Guest Reviews
- Verified traveler (10/5): - From the decor to the amenities, everything about this apartment was perfect. The location is perfect for easy access to most points of interest in downtown Toronto, and the view from the big windows and balcony is fantastic. The owner was accessible and communicative, and willing to help with any issues however, i had none! A perfect stay!
- Verified traveler (8/5): - tuuto bene fatta eccezione per vettovaglie carenti (poche posate piatti ...)
- Michael (10/5): Amazing! - Loved staying here. Amazing location and the apartment had everything you needed. Would 100% recommend!
- Verified traveler (8/5): Lot of space and very modern - Very nice and modern room right downtown. Room can be a bit loud with outside street traffic, but that is too be expected when staying downtown
- Verified traveler (8/5): Good location - Great location. Nice furniture & big TV & desk. Small bathroom a little dingy, bedding wrinkled & drapery dirty but nice layout.
- Ewajesu (10/5): - The neighborhood and the property is very nice. Will be coming back soon and I will definitely stay there
- Verified traveler (10/5): Overall a great experience - Overall I had a great experience staying here. Unit: Nice floor plan with a full bath, 3/4 bath, bedroom, den, kitchen with a long island and a living area. The unit was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The HVAC system was very quiet when running and the unit was nicely furnished. I believe the builder of this condo is Great Gulf so the overall quality is very good. I personally loved the unit and had no complaints whatsoever. Location: Great location with plenty of restaurants, bars/clubs, shops and major venues around all within walking distance. There is a TTC street car stop near the building and the St.
Andrew subway station is relatively close as well. The fact that free parking was included was a huge bonus for me as I needed to drive to a couple locations downtown and it was nice to be able to go in & out and park in a secure underground garage. Check-in: I personally found the check-in process very easy and straightforward, however, after reading some other reviews apparently some people find the process tedious. It honestly wasn't a problem for me as I was able to retrieve the key and remote within a matter of a few minutes. If you prefer staying in a condo rather than a hotel in the downtown core then I would highly recommend this unit.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Room was clean, check in and check out was super easy!
- roman (10/5): Celebrating Toronto and people. - We enjoyed our night , the location was great as we were here to celebrate 2019 at Nathan Philip Square. Clean warm and comfortable and worry free as underground parking was included.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - This place was great (spacious accommodations, kitchen, views, balcony) except for one thing - there's no place to store luggage after checking out and before we needed to go to the airport. Highly recommend!
- Joel (10/5): - Very convenient location, furniture and decor is nice very spacious for 2people. Would stay again if in town.
I'd be gentle with working the taps in the washrooms.. Just an unconventional design feature and may be foreign to most people.
- Karisma (10/5): - I enjoyed my stay Pics r very accurate and great location
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Excellent location - easy walk to theater district; clean, comfortable and well appointed; but check in is a bit cumbersome with need to retrieve garage key from the apartment before parking the car. However, overall a 4.5/5 and would recommend.
- Andrea (10/5): - Good location. Safe! Very nice suite, clean, well appointed. Having 2 bathrooms was a real bonus! I would definitely book again!
- Verified traveler (8/5): Perfect location; vague instructions - The flat itself was absolutely beautiful with a fabulous view and it was in a great location for walking to the theatre district. Actually getting into the apartment was a bit of a nuisance and instructions were vague. We had to park with hazards on in an alley, use a code to open a lockbox to get a key to the room, then go up to the room to get a key for the parking garage. It would have been much better/easier to have all keys in the lockbox. The elevator had some issues too (wouldn't recognize the fob on one side). The neighbors were extremely loud late at night; we ended up turning on the bath fan to drown out the noise. Now that we know how it all works, it would be much easier for a return trip, and we would stay there again. Better directions all around (parking garage, elevator use, etc) would be helpful to future vacationers.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - I had a great stay! Excellent location!!!! And the owner communicates very well which is so appreciated!
- Yumiko (6/5): - The location is great.
- Yuri (8/5): Good location - The check-in process was a little painful as I have to pick up a key then go upstairs to get the car park key before I can park. There was no parking on the street when I got there and after circling around a few times, I gave up and paid for parking while I go figure out the check in. This was totally unnecessary had they put everything in one place. One elevator was down and going up and down was arduous... Tenants here seem to drive recklessly into the carpark. I had a few heart-in-throat moments when cars come hurtling into the narrow driveway as I was trying to exit the carpark; this happened almost every time I went out in the short time I was there. Beware if you are going to drive.
But, the property is very clean and the location is fantastic. I would stay again. I wish they would streamline the check in (have the house key and carpark entry keys in one easy place) in the future.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Excellent condo, great location - I stayed in this property for 4 nights. Condo is spacious for Toronto standards. Very well appointed. Only thing missing was a coffee maker. Location is excellent. Tram stop across the road with stores only stone throw away. Highly recommend it.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Nice room. Couldn't get tv to work just said loading
