- Samiha (9/5): I like to say thank you to the lovely stuff specially Mr. Hassan Salah and his team Omar mahmoud Jessica and the rest a - The property is quite clean. I like it specially the dining room. The swimming pool area it needs more entertaining. It’s very quiet. The lobby is quite nice and cheerful but I noticed the cleanliness and the level of hospitality is outstanding. I didn’t like the property not being clear on Google Maps. I had a few problems going in and out to get on the road and Uber always miss the entry so it needs to be more clarified on the road or a big sign to go in to the hotel from the main roads. you need a few things to make the lobby more alive like maybe a shop a chemist or a gift shop the hotel is quite spacious and it needs to be more alive.

It would be more convenient if it opened earlier in the morning. Additionally, the spa or massage service are not available. For a five-star hotel, I believe these facilities should be provided.

- Elizabeth (7/5): While the initial room mix-up and in-room dining were disappointing, the staff handled the issue well, and the upgraded - Thankfully, after expressing my concern, the bellboy intervened and the front desk upgraded us to a much larger room, which we really appreciated. The room I initially received didn’t match my booking; I had reserved a twin room but was given a double bed. The front desk initially said there were no twin rooms available, which was disappointing. • In-room dining was below expectations; the pizza I ordered made me unwell. • Breakfast was average and nothing special.

- ABDULLAH (7/5): - 1. مكان مميز بالقرب من مول سيتي ستارز وليس بعيد من المطار. 2.قريب منه محلات ومطاعم وكافيهات. 3.هدوء خاصة في الطوابق العلوية. 4.طاقم ضيافة راقي في التعامل خاصة موظفة الاستقبال جيسيكا ومرتب الغرف علي. 1.تم اخذ مبلغ اضافي 300 دولار للغرفتين، بحجة ان الحجز كان لشخص في كل غرفة رغم ان الحجز بدون افطار… لماذا دفع مبلغ اضافي دون اي مبرر مفهوم، وكذلك رد الموظف كان غير منطقي بأن المبالغ الاضافية هي لموقع بوكنج!!!!!! 2.ارتفاع كبير في اسعار الغرف مقارنة بالاعوام السابقة.
