• HIROYUKI (8/5): 長期滞在に最適 - キッチンが広くコンロも複数あるため料理しやすい。 また洗面所やトイレが綺麗。 フィッツロイの登山口から近いこと。 夏だったためか、キッチンや共有スペースにハエが多くみられた。

• Claudia Bianca (6/5): Would choose again only for the location - The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, they helped with everything we needed and also provided info regarding the trails. The location is very good. The room we received dit not looked like the pictures and it was very cold . The bathrooms window did not closed properly . We comstantly had to ask the reception to up the heat in the room. The lack of the facilities. Th kitchen was dirty and in need of renovation.

• Jieun (8/5): - 등산로 입구와 가까워서 좋음. (반대로 버스터미널에서는 조금 떨어져있음). 조식에서 과일을 줘서 좋았음. 더블룸인데도 방마다 헤어드라이기가 없어서 매번 리셉션에 빌리러 가야 한다는 점. 방에 도미토리처럼 캐리어를 넣을만한 큰 서랍장(?)만 있고, 옷을 걸거나 물건을 둘 만한 곳이 전혀 없음. 방 안에 콘센트도 하나뿐이라 불편함.
• Jési Castro (9/5): Fantástico - Excelente la ubicación y la limpieza. Muy confortable el hostel, y el servicio es tal cual se pública. La atención en recepción fue súper amable y atentas las chicas. Además, me facilitaron una red para poder trabajar de forma remota, lo cual fue un gran plus mi. Lo súper recomiendo! Como sugerencia de mejora, estaría bueno que cuenten con alguna sala o espacio dedicado para quienes trabajan remoto.

• Papatsorn (8/5): Good enough for your prep and recovery from day-hike. - Location is good. It’s on the main road of the village. The day shift receptionist is great. Room & shower room are spacious. Wifi connection is not that stable but understandable as my mobile internet also not performing well in El Chalten.

• Mai (7/5): 受付をもう1人増やしたほうがいいのでは？ - キッチンにいくつもコンロがあり、自炊しやすかった。 バスターミナルからは歩いて15分くらいだったが、ハイキングし始める時はかなり登山口から近いのでとても良かった。 受付には1人しか対応してくれる人がいなく、チェックインしたい人がたくさんいるとかなり待つことになる。受付が1人でかなり大変そうだった。 バスの予約がうまくいっておらず、ホステルの受付でチケット発行後にも関わらず、バス会社が私たちの予約を把握しておらずバスが早めに出発し、危うくバスを逃すところだった。（全力で出発していたバスを止めた笑） シャワールームに換気扇がなく誰かがシャワーを浴びたあとはかなりシャワールームがびちょびちょだった。

• Daniella (9/5): - Bem localizada, limpa e uma cozinha bem ampla. Os banheiros dentro dos quartos compartilhados são bem confortáveis O beliche é baixo, então se você pegar a cama de baixo, como eu fiz, pode ficar um pouco apertado.

• Emilie (10/5): Amazing hostel! - This hostel is amazing. They clean everyday and make your beds! The kitchen is always clean and well stocked with cooking utensils. It is very well organised! Right in the centre of town, easy to walk to either end. Lots of restaurants close by and a couple of shops. The bunk beds are very close together so it makes it hard to get in / out!

• Soichiro (10/5): - 英語を話せるスタッフがいる。大きな宿で宿泊客も多いが、キッチンがとても広く5口のコンロが3つも設置されているのでキッチン渋滞が起きない。ドミトリーでも部屋毎にシャワー・トイレ・洗面台がついているので便利。レセプションで、エル・カラファテ市内または空港行きバスチケットを10%OFFで販売している(100,000→90,000ペソ、2026年2月)。 夜11時〜朝7時の間はキッチン使用禁止というルールになっているので、早朝出発の登山の前にキッチンを使うことはできない(電気ポット・電子レンジくらいなら使ってもいいみたいだったが、電気付けると注意される) キッチンにハエが多かった。
• Diana (10/5): Lindo y cómodo hostal en El Chalten! - El hostel está muy bien ubicado, cerca al inicio del sendero de La Laguna de los Tres. Las habitaciones son amplias y las camas muy cómodas. El desayuno estuvo muy bien, incluía (entre otras cosas) huevos, fruta, panes, café. El staff es muy atento. Nos dejaron guardar el equipaje durante el día mientras salía nuestro bus. Además me ayudaron con una llamada para solucionar un problema con la aerolínea. Todos fueron muy amables. Mil gracias! Nada. Todo estuvo muy bien.
• Toledo (6/5): - El comedor, lo bueno del personal y el acceso al restaurante. Muy difícil dormir, camas chicas y no se tiene en cuenta si una persona ronca o no, debería preguntarse. No pudimos descansar.

• Candia (10/5): Bueno, Bonito y barato. - Me sorprendió mucho la lmpeiza del lugar a toda hora. Sobre todo las partes en común como baños y cocina. Las camas y cochones muy cómodos. Te dan las sabanas y frazadas (me encanto que las cambien y que hagan la camas). Para la epoca del año y la temperatura de los dias que nos tocaron me parecio exceciba la calefaccíon (un detalle menor) . El personal super amable y tienen respuestas para todo. La cocina muy cómoda, muy equipada si queres cocinarte. Cuentan con ollas, cubiertos, platos, microondas, varias cocinas, horno electrico, pavas electricas, mesas y sillas. Pueden cocinar y lavas varios a la vez. Tambien me gusto mucho que separen los reciduos en 3 tachos (organicos, recicables y general) Lo único malo es que no habia wifi en las habitaciones. Tenias que estar en las partes en común para tener o acceder a este servicio.

• Federica (7/5): Basic room - The staff was really helpful and friendly, with the exception from one person on our last day who completely misunderstood what we said (we had left our packed breakfast at 6am to pick it up at 6pm upon our return from Laguna de los tres but he somehow misunderstood/didn't pass the message and our food was thrown away). The room was big. We didn't use the kitchen but that's a bonus point if you are on a budget. Communication pre-checkin was also very good and efficient. Comfortable bed (not so much the pillow) Our private room had several issues. After our first night, the heating leaked so they had to remove it. They offered to replace it but the room was so hot without it that we said we didn't need it (we actually slept so much better without the heating). The 2nd night the smoke alarm started beeping in the middle of the night. We removed it and we Informed the staff at reception, thinking they'd just change the battery but they didn't. They went into our room to replace the heating but not the alarm. During the night the hostel is very quiet, which is great! However, when quiet hours are over (7am) you start hearing a lot of noise. Most of it it's due to doors banging during cleaning and draft from the wind.

• Rocio (9/5): Excelente para descansar entre treking y treking. Cómodo, calentito y bienunocado - La ubicación está muy bien. Cerca de los senderos más importantes. La limpieza parece de hotel, las camas y sábanas armadas y cambiadas todos los días. Las duchas impecables siempre agua caliente y buena presión y la buena predisposición de los chicos de recepción. Lo único que tengo para decir es que en la cocina había demasiadas moscas. No soy muy pesada con esas cosas pero realmente eran muchas.
• Dominika (8/5): - The hostel is located close to the entry of the park. You have to almost go through all El Chalten to get there from the bus station, this walk took me some 20 minutes. The hostel is pretty big. I stayed in shared room and we had own bathroom with separate toilet for 6 people. I liked that you got a key for locker from the hostel. The room itself was spacious. Next to each bed were plugs. Moreover there was a restaurant below, so you could order a beeakfast, or eat dinner in the evening with 10% of discount. The biggest issuw of mine was the kitchen. I did not liked how it was organized. The sink shells small badly, there wasnt enough dryers for dishes.

Que las cortinas de la habitación no fueran blackout y tuviéramos mucha luz por la noche (de los faroles externos) y por la.mañana. sugeriría reforzar con cortinas blackout para un mejor descanso de los huéspedes

• Izar (8/5): - El hostal estaba siempre muy limpio, siempre había alguien limpiando. Limpiaban la habitación y el baño y hacían la cama todos los días. La cocina era muy amplia y siempre estaba limpia. El wifi no funcionaba muy bien y había muchas moscas en la cocina.
