• Wagma (4/5): Preis Leistung stimmte nicht überein - Aufenthaltsraum und Abendprogramm mit Gesang Frühstück, Gastronomie auch abends sehr schlechte Qualität… habe was zurückgegeben weil es nicht geschmeckt hat und musste es zahlen. Kaffeemaschine mit ungenießbaren Kaffee. Heißes wasser für den Tee wurde über eine Kanne gemacht und war ständig leer. Jeden Tag das selbe.

• Fgago (5/5): Great Location and Friendly Staff, but Noise and Cleanliness Need Improvement - Most people are friendly and approachable. Good location, just 7 blocks from the beach. The gym is equipped with the essentials. It is extremely noisy, either due to the thin walls or the staff constantly shouting. In addition, there is construction very close by, which makes it impossible to rest. The room cleanliness is below standard, and the breakfast is mediocre considering the price; much more was expected.

• annelJ3711PQ (8/5): Small and cosy hotel - Sia is a small and cosy hotel only about 10 minutes walk from great beaches where I highly recommend Palma Beach Club with friendly staff and easy access to the sea. Our room was spacious and very clean. So was the bathroom. Members of the staff were always willing to help. We also enjoyed stylish decor of Sia.

• Gabriel (10/5): - My stay at the Sia Hotel was nothing short of fantastic. From the moment I booked, the service was impeccable. As I was arriving late, the hotel generously arranged an airport transfer. The driver was not only friendly but also offered wonderful advice on exploring Split and Croatia, which really set the tone for my trip. The staff throughout my stay were lovely—always attentive and happy to provide guidance whenever needed. My room was very comfortable, offering a perfect retreat after a day of sightseeing. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast; the selection was great, and the breakfast area was a lovely, bright space to start the day. The terrace was another highlight—incredibly relaxing for an evening drink while watching the world go by. For those who like to stay active, the gym is well-equipped with everything you need for a solid workout while travelling. I highly recommend the Sia Hotel and would not hesitate to stay here again on my next visit to Split. A recommendation would be to display some alternative milks at breakfast.

• Markus (10/5): Ich komme gerne wieder. - Das Hotel ist sehr schön eingerichtet und alles war sehr sauber. Am Empfang wurde ich auch freundlich behandelt. Das ganze Hotel ist sehr gut klimatisiert, besonders die Zimmer. Dadurch konnte ich auch bei sehr heißem Wetter gut schlafen. Insgesamt war es für mich ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt.

• mariamaA9198IQ (2/5): Cheap hotel and bugs full in all rooms - First of all we paid 3600 without taxes on 3 very average rooms for 4 nights. We didn’t have drinking water in the rooms the whole time!!! The bugs were all Over in three rooms!! The breakfast was below average. We complained to the reception many times but no one took any measures and nothing was done about it. There was no one to bring the bags to or from the rooms. People of croatia are so nice and hospitable but this hotel doesn’t reflect it. I felt that the staff were helpless with no given authority to change rooms or take any measures.

• GazzaPhill (10/5): Excellent - A very nice hotel, an upmarket "business" style hotel,very contemporary. Very comfortable & spacious rooms. Great Breakfast - wide variety of choices & high quality. Very helpful & courteous front desk staff. About a 5 minute Uber to Old Town & 10 minute walk to some lovely city beaches. Quiet area so equally a nice oasis from the hustle & bustle of the beautiful city.

• Tiffany (9/5): Excellent, comfortable stay; lovely hotel and people - The Sia Split is very comfortable, clean, inviting, and new. The staff were very friendly, the bed large and comfortable, and the rooms and reception tastefully appointed. The aircon in the rooms is quite efficient, critical in the warm summer. Breakfast was included and offered a variety of fresh fruit and veg, breads, hot items, and beverages. Meals can be taken on the large outdoor patio that lets one enjoy the sea breeze. And if you like cats, you’re likely to see several around the property! Some rooms facing the street can be noisy as it’s a fairly busy thoroughfare, but those on the back side were fine. The location doesn’t offer a view of the sea, and it’s not particularly close to the sea (a bit of a walk) or the old town (a short drive). As we were there for business at KBC Split Hospital it was perfect, but it may be a bit remote for tourists who plan to walk to their destinations.

• Jaimy (7/5): Good hotel for a quick stop in split. - The rooms are clean and big and the staff are very friendly the gym is worthless, no dumbells with a weight more than 10kg. it is small and there are three big machines so there is actually no room for other exercises
• Michael (9/5): Couples holiday - The staff were excellent especially the girl at breakfast, the location is ideal, it takes around 30 minutes to walk into the old town but local transport stops right outside the hotel Our first impressions of the area were not good but when we explored it had everything, shops,bars and places to eat. A 20 minute walk to a fabulous sandy beach with a place to eat, you can walk into Split from here too I would like to give a shout-out to the receptionist on checkout he went above and beyond to help us book an Uber to the airport thank you for a great holiday. More Irish tea 😅 herbal tea is not my thing. The beach closer to the hotel had construction work in progress.

• caroley60 (10/5): A fantastic week in Split - My husband and I decided on this hotel, after making the decision to visit Split, never having been to Croatia before. We are so happy that we chose this one. We arrived at about 1pm. We were really happy when we walked in and saw the tasteful decor. We were warmly welcomed by Dario on reception . He gave us all the relevant information , and our key. Told our room was ready for us to go in to. Again we were really happy with what we saw. It was like home from home, as we have the same colour scheme. We got settled in and went back to reception to ask about any restaurants close by. Dario recommended one just along from the hotel, the Konoba More. We had a delicious meal, and in fact returned another twice. I have to mention Dario and Yuri on reception. Both really lovely, helpful young men. They really go out of their way to help guests. Another was Mario, who worked in the bar, and at times in the restaurant. He ,also, was lovely and really helpful. A definite credit to the hotel. Sia Split Hotel is a 20 minute easy stroll to the old town, and the harbour where we spent hours watching the yachts and ferries arriving and leaving. Split is a must to visit . The remains of Diocletian’s Palace is awe inspiring, as is so much there. Would we recommend the hotel? Absolutely Would we return. We absolutely would

• Matija (9/5): - Više puta sam boravio u hotelu Ora. Hotel je vrlo dobro pozicioniran, lako dostupan i ima osigurano parkiralište u garaži. Doručak je raznovrstan i ukusan, a restoran ugodan i čist. Zaista sam zadovoljan sa svime što sam koristio. (možda jedino da se u baru može popiti veliko pivo, osim pšeničnog :) )

Das Zimmer war sehr groß, das Frühstück umfangreich, das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ausgezeichnet. Es war auch eine kostenlose Tiefgarage dabei. Es war etwas schwierig, die Garage zu finden, da es von außen keinen Hinweis auf das Hotel gab. Eine Dame an der Rezeption war sehr unfreundlich.

About 5min to old town by uber and cost about 5 EUR, very convenient. water would come out of shower area and toilet floor gets wet. People cannot reach hotel main entrance by car, would need to walk for 50 meters, it's ok, but could be inconvenient during bad weather.

(10/5): good hotel, we liked it - very friendly and helpful staff, very nice hotel, with restaurant, good location, uber to center of the city costed only 4 euro, the room is rather big, very nice place breakfasts were very modest, we came about 10 oclock at the breakfast and it was very low choice what to have, maybe in the morning it was better. There was no free water in the room, only in mini bar, but I think for this price hotel should give water.
