very near to the metro station. Nothing really.
• Michael (10/5): Nice apartment for two people - The location was really good. Close to transport, restaurants, supermarket. The apartment's kitchen was very nice, lots of kitchenware, dishwasher, nice bathroom with washing machine.
• Marcia (10/5): We couldn’t wish for a bette place to spend a week in Milan. If you look for an affordable and nice place to stay, there - The property is located in the middle of Navigli within 5min walk of the metro, perfect to go everywhere. The apartment had everything needed for a comfortable stay and the host is second to no one, very kind and available. We’ll definitely come back!
• Gosia (10/5): A gem in Navigli Neighborhood! - The apartment had an ideal location in Navigli, lots of good bars and restaurants. Very close to public transportation, and if you enjoy walking in about 25 min, you will find yourself downtown near all main attractions. It is just a perfect size for a couple. Everything was new, well maintained, and equipped. The bathroom was spotless, and the bed was so comfortable that we were waking up full of energy to go out and explore. The owner is an extremely nice person, very communicative, and explained everything we need to know about the apartment. As a plus, he shared with us a lot of recommendations and a welcome proseco bottle! There was no iron, but as soon as I communicated this with the owner, he delivered it to our apartment within a couple of hours. Superb customer service!
• Danuta (10/5): Like a second home! - The location of the apartment is perfect! Very closed to the metro station Porta Genova (5 min) and to Navigli. Very quiet, clean in typical Italian house complex. Perfect also for a longer stay. Everything was perfect.
