• Denyse (9/5): J’y retournerais. - Très très bien situé pour visiter Heraklion à pied. Stationnement robotisé Plastira à 8€ par jour, je recommande. Suite spacieuse, complète et propre. Nous n’avons pas rencontré les propriétaires mais l’entrée s’est bien déroulée.

Der Wohnbereich war ausgesprochen sauber und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt - toller Ausblick vom Balkon. Die Gastgeber haben uns eine sehr detaillierte Anreisebeschreibung geschickt, sodass wir es gleich ohne Probleme gefunden haben. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis! Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen gerne wieder!

• Danita (9/5): Convenient and spacious suite with lovely view of city. - Location was convenient for the walking area of town, and to sites such as the Archaeological Museum and port. Suite was very spacious with lovely view towards the church. Excellent breakfast. Very thoughtful bottle of wine provided. The unreliability of hot water in the shower. Despite my using the heater switch and waiting, the water never got beyond tepidly warm in shower. Had hot water in the kitchen sink, but not the shower! Shower would also be improved by having a caddy for placing shower toiletries instead of having to place on ground.
• Dr. Jana (6/5): Bett war leider furchtbar, Lage super! - Super Lage, alles gut organisiert, Balkon mit toller Aussicht, Wohnung gut ausgestattet und mit Gastgeschenk (Flasche Wein). Das Bett war leider eine Vollkatastrophe und hat bei jeder Bewegung geknarzt, sodass wir leider kaum schlafen konnten. Frühstück war schon am Abend davor auf dem Zimmer und bestand aus Toast und Cornflakes, was wir beides nicht essen, sodass wir trotzdem außerhalb Frühstück besorgen mussten.

Owners were very responsive and allowed a late check out when our flight arrive late the night prior. The bed was comfortable. Patio is lovely. The whole space was much bigger than anticipated. It felt like a true apartment versus a hotel (in the best way). The breakfast that was laid out for us with milk, juice, wine, fruit, eggs, etc was very thoughtful. Great space!!!!

• Norbertas (8/5): Good short stay with a view in Heraklio oldtown - The apartment had a good view and a nice terrace, spacious rooms and welcoming gifts from the hosts were a really nice touch. The property is in a central location so it was easy to reach the city centre. It was easy to check in and check out. The apartment had all the necessary amenities. Very very comfortable bed The decor of the apartment is very old fashioned, a lot of worn off places, like you see damaged floors and window blinds and walls. The apartment was a little bit cold as old AC takes a while to heat up. You can hear neighbors while in the bathroom very clearly. Although the breakfast was provided it was really really minimal, like 2 eggs for 2 people and some bread with jam, Could be a bit more if you are providing this service.

Le petit déjeuner pas top du tout. Que des produits de basse qualité. Pas d’accueil physique. Les échanges par sms sans réponse. Uniquement par booking. Réponses t’arrives ce qui est difficile de s’organiser pour programmer votre séjour et surtout quand vous n’avez pas de réseau.

We booked for 3 people and only received 2 comforters, we asked for the third comforter and never received it. We asked if we could leave our luggage before check-in - we had to ask twice. The place was poorly designed- shower flooding the bathroom, no room to put your toiletries, same with the rooms- very little room to put your items. Breakfast was a nice touch, but not great quality.

Το πρωινό το βρήκα φτωχό σε επιλογές και σε ποσότητα. Ευτυχώς που είχαν βάλει όλες τις παροχές του δίκλινου, οπότε έφαγα πρωινό για δύο άτομα.

• Michalis (3/5): Απογοητευτική διαμονή με προβλήματα καθαριότητας, λειτουργικότητας και εξυπηρέτησης — μόνο το πρόγευμα ξεχώρισε θετικά. - Το πρόγευμα ήταν αρκετά καλό και η τιμή σε λογικά επίπεδα. Χαμηλό επίπεδο καθαριότητας και εμφανή σημάδια φθοράς. Το WiFi δεν λειτουργούσε (ξεθωριασμένος κωδικός), ο καναπές ήταν άβολος και μη εργονομικός, ενώ στο μπάνιο υπήρχε μόνο κουρτίνα με αποτέλεσμα τα νερά να βγαίνουν έξω. Επιπλέον, υπήρξε πλήρης έλλειψη ανταπόκρισης σε θέμα υγείας, με αποτέλεσμα να μην έχουμε καθαρά σεντόνια και πετσέτες. Οι παροχές ήταν πρόχειρες (π.χ. φρούτο σε κακή κατάσταση) και γενικά έλειπε οργάνωση.

• Στέλλα (8/5): - Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται δίπλα στο κέντρο, ούτε 5 λεπτά με τα πόδια από τα Λιοντάρια γι αυτό και το επιλέξαμε. Το πρωινό αξιοπρεπές αλλά θα μπορούσε να εμπλουτιστεί με κάτι ακόμα. Το κρεβάτι τρίζει αρκετά. Όπως και να χει value for money. Θα το επιλέγαμε ξανά.
• Nataliia (10/5): Залишилися дуже приємні спогади - Були з дочкою 24.10.25.Чудове дуже велике приміщення,величезна ванна кімната.Гарно обладнана кухня,є кава,цукор.Навіть невелика пляшка вина у подарунок.Гарна велика тераса ,зверху накрита тентом від сонця.Тент за потребою можна відкрити.Вид з тераси неймовірний,видно місто,собор,море,гори.На сніданок нам залишили молоко,тости,масло,джем.Четвертий поверх,є ліфт.Хазяїн живе навпроти,якщо щось потрібно,завжди допоможе.Квартира в центрі міста, недалеко від автостанції та порту.Поруч багато кафе,є сувенірний ринок.Все дуже сподобалося,рекомендую всім мандрівникам. Немає недоліків

• Michal (9/5): דירה מהממת שהתאימה לנו בול וסיפקה אותנו לגמריי - המארח היה מאוד נחמד, אדיב ותקשורתי והיו הוראות מדוייקות ביותר לאיסוף המפתחות וקבלת הדירה. היא נראתה בדיוק כמו בתמונות, סיפקה אותנו באופן מצויין!! היה יין במקרר וארוחת בוקר על השולחן מהממתתת וכמובן מרפסת מפנקת והחדר שינה גדול וכייפי!! וגם המיקום מעולה לגמריי, תודה רבה רבה נהננו מאוד הבעיה היחידה לגמרי שנתקלנו בה הייתה הדלת שהיה קצת קשה לפתוח ולנעול את המנעול, מהבחינה שהיה צריך קצת לדחוף/למשוך ולשחק עם הדלת כדי שהמנעול ייכנס והדלת תיפתח אבל מעבר לזה הכל היה מושלם!!!

I asked to check in early or maybe drop my stuff before check in, but the communication about it was not very smooth. I contacted them a day early, arrived at 6:30 and got a text a few hours later... Eventually it was possible, and they send photos and instructions for the locker

• Patpat (9/5): - Ήταν κοντά σε όλα, μέσα στο κέντρο και μπορούσαμε να πάμε παντού με τα πόδια! Εκτιμήσαμε το κέρασμα που μας προσφέρατε! Και τα παιδιά ευχαριστήθηκαν το παιχνιδάκι που είχατε αφήσει στο τραπέζι, αλλά και τη smart tv. Ζεστό νερό όποτε θέλαμε! Δεν είχε παντζούρια και έτσι μας ξύπνησε ο ήλιος το πρωί. Θα θέλαμε περισσότερες επιλογές στο πρωινό.

• Denise (9/5): - Die Lage ist hervorragend. Man ist in zehn Minuten am Hafen und in ein paar Minuten in der Stadt. Ein Supermarkt und die Bushaltestelle sind nicht weit entfernt. Die Reinigungsdame kam jeden Tag um das Frühstück aufzufüllen, sie spricht hervorragend Englisch und ist so freundlich! 😊
