Jesmond (9/5): Overall happy with the place, cleanliness and location. - Location was good, good parking spots close by and a good number of restaurants, cafes and gelaterias very close while being close to the sea. There are nice walks by the boats. Breakfast was a voucher from a cafe a block away which consists of a coffee and a croissant only; I expected something a bit more than this giving the lovely pastries and magnificent bread we kept eating!

Cristian (10/5): - Locatia in inima orasului, intr-o zona frumoasa, parcare cu plata aproape de proprietate. Personal prietenos, camera impecabila, spatioasa, f curata. Micul dejun se servea intr-o alta locatie, la o cafenea Bar Gondor Licata la 350m pe jos de B&B. Am venit in weekend si a fost un pic cam zgomotos noaptea fiind proprietatea amplasata foarte aproape de centru si lumea era iesita sa petreaca in oras. Noi n-am avut probleme cu somnul insa daca esti mai pretentios e posibil sa te deranjeze zumzetul orasului.

La posizione ottima,praticamente si è proprio al centro di Licata tra pub,bar e ristoranti...Se dovessi ritornare andrei sicuramente in questo beb...

Tom (7/5): Good - It was roomy and for the most part clean. My room was on the top floor with no elevator and I found a bunch of hairs in the shower when I arrived. Also, there are several doors and too many stairs to get to the room. I had a hard time getting into the room because I had to find the right key. Finally, I couldn't sleep because I could hear the noise of everyone partying outside for Ferrogosto.
Dirk (9/5): Overnight stay without anything missing - Nice apartment, very clean and practical. All included what you need. Short term booking but no problem for our host. Uncomplicated hand over. The apartment is on the 4th floor, you needed to take lots of small stairs. Nothing for people not being fit. The mentioned parking place included is not existing. The host searched a free public parking lot with us nearby.

The owner was very pleasant and helped us out with moving rooms. the room bright and airy. location perfect for the marina and waterfront areas. having heavy cases the owner had to assist us to the top floor. as someone with a back issue it was a bit challenging but as mentioned the owner assisted which was very welcoming. nothing really to dislike.

The staff/ owner helpful and friendly. The B&B is renewed, comfy bed. Breakfast served in an allied restaurant nearby. Not much of a view outside the balcony/ window.
