• Polina (8/5): За свои деньги топ по качеству, чисто. Расположение очень удобное! - Расположение очень удобное, приятный хозяин, отзывчивый и идет на встречу по времени выезда и заезда. Помог в 5 утра заказать заранее такси в аэропорт. Приятные номера за свои деньги, кухонька, со всем необходимым.
• Enrique (6/5): It´s a good place to stay but it could be better if they do loads of improvements inside. - I liked the size, because we get practically an apartment instead of a hotel room. The proximity to the bay and relevant highsights in Dalyan. Also quietness at the place and friendly neighbours around. The facilities are quite old and demand some maintenance, in addition many things inside of the apartments MUST be replaced such as kitchen utensils and some items in the washroom likewise a new shower along with his holder. Perhaps the rugs in the living room.

The location was amazing, shops less than 4 minutes away and the river front just over 10, it was extremely quiet in the evenings. It's very good value for money. The owner Hakan was very helpful and always polite. Aircon was very good. We would definitely stop again

Good sized apartment with a fair sized bedroom and another room with 2 large sofas and table and chairs in it. Also a balcony with table and chairs. Looks great from the outside butl very unloved on the inside. Hasn't been renovated for years. The rooms needed a deep clean. Could be a great place but unlikely to stay there again when there is so many other places to choose from.

Seems ihe last year's conditions were better than now. - It has a pool even small one and has a own garden Some useful things are not working properly: faucet was broken, door to balcony is not working properly, air conditioning has not cooler gas, so could not make a little room cooler. The carpet was dusty. Bed sheet was torn.
• Benjamin (6/5): Pleasant - From outside it looks lovely and have a great greenery around. Inside is also nice and have a very big terase for all guests. Kids enoywd in the pool and cats around Furniture in living room looks ok until you sit on it. There is also electricity problem in the room and finally all socket werent working and AC as well and we couldnt sleep because of heat. Doors and bathroom needs few improvements
• Osman (2/5): - A rather mediocre place. We wanted to choose a place suitable for having a good time in Dalyan, but this place definitely does not meet the standards for accommodation. The electrical wiring is poor, sparks fly from the outlets when you try to charge your iPhone. The air conditioner has not been maintained, emitting a moldy smell because the filter hasn't been cleaned in years. I had to remove and clean the filter myself, but it was encrusted and visible mold was present. Unfortunately, it does nothing but spread bacteria. The cleanliness was also quite bad. The sheets and towels were yellowed, and the cleanliness of the bathroom and balcony was inadequate. It is not a sterile environment and lacks necessary care. The stove in the kitchen was rusted, and the refrigerator was covered in ice. Despite its very central location and beautiful garden, it does not meet the minimum requirements, so we will never stay here again and I would not recommend it. They definitely need to review the electrical wiring and cleanliness.

• Mel (2/5): Very poor quality accommodation but good location. - Location was excellent. Close enough to attractive Dalyan centre yet quiet enough. Balcony spacious. Cleaner guy couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. Generally good speed WiFi. Pretty well everything, sadly. I booked and stayed for 8 weeks. The attitude of the owner/manager varied from just OK to grumpy and unhelpful, especially around providing me with a suitable additional apartment for son staying for 10 days. Even reminding him I was a long-staying customer did little! The state of the whole building, from cramped outdoor area to small pool, from state of totally inadequate kitchen - no sharp knives, no peeler, no oven, no microwave, no plugs or even basin for washing dishes, very limited cutlery - was made worse by non-functioning extractor fan. The shower was fine but shower curtain was hopeless so water covered rest of toilet area, making it unpleasant to use. It probably wasn't but looked dirty. The decor throughout was grim, with horrible brown colour on walls, often smudged or with scratch marks. Internal doors hardly closed properly. Lighting was bleak throughout and installed bedside lights didn't work. The TV simply didn't work! Clearly the owner/manager makes no effort, even for my unusually long stay and my brief dispute over his initial refusal to provide a suitable apartment for my visiting son really said it all. I am used to fairly basic accommodation and understand differences in culture and traditions ... but this was simply of an unacceptably poor quality.

• Deborah (1/5): AWFUL - Absolutely nothing. We left the following morning. Our holiday spoiled as we had to find alternative accommodation at extra cost. This money was for trip to Rhodes with accommodation which we were subsequently unable to do and had to cancel due to depletion of funds. The property was disgusting and beyond basic. We stayed only one night as we arrived just after midnight. Facilities were almost non existent and nothing like advertised.

The property does need higher beds and higher toilet seat, as are way too low - not convenient at all for people with disabilities or older people. Please have equality for all. Loved the balcony listening to the birds. Also need to address the health and safety aspects with cables , wires, etc for guests safety.

Extremely good value for money. We stayed just before the start of the season so more equipment in the kitchenette should be provided and the shower curtain should be changed!

Room very poor dirty electric socket taped to wall, shower flooded back into toilet area which then was unable to use toilet till you cleaned and dried area , shower controle leaver on shower couldnt move was held in possition by sealent tv on top of tv , not enough utensils to self cater what there was were dirty ,controle for air-conditioning was hanging by a cable underneath, bedroom dated bed too low explained to owner about stairs and all he did was shrug his shoulders . Hubby went to check few days before we were due to stay there but couldn't get hold of owner to cancell as another customer showed him the room because owner not always there

• Sebastian (10/5): Fantastically clean basic apartments with a great host - We liked it so much we will plan to visit biannually. Great location, great host, big rooms, spotlessly clean, bed linen and towels changed every other day. It didn't bother us but this place is basic and a bit run down. However, we were happy to buy a new fry pan so we could cook our breakfast omelet, provide our own dishwashing liquid, sponge, etc and we now have a souvenir tea towel. It's all good, we will know what to pack for our next visit 😃

• Caroline (7/5): Good cheap option in a good location but go in with the right expectations - Good location near shops and centre of Dalyan. Nice plunge pool and some outdoor space. Owner Hakan was very friendly and helpful. We knew we’d booked a cheap property so it was in line with our expectations - you get what you pay for. There’s enough kitchen equipment to make breakfast and salad lunches/dinners but just one electric heat ring so you’d struggle if you want to self-cater for anything more complicated. There’s air con in the bedroom but not the whole apartment and it gets quite hot. We slept with the air con on and window closed because of barking dogs, cockerels etc.

• Mona (10/5): HIGHLY RECOMMEND - We booked this hotel for 2 reasons: because it was so affordable compared to other properties in the area and because of the amazing reviews it had - and thank goodness we did!! Both Hakan and Mine (the housekeeper) are super friendly, hospitable and helpful, and get out of their way to make you feel welcome and that makes all the difference for a wonderful stay for us. The apartments are exactly as pictured in the photos, the pool is kept super clean and if we could have, we most certainly would have stayed longer. Can highly recommend it and hope we'll be back soon. THANK YOU.

• Sean (10/5): Exceptional - This was a lovely apartment, only a short stroll from a lovely little village. Our host was super friendly and helpful, and we felt right at home. It's in a nice quiet neighbourhood only 5 minutes walking to the centre. If you're staying here, you must eat at Cömert Lokantasi. This is a restaurant for locals where you can eat real Turkish food at real Turkish prices. You will pay a fraction for a meal here of the overpriced tourist restaurants.
• harash (4/5): A DUMP - The place was a dump. Chipped plates. Apartment needed updating. V v old furniture. Ok for budget hotel but wish it was clean. TV remote was not in the room so spoke with Hakan who could NOT do anything so we had NO TV. therefore had early nite in an uncomfortable bed. There was like warm water for a shower which did not have pressure. There were NO recent review’s therefore decided NEVER STAY in a place unless it has recent good reviews. The Owner was very nice.

The cigarette smell from the air conditioning unit was over whelming, hence the room swap, there was naked electrical wires in the bathroom, lounge and bedroom. Basically could do with a revamp and this place would be amazing

Sıcak suyu sürekli vardı ve kliması buzdolabı iyi çalışıyordu. Wifi fena değildi ,kesintisiz film seyrettim. Dalyandaki ikinci adresim. .Eksikleri var mı diye soracaksanız ,5 yıldızlı tatil köylerinde bile eksiklikler var. Fiyat performans kıyaslandığında tercih edebilirsiniz.
• Russell (4/5): Disappointing - Outside was quite nice The place is fallig to bits bottom sheet on bed full of holes, portable tv looked like it came from the 70's in the middle of the dinning room plastic table so no room to eat, bed was so low you had to roll out of it, shower area was grim with shower curtain that stuck to you when wet, walls painted a coffee colour with green and blue wood work

• Rozel (7/5): Lack of care and attention spoiled this accommodation - It is set towards the outskirts of town in a quiet area, but is fairly accessible to the centre and river. We had a first floor one bedroomed apartment with a balcony giving a sideways view of some of the Kaunos tombs. There was a/c in the main room, set to hot, but it was not warm enough to need to be cool. The wifi was good. There was a small TV but we did not use it. It was, as said by others, very clean - the cleaner took a lot of time and trouble when cleaning - we came back to find she had re-arranged the 2 large sofas and table in the main room one day! The owner Hakan was also very friendly. As we have found in a few Turkish accommodations, this was one where only half a bedsheet was provided, so the other half of your body was covered by a blanket presumably used by other people, but Hakan was happy to give us an extra half sheet, so that we could layer it the length of the bed’s We were disappointed with this stay after the positive reviews. We knew that the it would be a rather basic old fashioned apartment. The owner Hakan was also very friendly but clearly had not properly checked his apartments before opening for the season. It was we, not he, who discovered that both bedside lights did not work (he replaced a bulb to get one working but no electrician came in 6 nights to repair the other); we accidentally pulled a curtain down and 2 partly down as there were no ‘stops’ on the rails (Hakan replaced them saying it was his job); the shower ‘tray’ area did not drain and would still have an odd inch of water the following day despite pushing it to the drain (Hakan said this would be resolved when we had our half weekly clean, but this was not unfortunately the case). We had wanted to self cater quite a lot of the time but it is very difficult to make a meal with only a kettle and one hot ring and 2 small pans ie too small to put all the ingredients into. We have never had only 1 hot ring before! - Other reviewers clearly had more provision in their apartments. But the most disappointing aspect was the lack of hot water. A number of guests stayed for 1 or 2 nights but we were there for 6, and in all that time only had water comfortably warm enough for showering on the last 2 mornings when there were only 2 other people staying. Washing at all, let alone one’s hair in tepid water is not pleasant. Hakan’s suggestion that we showered in the afternoon or evening was not really helpful.
• Helen (7/5): Excellent value for money but a few tweaks needed to make it great. - Excellent communication from Hakan before arrival. Transfer for £25 was organised by Hakan. Apartment was spacious for two, although very small bathroom. Smell of orange blossom from balcony was lovely. Heating from aircon was needed occasionally and much appreciated. Beds were comfy enough. The apartment is in much need of some attention. There was a water leak in bathroom which meant having to squeegy the floor before using toilet otherwise feet would get wet. There were light bulbs missing. We made ourselves coffee but to make anything else with equipment given would have been a mission.
• Tanya (10/5): Relaxing, quiet and friendly - Not Ultra Modern, but clean and tidy. Loved the lemon tree overhanging our balcony, Hakan was so helpful and friendly. Quiet location, but a short walk to the centre. Will definitely come back. no complaints for the price paid

• Raymond (7/5): We have never stayed anywhere like this before,it was very Turkish and different but will return. - No breakfast was available at this time. Any problems we had were dealt with quickly by the owner. We had the pool to ourselves all week as most of the guests tended to go out exploring the area. No safe available to store valuables,TV was very dated and had no English Channels,No toaster provided.

• Tamara (7/5): Good - Great location, quiet, but close to the centre. We loved the black cat who was waiting for us every time we got home. The appartment is simple, but has all you need. Hakan was a very nice host! For the price, it was good quality The shower pression was low. The curtains were pretty thin, the light shines through. We put up a blanket that solved the problem easily. :)
• Nicky (10/5): - The place was lovely quiet, hakan was so helpful and pleasant, nothing was a problem. Within walking distance to all. Really enjoyed my stay and defo stay again
