• Theresa (3/5): The worst property we have ever stayed in Lisbon. Disappointed it’s listed by Booking - Available parking Property was not as pictured. Sofa covered with dirty blankets. Chipped dishes. No soap to wash dishes or to shower. Broken shades on window.

• Fernando (7/5): Estancia agradable - Apartamento grande, limpio, algo apartado pero bien comunicado, con todo lo necesario para tu estancia. El metro está a unos 10-15 minutos andando. Tuve un pequeño problema con la localización del mando del parking pero finalmente me lo solucionaron. (Los aviones suenan pero apenas si molestan. Por la noche no pasan).

• Marcio (9/5): Ótimo apartamento. - Apartamento em bom estado. Camas e lençóis confortáveis. Acesso fácil, check in fácil. Aquecedores em todos os ambientes que ajudaram muito no frio. Boa localização perto do Metrô em local seguro. Apenas a máquina de lavar roupa não funcionava.

Le wifi Le prix La baignoire Les avions qui frôlent l'immeuble 24h sur 24. Le manque d'équipements dans la cuisine (passoire, manique...) Le manque de réactivité du personnel. Les matelas trop durs et le canapé sale. Les volets cassés et le manque d'insonorisation des fenêtres.

• paweł (2/5): Fatalna obsługa i brudny apartament – stanowczo nie polecam. - Duży apartament Najgorsze doświadczenie z noclegiem od lat. Obsługa wymusiła na mnie check-in o pierwszej w nocy, ponieważ ich dodatkowy, zewnętrzny system (nie Booking) wymagał odprawienia wszystkich gości od razu – nawet tych, którzy przyjeżdżali dopiero za kilka dni. Musiałem robić check-in drugiej osoby i wysyłać jej dane oraz selfie, podczas gdy byłem po całym dniu podróży i byłem zwyczajnie wykończony. Obsługa nie wykazała żadnej elastyczności, a rozmowę przeciągano do późnej nocy. Po przyjeździe okazało się, że apartament w ogóle NIE BYŁ posprzątany. Podłoga była lepka, śmierdziały ręczniki, pościel wyglądała na używaną, w koszu były śmieci, w powietrzu unosił się zapach alkoholu. Napisałem do obsługi – zero reakcji. Dopiero następnego dnia, po zgłoszeniu sprawy do obsługi klienta, ktoś przyjechał posprzątać. Sam apartament jest mocno zużyty i wymaga odświeżenia: brudne ściany, szafy, ślady użytkowania wszędzie. Do tego okna są nieszczelne, więc słychać samoloty, budowę naprzeciwko i bar pod oknami – o wypoczynku można zapomnieć. Nie polecam kompletnie. Za tę cenę można znaleźć miejsce o nieporównywalnie lepszym standardzie i z normalnym podejściem do gości.
• Mateusz (6/5): Fair price for this place, it’s close to the airport ~20mins by bus. The biggest disadvantage was only 1 toilet in a pla - Only 1 toilet for a space up to 6 people

• Solange (10/5): Lovely and accommodating stay - Everything in my own opinion was really nice taking out some details that doesn’t affect your stay at all. I recommend booking the stay here, but always ask all questions needed before you come to the property as they are willing to help to sort it. A couple of things that needs to be sorted in the apartment which for me are not negative but rather more like an improvement needed, which are small things that can be sorted with time such as the wardrobe of the double room needs a repaint, some parts on the floor needs to be glued back in place and fix the blinders because few of them don’t open at all and since that apartment have a nice view and the sun comes through, it would be nice if it could be fixed so the guest can truly enjoy of what that city has to offer. Something to improve is communication as well, by text can take ages to receive a reply but if the person calls the agency, it works much better that way.

Te dan el parking en el edificio pero no te dejan el mando para abrir la puerta del parking . La limpieza muy básica

• Iara (5/5): Passable - Location - close to the airport for early flights. A lot. Definitely not for family stays: there is a bar located below the building and it's noisy. We didn't have access to the garage until later when a staff came to bring the key (after poor communication from the staff: couldn't provide an estimated time of arrival). You can access the garage from the lift but only if you have a key to insert but the key was not provided at any point. Apart from towels and hair dryer, the other basics were not provided ( no soap in sinks, not a kitchen towel or anything to wash the dishes). I don't think anyone expects travellers to carry their own dishwasher liquid or kitchen towel! Clearness could be improved.
• Achal (1/5): Worst Place ever stayed on my travels - Nothing, Its a sham, there was no cleanliness in the apartment you can visibly see spider webs in Kitchen, they charge a deposit & then find ways to deduct it. they Photos do not meet the reality, there was no cleanliness in the apartment, they charge a deposit, the property is not at all well managed. things are broken and then being charged back to the new visitors.
• Business (7/5): Great place to stay with family and friends, but bring your own cleaning products - We liked the property, it was very spacious and clean expect for the freezer was dirty and the blinds was broken and no one mentioned this to us. The location was good and access to public transport was near. The beds was also very very comfortable. Collecting the key was really hard, we are new to the area and it took nearly 2 hours to find the welcome centre using the google map even when we asked the public they too had to search on google map. I would rather the key was at the property in a key box. Also there was no access to free parking, we had to pay and park even though it said free parking available on the booking.

• Verified traveler (8/5): - This apartment suited our needs as we had to visit the Santa Maria hospital and apartment around the corner. Well equiped apartment with comfortable beds the only gripes were we were not informed how to work the shower which had an unusual way of working and I had to call to ask. Also we did not have hot water on our second morning before we were leaving and we were told this is because this needs to be turned on from outside the front door. It would have much better if we were told these important points when we were handed the keys.
• Oscar (4/5): Unpleasant stay - Very unpleasant stay. The first day we didnt had hot water in the whole apartment. The A/C was not working at all and the cleanliness in the apartment was poor. Fx. the curtain in the shower had mold. Furthermore, the handles in the bathroom door was broken and couldnt properly close that door. Lastly, they didnt gave us the keys for the basement garage as they said that the last visitors didnt gave it back and they didnt had a replacement.
• Craig (10/5): Lovely accommodation. Very pleasant staff - Very pleasant and accommodating staff. The only issue we had was that previous guest went off with key to garage. So had to pay for parking.
• Elle (2/5): Didn’t realize that it would be like this - Intermittent hot water with no water pressure most of the time, sewer gas smell, only 1 roll of toilet paper per stay for 5 for 5 nights , no sheets/blanket for pull out, broken kettle/oven, when you call office they say they’ll fix things but doesn’t happen. Sheets/towels arrived 6 hours later than they said. Didn’t see anywhere that soap/shampoo wasn’t supplied. No mini bar like in the description. Wish I could get my money back. Big disappointment. Not to mention they don’t tell you where to deposit trash. It’s an outside door that no one would find. Thank goodness the Lisbon people that live there are helpful
