Emil (10/5): - Absolutely fantastic stay at TRYP by Wyndham Istanbul Basin Ekspres! The hotel was very clean, modern, and comfortable. The staff were professional, friendly, and always ready to help with anything needed. The room was spacious, quiet, and very well maintained. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of food. The location is also very convenient, especially for airport access and shopping areas nearby. I truly enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Istanbul. Looking forward to staying here again!

The location and accessibility were somewhat inconvenient and costly, and there were no shops or restaurants nearby at night. In addition, the receptionist’s attitude was quite arrogant and unprofessional. Due to the disrespectful behavior I experienced, I decided not to extend my stay at the hotel.

Tanju (6/5): - Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Frühstück war außergewöhnlich. Im großen Ganzen kann man es empfehlen. Die Suite hatte ich schon vor einigen Jahren. Damals ist mir schon der Bodenbelag mit Lücken aufgefallen. Dasselbe fand ich wiederum so vor. Es gab keine Hausschuhe, und in meinem Zimmer war kein Tresor vorhanden. Vom Fernseher her gab es wenig deutschsprachige Sender. Noch einmal würde ich es nicht nehmen.

Emily (7/5): - Big comfy room The reception staff wasn't the friendliest. The whole hotel was hot and stuffy. No air con in reception. No air con or water in the gym. The North Shield Pub constantly smelt of cigarette smoke. However, my premium queen room was spacious and comfortable. The the breakfast was good with a lot of choice and an egg station. Not much to do around the hotel, felt a little isolated. Towels could be a little bigger.

Ismail (10/5): - J’ai vraiment aimé l’hotel rien a dire Tout est à sa place Bien si tu es à côté des Mall si vous avez besoin de shopping c’est le meilleur choix Personnel très gentil accueillant ,et sympa Parking disponible pour votre voiture (facile à garer et gratuit ) Chambre 10/10 Vous avez tout ce qu’il faut pour un bon séjour , tout ce qui est mentionné ou même plus vous allez le trouver rien de moins Une belle vue, surtout si vous êtes plus de +10 etages Malheureusement j’avais pas le temps pour aller voir la salle de sport et la piscine Je recommande 100% RAD

Ahmed (3/5): It is my 2nd time to stay in this hotel and my comment again is that my stay was to be excellent if the hoted have more - Very clean The reception staff are very rude
MC (4/5): Absolutely disappointed - The sauna and steam room. We're excellent. Breakfast top notch. Requested an early check. 2 weeks in advance. Arrived. No assistance. Was informed only a suite is available and I had to pay 130 euro on top for the suite. The suite is not worth the money. It has 2 rooms yes. Yet an uncomfortable couch. Poor design . A microwave as an extra. The tea and coffee station had 2 sachet of coffee and creamer and 2 tea bags . Amenities were very limited. Towels were hard, no slippers , no extra duvet. The phone does not work . The lights wees confulsing too. Has a balcony yet locked. It states that a suite is for 2 adults and 2 kids. (Where do the kids sleep? On the floor or table? Absolutely disappointing. 1603 was the suite. My advice don't book it ever. Not worth the money. Booking.com was off line as well couldn't cancel booking before time and nor could I book anywhere else due to booking not available (due to technical error as they said)

Neven (8/5): Good money to quality ratio - The hotel is somehow worn out but it is very good quality for the money spent. You can tell it has its glory days before. Still excellent sleeping and overall room comfort. Satisfactory breakfast although little less from what you expect in Turkey. Quite close to Mall of Istanbul by car. It has convenient underground free parking. Polite English speaking staff.

Hadi (4/5): Wasn’t given/staff sketchy - I wasn’t given the suite i paid for. Instead i was given small room Staff behavior was weird the last day as 3 different employees asked me to check out. I had paid 60$ for late checkout the day before and wasn’t given a receipt.

Maria (10/5): - Момчето, което ни посрещна на рецепцията ни обслужи бързо и много точно ни обясни всичко. Приветлив и усмихнат персонал. Стаите са необичайно големи и чисти. Всеки ден почистват, зареждат с минерална вода и сменят хавлиите.
S (8/5): Goed prijs/kwaliteit hotel. - Ontbijt was prima. Kamers waren schoon. Bed is iets te zacht, de kussens waren goed. Ik begrijp dat met de huidige economische omstandigheden en lage lonen in Turkije geen personeel blij mee is, maar een klein glimlach mag wel.

Preda (10/5): - The hotel is clean, close to 212 Mall and Mall of Istanbul, 10 minutes distance by car. We stayed here just for shopping. They have free parking underground, B3 level. We didn't eat breakfast at the hotel. I don't understand why this hotel has only 8 on booking, it deserve more. The rooms are very big, also the bathroom, the beds are very very very comfy, everything is clean. If you want to go shopping, this hotel is in the perfect location.
