- CATHY (10/5): - Location and comfort The condo smelt like seafood the whole time we were there
- Joseph (8/5): We had a great stay and saw everything we wanted to! - The location on river street puts you right in the middle of everything, and itโs very walkable from there. We also got to see a couple of bears run the streets! Itโs a dated unit but nothing is really wrong with it! Location!

- Donnie (7/5): Good - location small kitchen
- Patterson (7/5): Good , property needs updates. - Location Property was very dated
- Nancy (8/5): Pleasant! - Clean. Pleasant. Comfortable bed. Plenty of towels. Sleeping pillow options No grab bar in shower. No non slip mat. No regular size fresh pillowcases.
- Sam (10/5): Too short but very nice - Cleanliness, comfort and great location!
- Cathy (10/5): Exceptional - The Condo was very nice. We celebrated our 49th Anniversary at this Condo. We loved it and will be back if we can get this Condo again.
- Jeremy (10/5): Great place price and location - Everything Not a lot of parking
- Beverly (10/5): WONDERFUL ๐๐๐ - It was very nice and very clean and well maintained. It suited all our needs perfectly !!! The king size bed had a wonderful mattress on it. Location was very convenient. Parking was safe and we did not need to use parking lots downtown. The little raccoon that greeted us on our second night was cute, he tried to get some food from us but we didn't have any. Would definitely stay here again if I were in gatlinburg! This is not the condo owners problem but probably management. Do not try to wash and dry your clothes unless you have 3 hours to spend. Dryer is very very slow,!!
The toilet seemed very low, and the bathtub seemed quite high. Not real good for old farts or the handicapped..( my husband's statement). We were able to make do with it and everything was good.
- Terry (7/5): Good -
- Anke (10/5): We wanted to experience last days of fall in the mountains and were so glad weโve found this location. Had a blast and w - It was easy to access, clean and quiet. Awesome location. Can walk to everything! N/A
- Cynthia (10/5): Very comfortable, close to everything. - This condo was great. Fantastic location. You can walk to everything. We had no problems with anything. Easy to get in with the code. Very clean and a great size for couples. Very comfortable with everything we needed. We liked everything.
- Shannon (9/5): I would most definitely stay here again - The property was very clean and a great location Everything was great except the pillows
- Christina (10/5): Last minute booking. Great service. Very accommodating. Thanks ๐ - Convenient quiet clean comfortable
- Shawn (5/5): Passable -
- Joy (9/5): Superb - Condo did not have breakfast. Location was great for our visit. It was very quiet.
- Stevefite (4/5): It was ok but below average over all. - Good location No door knob on bathroom but the latch was on it. Wife closed the door and couldn't get out. I had to use a knife to open the door. Porch door will not lock. We were approved for a 1 to 2 PM checkin and we arrived at 2. At two thirty a man knocked on the door and, before i could get to it he started typing in the door code to come in. He had on an orange vest so i assume he was maintenance. Need better communication with staff.
