- Huber (8/5): Nice - Great location. Near tons of activities and restaurants by walking. The pool was very nice. The stay was super attentive and the rooms were cleaned well. They staff knew we were coming for our honeymoon and left a cute design on the bed. The facilities could do with some upgrades/new paint/updates but overall it was fine and we liked our stay.

- Silke (5/5): Short term apartment rather than hotel. - The staff was super friendly and helpful. We utilized the shuttle service from the airport to the hotel. The tuktuk driver was so welcoming and amicable. Was a great start. He also helped us to arrange the tour to go to Angkor wat to watch the sunrise - the very next morning- which was super convenient. Room was good, fresh clean linens, toiletries, clean room and bathroom. A big disappointment was that the bar and restaurant were not open. We understood from the staff that after covid (or due to it) they stop with this service. Therefore we feel that would be more suitable to advertise it as a short term “apartment” rather than an hotel. Value for money is not good. We found it too expensive for what you get. Also bed was not that comfortable, you could feel the springs. The food options for breakfast were limited around the hotel (or opening late -10am onwards). For dinner there is an Italian restaurant across the street that was exceptionally good. Expect to open you wallet in Siem Riep. It is very expensive.

Davy provided varied, plentiful and extremely tasty breakfasts. We stayed in a ground-floor room with direct access to the lovely pool. The room benefitted from sunshine throughout the day and was a good size, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. I have no hesitation in highly recommending this place and a huge thank you to all at The Aroma Angkor Boutique Hotel for a memorable stay. Nothing not to like.

Everything was very clean and well organised. I was even greeted daily with a complimentary sortiment of fresh fruit. I was surprised to find the hotel doesn't offer a mailing service. The room fridge made a loud sound in the nighttime. I would be woken up by the sounds coming from the pool in the morning.
- Nigel (10/5): Well-positioned, well-run and well-deserved 5 stars - Great location, not too close to the busy centre of town but walkable within 5-10minutes, as well as immediate access to some excellent local restaurants, coffee shops and a pharmacy. I had a v spacious room on the 2nd floor overlooking the well-maintained pool - which is an absolute must after a hot day's worth of sight-seeing around Angkor Wat. The staff were v helpful and attentive, making for a thoroughly enjoyable stay. Highly recommended I seriously have no complaints.

- adventurelover2015 (10/5): Amazing Place to Stay with Wonderful Staff! - We can’t thank the staff at Aroma enough for the way they treated us doing our stay. My boyfriend had just proposed and they went out of their way to make us feel special. They let us upgrade to a nicer room for a cheaper fee, and even decorated our room with roses! One night we decided to order room service for dinner and they brought an actual table and chairs into our room to make it a fancy, romantic meal together. The breakfast is also great, they kept asking if we wanted more food. This was the best hotel experience either of us had ever had! The staff at Aroma really go out of their way for their guests to give them a memorable trip. If we ever come back to Siem Reap, we will stay there again!!

Pool was beautiful and rooms were spacious. They offer free transportation to the airport but only one way. Highly recommend!
- littleiggy (10/5): Very good - Stayed for 4 nights in August 2019. The hotel is located in a 'local' area just away from the main tourist hub. Numerous eateries nearby, good and cheap. The hotel is clean and the staff are amazing, they go out of their way to help you and are a real credit to the hotel. The breakfast is waiter service and was basic but good. Book one of the ground floor rooms and you have direct access to the pool. If I was going back to Siem Reap I would stay at this hotel again.
- shadah1 (10/5): Extremely friendly staff! - We stayed here for four days/five nights. The hotel is a lovely little place with only 14 rooms. We had the very first room on the ground floor which was very convenient for us. The room was huge, the AC worked perfectly, we had no trouble with the wifi and spent many lovely hours relaxing by the pool. Our breakfast each morning was perfect size and the restuarant staff were extremely friendly. The only negatives were the bed for me was very very firm, although hubby didn't mind it I woke up aching. I never mentioned this to staff as I didn't think there was anything that could be done about it. But otherwise the hotel is perfectly situated within a 5 minute walk to Pub street and the Night markets. Highly recommended. The staff were amazing!

They also helped us arrange 2-day private tour to visit 7-8 temples near Angkor Wat, Beng Mealea and Floating Village. Hotel people are surprisingly friendly, helpful and nice! Hotel with small swimming pool; close to Pub Street, only within 10mins walk. Breakfast included. Having Asian, western breakfast sets to choose! There are also nice restaurants, post office and Asian supermarket nearby. Very convenient!
- Rekuskaa (10/5): Perfect place in Siem Riep! - The hotel is a boutique accommodation for those, who would like to be in a silent area just 10 minutes walk from the city center. The hotel management is always available, very helpful and solved all our problems. Gave us great tips for daily trips and made our stay unforgettable. Really clean also in comparison to European standards and furnished with a good style. You can chill on the shore of the pool after a long day! Breakfast is great, both local and western choice available. Can recommend warmly!
- tarawhman (10/5): Amazing stay! - I honestly cannot say enough positive things about this hotel. By far the greatest part about the hotel was the incredible staff, lead by Mr. Tai. They were all incredibly friendly and wiling to do anything (within reason) to make our stay more enjoyable. The location of the hotel is very convenient. There was lots of great food, coffee and laundry services on the same street. It's also a 15 minute walk or less to every night market. We had a room on the ground floor so we had a walk-out to the pool. Our room had one king-sized bed, was very spacious and always cleaned well. We loved that the hotel only had 14 rooms so it was never very crowded, especially the pool area. We arranged transportation to/from Angkor Wat and Phnom Kulen through the hotel. It was marginally more expensive than other tours we found but we liked that it wasn't with a huge group so we had control over which sites we would see and how long we'd spend at them. Bonus: the hotel offers complimentary pick up service from the airport!

The staff were always polite, welcoming and always on hand to offer suggestions. The rooms were of a very high quality, spacious, clean and luxurious. The breakfast was top notch, with plenty to choose from and food cooked to order. We’ll definitely visit again when we’re next in Siem Reap, and recommend anyone who wants to visit the area to stay at the Aroma Angkor Boutique hotel.

I can’t judge the little restaurant, because we didn’t eat there. 1 thing was slide odd: we arrived without a reservation but checked the price on bookingsite Agoda. This price was cheaper then the price the reception offered us. We needed to book online to have the discount of €45/$50. Overall a nice hotel.

Appreciated the warm, friendly, polite, and welcoming staff who attended to us effortessly 😊. This lovely Oasis has a high end minimalistic and clean presentation, and yet very comfortable and appropriate for the high humid temperatures of Siem Reap. The bed and aircon was amazing, had great sleeps. The Oasis of a pool, in the centre of this metropolis was refreshing and luxurious, particularly within the context of neighbouring business and homes. The hotel catered well for the western palate also 😊 and pinacolada cocktails in the pool were the absolute best! Travelled with good friends, we appreciated this hidden Oasis very much.

There is a supermarket close by and few more restaurants on the street. About the hotel, seems to be a new building. The room was spacious and nice looking. Thumbs up for the staff, they were very polite and helpful. Mr. Tai helped us organize the daily trips.

The service at this hotel was exceptional! The staffs at the hotel (day and night shifts) were very friendly and helpful! They made us feel so comfortable there and helped us getting around Siem Reap! The hotel, pool, and room were so clean! Breakfast selection was limited but tasty. The welcome drink that they gave was made by a young gentleman who worked there and it was so good! The location: Just a street behind Park Hyatt and about 10 mins walk to Pub Street and Angkor Night Market. Not too far from The old market too. The restaurant Try Me beside the hotel was good too! The supermarket at the end of the street was pretty big too, had everything we needed to get. That made it really convenient for us too! The internet is the day was slower but somehow much faster at night. Getting a Tuk Tuk around was easy as well! Overall, I highly recommend this hotel!
- airyhillstudio (10/5): Excellent Location and Service from the Front desk to the Kitchen - The rooms were large, and the service was excellent. From the time we arrived until we departed the entire staff made you feel welcome. The little restaurant where you have breakfast was quant and the Staff there was amazing. If you want a nice quiet room stay in 206. It has a large king bed and is at the top end corner of the hotel and looks down onto the pool. The pool itself is just about perfect for the area you are in. Long enough to do some laps and relaxed enough to just enjoy a float and a drink. We had several lunches there and the kitchen staff was excellent, allowing us to order off the normal menu. We made friends with the staff and this resulted in us having the Chef come and show us his Fish Amok receipt. Delicious and very king of him. Use there airport transfer service as it is inexpensive and the driver was waiting for us at the airport with a clearly marked name board. They will organize trips for you and they are all quite reasonable with tuk-tuk drivers whom the hotel uses regularly. The location is excellent as you are no more then a few steps from some very nice restaurants and some very local restaurants as well. You are about a ten minute walk to the Bar Street and night markets. Just far enough to get there easily and escape when needed.

- BridgeQueen_12 (10/5): Great little hotel - We stayed here for 5 nights and thoroughly enjoyed it. The rooms are large and clean with a nice balcony overlooking the pool. It is situated pretty close to Pub Street, but we hardly ventured there as you can find everything you need on the same street as the hotel, cheap eateries, eg Try Me is next door, a good French bakery and laundries The staff are friendly and helpful and breakfast is fine. The pool, as others have said is small, but that is not uncommon here. The other negative in other posts re the noise from next door, we found to not be too intrusive, we could not hear it with the balcony door closed and it stopped by 10.00. Also the questions about the bathroom, there is a sliding door and a blind can be lowered over the window between the bathroom and bedroom. All in all I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel and would definitely stay here again.
- AJontheroad (8/5): Good location, nice hotel - Our room was large. The internet was extremely intermittent and we had to hotspot on our phones a lot. Nonetheless it was a pleasant stay. The power went out in the neighborhood and this hotel had its own generator which was nice. The staff was very friendly and having a pool was wonderful because it was so hot we jumped in every day. Breakfast is good. The mattress was too stiff so they added blankets for us underneath the sheet.
- Jung Chang (10/5): 很満意的飯店，下次會再入住的飯店 - 這是一家在去年新開幕的飯店，飯店裡面的空間很大擺了一張很大的床足以睡三個大人的空間，然後外有一個游泳池、早上起來看起來很漂亮、然後他有一個簡便的早餐、服務人員都很客氣會讓你賓至如歸，最主要的是他在去年開的而且價錢不貴，很適合我的理想，我現在去出去玩我會再選擇住這一家旅館而且他離市中心很近市中心有一家新開的商場，裡面有星巴克有雙聖冰淇淋還有BBQ

- Verified traveler (10/5): 最高のホテルです！ - 素晴らしいホテルでした！送迎の便をきちんと伝え損ねていたのに、急いで迎えに来てくれました。お部屋もとても素晴らしく、お部屋からプールに直接はいることが出来るお部屋でした！チェックインして部屋に入るときも一人の方が先に部屋に行ってくれていて、カーテンを開く演出をしてくださったりとても素晴らしいおもてなしでした！部屋もとても広くて綺麗で感激しました。何よりホテルのかたのおもてなしの心そして笑顔が素敵でした！ホテルの右隣(二軒くらい先)にあるレストランも安くて美味しかったです。ナイトマーケットにも歩いていけてとても便利な立地でした。次に行くときも必ず止まります。
- Li Chun (10/5): A wonderful, cozy boutique place in town - A wonderful new hotel with excellent service staff. They went out of their way to welcome us with a beautiful room and a beautiful pool right outside of the balcony. The bed was comfortable; the room was new and clean. It’s within walking distance to the pub street and the markets. Plenty of restaurants to choose from. Transportation was easy; we either use ‘grab’ or just get a tuk tuk waiting outside of the hotel. On the day of departure, the hotel let us check out late, ordered us a taxi, carried our luggage in the pouring rain, and waved goodbye to us like we were their close family members. I miss them already!
- blossomjj (10/5): Good location, clean room conditions, friendly sta - It was convenient as Angkor Wat, National Museum, and Night Market were relatively close. And above all, my room was in excellent condition. I stayed at another hotel and moved to the aroma hotel. The room was wide, very clean and free from ambient noise. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was excellent. The hotel on the main street was too noisy at night, but the aroma hotel was quiet so it was nice. There are also many restaurants nearby. Even if I go there next time, I will choose an aroma hotel.
