- Philip (5/5): One night short stay - Water heater ok. Decor a bit old, need to climb stair to room (difficult for elderly or with big luggage and road travel in is not easy (depending on which direction). I think over price for this booking.
- Surattana (9/5): Superb - The location and view are good. The weather is cold in the night till morning as we expect and we are happy very much. The room decoration is nice, also the garden . The room and bathroom are clean. The host is very friendly and always contact and take care us. The wifi was not stable.
- Vivian (10/5): Exceptional - My children love how big the space was and how comfortable it was to go up and down the ladder. This is quite suitable for family and big groups. We love everything. My kids would like to go back to stay there.

- Mei (10/5): - Ms Tip is a very hospitable and kind super host. Our car broke down and she arranged our pick up quickly. Being very responsive, communication was a breeze in English. She gave sightseeing tips too. My family liked Tip House a lot! It is quaint and very clean.
