Love that Courtyard gives a breakfast voucher that can be used later in the morning, especially great for those traveling from a different time zone. Wilma, who served us at the breakfast counter with helpful hospitality, is an exceptional employee! Signage would help in locating the entrance.

Peter Kaagaard (2/5): - Had prepaid a two night stay but arrived on the second day due to travel delays. Without further notice the hotel had given away the room under a fine-print “no show policy”. Zero consideration for even a partial refund. Due to it being a holiday weekend we had to drive 25 miles for the nearest avail or room. The parking lot is a mess of a construction site and close to the highway. Not worth it if you got other options in the area.
Debbie (10/5): - Only thing lacking is not offering light roast coffee-I can’t drink the dark roast so that was inconvenient. Wilma and Sharda, who work at The Bistro, were exceptional in their joyful disposition every morning!! They even filled my thermos with lemons and hot water since I was getting over a cold.

Brooke (10/5): - This was a great stay for us. Staff was friendly and always greeted us. Let us check in early. Location was clean and new. Lots of things to do and places to eat nearby. Would definitely stay again. The only downfall to our visit , there are a handful of low budget motels near by. We had the view of their parking lot and rooms from our window. The views and people in the parking lot in all hours weren’t great. I realize it’s out of Marriott’s hands. Next time , I’ll try to request a room on the other side.
Brandon (10/5): - In town for baseball tournament. Very convenient location to surrounding high schools and LakePoint complex. All locations were under 30 min drive time. Hotel was great. Clean clean property with many restaurant options close by. BIG shout out to the employees. Front desk extremely nice and helpful with questions. They do charge for parking but have an underground parking lot so I didn’t mind the extra charge. Highly recommend to any travel baseball families!!

The bed/pillows weren't as comfy as I would have liked which led to rough sleep. Also to my discomfort, the side seam of the white duvet was extremely dirty. Lastly, there was hair in the shower and on the bathroom sink. I checked in pretty late and checked out early.

Jill (4/5): - Whoever designed these rooms is insane. If you want to enjoy watching TV from the bed good luck not wrenching your neck, it's on a side wall. The furniture is positioned in the worst way possible. The sofa is so weirdly shaped and uncomfortable you can't even get comfortable. Immediately fire the designer and put comfortable efficient furniture in the right places for God's Sake! Then to charge $7.50 for parking? Why? What a scam. No breakfast buffet. Only a Starbucks bistro. $10.60 for a small coffee and a muffin! Coffee tastes like jet fuel it's so horrible and no half and half. Won't be back.

Roger (8/5): It was a very stressful trip and this hotel did not make it worse. - I really liked the exercise room. I was traveling with some high-maintenance relatives and the gym was the perfect place to blow off some steam. I also liked the location. I'm originally from Cobb County and we were there to attend TWO funerals; a cousin and an aunt. Getting to the Funeral Home and the Cemetery via the Kennesaw Mountain Battlefield was a snap. Why don't they have a free breakfast buffet? La Quinta, across the street, has this and they seemed like a much better value at a bit lower price.
Bryan (2/5): Didn't honor reservation - Booked a 2 Queen room for my 17 year old son and I. We're 6'-5" & 6'-2" respectively and in town for my son to pitch in a baseball recruiting tournament. Paid $100+ more per night than other hotels so we could have 2 Queen beds. They didn't honor the reservation and gave us a King to sleep in together instead. They would have charged us if we didn't keep the reservation even though they didn't have the room we booked. They wouldn't give us a discount either. Talked to Ms. Garcia the Assistant Manager who was unwilling to be helpful. Very disappointed, and I'm a Marriott Gold member. I had to sleep on a pull out bed so my son could get a good night sleep before his game in front of college scouts. I expect better from Marriott. I guess it's time to switch back to Hilton.

Everything felt clean, no funky smell! Air worked great! Everyone was nice! We will definitely stay here again. Very hard to find clean hotels these days!

Judy (5/5): Thought it was ok until the way that situation was handled. - Bed was comfy, air was cold Hair in my shower, mildew on shower floor, children running around very loudly until 10:00 ( group of 8 preteen children). Front desk comforted and on 3 rd try they stopped. Maids came in to nieces room and gathered all their stuff up and cleaned room at 11:00. We had been to eat and came back to get dressed for an event, giving them nowhere to change or feed their baby. Management didn’t seem to care. Check out was at 12 and no keys were handed in or no check out done. Very very inconvenient and unprofessional

Seth (6/5): - Our room was clean and quiet upon arrival. The shower was so small one could barely move around. The complimentary soaps were watered down. There was conditioner and shampoo. No body wash. The thermostat would either make the room too warm or too cold. It couldn’t stay constant. We tried plugging in an Amazon Fire Stick to stream some of our shows. Apparently they had made their tv to not allow this because it wouldn’t work for anything. The beds were lumpy. The staff was friendly but by 4:00 in the afternoon no one had come to clean the room. I finally had to put the do not disturb sign on the door because I had to do some work uninterrupted. I couldn’t wait any longer. So we paid $200 a night for a clean and quiet room. We could have gone to La Quinta and gotten the same for half the price.
Verified traveler (2/5): - I booked a King on hote.com and ended up with two queens and it wasn’t a suite. I am unhappy that I paid for king suite and just got a plain old queen room.
