Guest Reviews
- Fernando (6/5): - Rooms are good, and some staff are nice. Over price for hotel arrange game drive packages. So avoid it.
- Faith (9/5): Superb -
- Andre (9/5): Superb -
- Andre (9/5): Excellent to spend the night on safari. - Staff is very friendly and helpful.
- Francesca (3/5): Poor - Great and nice people and food.
Better ask for stone rooms Very old and not clean. Need to be renewed. But nice we changed accommodation and they gave us reimbursement as per rule(50% )
- Gerhard (10/5): We had a great time - but if you are on a safari you won't spend much time in the camp anyway. - Great location. WIFI only in the dining hall.
- Mohammad (2/5): Very poor - Poor Poor
- Siyad (8/5): Very good - Good
- Tomas (8/5): It’s a basic but comfortable place to stay your first night just in front of Maasai Mara not to pay the high daily entry - The staff is very nice, doing all to make your stay great. Unlike per info at booking.com there’s Wi-Fi at the main building (not in rooms). You won’t be able to arrive to the property in a small car (regardless it’s 4WD), the last mile was an adventure even in a Land Rower =)
- Geethan (10/5): A goldmine in the midst of Masai Mara region - Any request from us was not a problem for the staff. We had an infant in the party as well as our requests for vegetarian meals all were provided promptly. The Chef himself would come and check with us many times for conformity. They would wake so early to make sure our meals are ready by 4.30 in the morning. In that remote part of the world they ensure the cleanliness of the food, all takeaway items wrapped in top grade, clean, environmentally healthy packing. The Manager himself would come to us all the time to check on our well being.
- Eudald (9/5): Superb - Beautiful, well-cared and quite camp very near to ololomuitia gate. Perfect to rest after safari game. The personnel were very kind and helpful. We appreciate the hot water for shower. To eat for dinner there was a little buffet with different very good dishes. Also for breakfast.
We enjoy it,
- Andre (6/5): For the price we paid definitely worth the stay. - The staff was friendly and went out of their way to commodore us. Received us well and explain well how things work. Food was tasteful but small buffet selection. Tent did not close completely. Could not be locked to leave valuables. Drinks counter or "bar" poorly stocked and no ice available. Only few drinks cold. Only instant coffee. Step between tent and bathroom entrance dangerous.
- Gonzalo (6/5): Pleasant - Beds were comfortable Quality of food, toilet and no hot water
- Humbert (10/5): Great! We hope to be back! - Our driver, Simon Kimani, made our entire experience amazing. The staff at Rhino was awesome: Jackson, our cook, housekeeping. We never had functional Wi-Fi. The router seemed to transmit, but was not connected to the internet. This was true in the dining hall. There was no signal outside of the dining hall at all.
