• SIMON (10/5): Good hotel for its price, perfect for catching an early flight - Nice rooms , good location I was traveling with a lot of baggage so the fact that the reception was in the upper floor made a bit uncomfortable the check in as I had go up with all my luggage and then go back again to my room, luggage trolleys would have help. Restaurant area was nice but the food options were limited at night time

No amenities like Shower caps are provided. The water falls right onto your head making it difficult to bath if you do not want to wet your hair. 3.The almirah inside the room is steel. It should have been made with Wood to improve aesthetics. 4. There is absolutely no back rest on the sofa inside the room. The back rest is 100% perpendicular to the seat without any back rest. This discomforts travellers.

• shelley (7/5): It is what it’s needed to be for a night stay prior to departure but be prepared should have stayed closer to internatio - Easy walk from mascot airport Mislead on the airport shuttle via the bookings.com page and even there web page does not communicate it well it’s an extra $15 per person and only starts at 5am to bad if you flight is a 7am international. No internal restaurants or local had to walk back to mascot for dinner.

• Tama and Nani (8/5): Overall, we had a lovely and comfortable stay, with a beautiful atmosphere, convenient location, and just a few small ar - What I liked most about the property was its convenience and atmosphere. Being so close to the airport made everything easy and stress-free, especially for travel. I absolutely loved the foyer and upstairs scenery — it was beautifully designed and had such a calming feel to it. There was also a lovely scent throughout the space that really stood out to me. I’m not sure whether it was a perfume or fragrance used in the hotel, but it was beautiful and actually brought back some very nostalgic and happy memories for me. It made the experience feel extra special. The property itself was clean and well presented, and there were definitely things we really appreciated. One standout for us was the number of power points, USB ports, and charging sockets available throughout the room — that was incredibly convenient and something we were genuinely grateful for. One small thing I noticed was that we were initially given only one room key, so we needed to return to reception to collect a second fob key. It wasn’t a problem at all and certainly not a complaint — just something I noticed that may make things a little smoother for guests if two keys are provided from the beginning. There wasn’t anything major that I disliked about the property, but there were a few small things I noticed during our short stay. One was that the maintenance staff member who came to replace the battery in the safety lock wasn’t aware that we were already in the room. I heard a knock, but before I could get to the door, it had already been opened, which surprised both of us a little. To his credit, he apologised immediately and we had no issue with him personally at all….the poor guy. It just seemed like there may have been a communication gap internally regarding occupied rooms. So grateful to have had use of the safe, so thankyou☺️. Another small thing I noticed was that there were no bin liners in either the bathroom bin or the bin near the fridge area, so we ended up using our own plastic bags instead. Before arriving, we were asked to complete an online pre-check-in form, which was easy and straightforward to use. One of the questions asked whether we were celebrating a special occasion (or something to that effect) and I mentioned that we were having an early wedding anniversary celebration. I wasn’t expecting anything extravagant at all, but I did find myself wondering afterward why the question was asked if there wasn’t any acknowledgment connected to it — even something small and simple like “Happy Anniversary” or “Congratulations” upon arrival would have felt thoughtful and personal. It just left me a little unsure of the purpose of the question. Another thing I noticed was the arrival experience in the downstairs foyer. When we first entered, we honestly weren’t quite sure where to go or what the process was. We noticed the lifts but didn’t realise how they operated or where we were meant to go, and we felt a little lost for a moment until the lift doors opened automatically.

Check-in staff are very friendly 😊 The buffet breakfast was terrible & not value for money. Dietary requirements are not catered for, I had a small plate of dry, over-cooked scrambled eggs which I did not finish. Very disappointed, the breakfast needs a huge overhaul to reflect the amazing view! Better breakfast options at the airport!

It was cheaper to get a taxi from the international terminal than the third party transfer shuttle bus. In the morning we walked to the Qantas terminal, and it took about 15 minutes.
