• Xavier (7/5): Uneven service - Excellent and attentive service in the beginning and during most of our stay. However, by the end, the main host was not very responsive (although his brother was very kind and helpful). As stated above, great service initially and during most of our stay. However, we had no water on our last day of stay (so no washing, no shower, nor working toilet), and the host was not very responsive nor apologetic regarding the situation.

• Anna (10/5): Great place to stay, relaxing. I would go there again - I really loved this place. You had everything you need in the room. Fridge,microwave, towel, shampoo, showergel. Hot water in the shower. Waterbottles in the fridge for free. Big room with lots of space, a window. I felt very comfortable and satisfied with this place. The people working there are really friendly and respectful and we had a nice talk. I would stay here again and recommend everyone. The Furniture isn’t the newest anymore but I didn’t care. As long everything is clean. They even offered to wash my clothes for free. It wasn’t ironed afterwards, so it’s not a special service. But got a traveller like me I don’t need that, I just needed clean clothes and that’s what I got :) very happy with the service. A little bit difficult to find, walked past it 3 times. It’s the door next to the bubble/boba stand and the eyelash shop.

• Martina (4/5): Not worth the price - The staff was VERY nice, it makes me feel bad that I have to leave bad review. The staff was always smiling and allowed us to leave our bags there after check out. The location is also great, close to the market. The AC was loud and not efficient. Also it started to leak in the middle of the night and we had to catch water in the bowls and trashcan. The bedding was stained and had holes in it and the sink in the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned for ages, as you can see in the photo. It’s not worth the money considering you can get much better accomodation with pool and clean room for just few bahts (100 baht/person) more.

• Paul (10/5): Comfortable and spacious room. Convenient location - Very good location, right in the heard of Chiang Mai, near all of our favourite places. A nice looking alleyway takes you to many bars and restaurants. Coffee downstairs. Very big, comfortable room. Good value for money

• Au (10/5): 10 marks to the staff and location. 10 marks to the room at this price. - Host and his lady are super friendly and helpful. Treated us strawberries. Even offered to help us buy teeth brush at night when they don’t really have to. Helped us to keep the luggage until afternoon and kept our food in the fridge. We cannot thank them anymore. Room is spacious and clean. There is a large fridge, microwave and hairdryer in the twins bed room. Location is perfect beside the a main road. Safe to walk back hotel. Many restaurants and bars around. Near night market.
• ai662 (4/5): Great location, service could be improved - Location is absolutely fantastic, close to both weekend night markets and close to lots of fantastic temples, Thai massage places and great places to eat. Room large and beds comfy. Fridge and microwave in room which were clean. Otherwise cleanliness on arrival (such as bathroom) was not the best. It says that staff/reception is available 7-7 and rooms cleaned/serviced between 12 and 4 but after arriving we never saw anyone and had to call to ensure would see them before we left (as we needed to pay). They struggled to book us a taxi back to the airport, but got there in the end.
• Dave2Feet (10/5): Great welcome, big clean rooms, good position. - Located near the centre of the old town on one of the main streets, a short walk from some decent eateries, cafes, 7/11s and temples. We dropped lucky with this one as we did not do full research before booking. The hotel/hostel has two big rooms, ours had a fridge, microwave, kettle, crockery, cutlery and there were coffee, other supplies and a toaster in the reception. The whole place was clean, inside and out, our room was cleaned daily at our convenience. The TV, AC, WiFi, all the kitchen equipment and everything in the compact wet-room all worked. Soap and shampoo were provided in dispensers by the shower. Our room was big (I assume the other one is the same as it has the same footprint on the floor above), it had a double bed, wardrobe, bedside furniture, the kitchen equipment, TV stand, a chaise/sofa, and loads of additional floor space, the windows looked out to the street at the front and next door buildings to the side, of course there was some street noise but it did not disturb us. The receptionist was there 7am-7pm every day, the keys provided included a front door key for entry after 7pm. The receptionist was so helpful! genuinely welcoming and personally phoned the companies concerned to rescue our two excursions when neither of them showed up at the agreed time to collect us. We would very happily stay here again.
• BavarianTraveller10 (10/5): Biggest Hotel room ever - Stayed in the center location. It has only two rooms, quiet from inside and outside. 3 min walk to the Temple number one. staff helpful but only there from 7 to 7. Very clean, most Things in very good conditions. Minor things about the bathroom (heater went off some time, no soap at the sink, only in the shower) Tidy room service. good to have a room big enough that the aircon doesnt hit you when you lie in bed.
