E ainda, mandou uma motorista (mulher). fiquei muito feliz com o cuidado e com a atenção. Estava chegando em outro Pais, sem falar a lingua, sozinha e não havia coseguido transfer pra o hostel. Ele me ajudou muito, fiquei muito grata. Ter que ir embora no dia seguinte.

• Rahel Miriam (9/5): Great location for a stop over, awesome staff and comfortable rooms - Very good location, especially close to the Bus Sur station. Very clean room and bathroom. Good breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. Good value for money. Comfortable beds. The only thing was that we wanted a double bed but received to singles and the heater was hard to regulate so it was a bit too hot un the room.
• Simone (10/5): Perfeito! - É bem localizado, justamente na rua dos principais restaurantes de Punta Arenas. As instalações são confortáveis: bom chuveiro, boa roupa de cama e toalhas. Aquecimento no quarto e banheiro. O cafe da manhã é muito bom. Mas o principal benefício fica pela atenção de Don Jose, que além de gentil, nos indicou pontos a visitar e ainda conversou um pouquinho sobre a história da região. Nenhum ponto a reclamar.

• Denisse (10/5): Nos sentimos como en casa, muy acogedor - Agradezco de todo corazón el recibimiento de José y su personal, la limpieza, amabilidad y preocupación por nosotros, no lo he encontrado en otro lugar y sí que viajo bastante. El desayuno muy rico y preparado en el momento, no es un lugar lujoso pero está limpio, muy limpio, eso lo hace un lujo que es lo me importaba y quedé muy conforme. No se arrepentirán de ir, se siente como estar en casa. Todo estaba excelente

• Stefan (8/5): Gutes Hostel - Es ist sicher eines der besten Hostels der Stadt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Die Kommunikation läuft hervorragend. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, besser als erwartet. Selbst an Tagen, an denen wir früh raus mussten, haben wir ein Frühstück to go bekommen. Die Zimmer sind einfach und klein, aber ok. Die Lage ist gut zu erreichen. Für den Preis ist das eine gute Unterkunft. Gerade im Erdgeschoss war es viel zu laut. Man hört jede Stimme aus der Lobby. Es ist zudem hellhörig, sodass man jedes laufende Wasser, Dusche etc aus anderen Zimmern hört. Das ist unglücklich, wenn man früh schlafen möchte.

• Micheline (10/5): L’hôtel Ventisqueros est un établissement agréable avec un bon rapport qualité/prix - L’hostal Ventisqueros est très agréable central et calme une jolie décoration dans la salle à déjeuner et dans le petit salon. Grands lits double confortables très propres dans notre chambre. Les fenêtres ! Impossible d’ouvrir la fenêtre de la chambre, impossible de fermer celle de la salle de bain. Et en ce début d’automne la température nocturne est très basse la salle de bain était donc vraiment très fraîche.

Le plus très appréciable dans une ville au climat très changeant est la possibilité de se faire une boisson chaude à toute heure de la journée. Le personnel est aimable et serviable.

• Eline (7/5): Goed! - Heel fijn in het centrum en dichtbij het busstation. Je kan beneden ook even zitten, maar niet heel comfortabel. Ontbijt was goed geregeld! Fijn dat er ook dagelijkse schoonmaak was. Het is een relatief kleine kamer en het bed was echt verschrikkelijk. Die is echt aan vervanging toe!

• Silja (9/5): Tolles Hostel in guter Lage - Wir waren zum ersten Mal in einem Hostel, die Zimmer sind gemütlich eingerichtet und das servierte Frühstück war hervorragend. Die Lage ist ideal, um die Stadt zu Fuß zu erkunden. Alle Mitarbeiter des Hostels sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Küche ist sehr einfach ausgestattet, sie eignet sich nur für die Zubereitung von kleinen Mahlzeiten. Der Kühlschrank von unserem Appartment war allerdings sehr groß.

• Anke (10/5): Sehr nettes Hostel mit außergewöhnlichem Service - Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und durften vor der Check in- Zeit schon in unser Zimmer. Das Personal war außergewöhnlich, immer aufmerksam und auf das Wohl der Gäste bedacht. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, mit frischem Obst und frisch zubereiteten Eiern nach Wunsch. Wir können es uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würden jederzeit gern wiederkommen.

Wir haben Lunch-Boxen bekommen, da wir aufgrund eines Ausflug am frühen Morgen beginnend nicht am Frühstück teilnehmen konnten. Nos dejaron entrar el auto a su cochera. El desayuno super completo. Esto es un detalle pero había un estante muy cerca del inodoro y nos golpeamos la cabeza más de una vez jajajajaja.

• MOTOKAZU (9/5): こじんまりしていて昼は明るく居心地のいい施設。 - きれいに掃除されていて清潔で快適、過ごしやすい。荷物を置くスペースが多く使いやすい部屋になっている。価格も手頃。朝の食事も美味しかった。Bus-Surのターミナルから近い。 スタッフ間の連携があまりできておらず同じ質問を2度聞かれたり、支払い情報が共有されていなかった。スタッフは親切。 部屋に天窓があり昼は明るく助かるが、この時期は夜10時過ぎてもまで暗くならず、朝は6時から明るくなるので電気を消してもすぐには眠れなかった。
