- Jay (10/5): Always recommended for your visit in Bodhgaya - The hotel is located in a very good area. It can be reached anywhere within a maximum of 10 minutes on foot. The room is large and comfortable. The staff are super friendly and helpful. The reception in particular tries everything to satisfied the guest. Breakfast selection is plentiful and very Indian. And the price is simply unbeatable. Nothings
- Bala (10/5): - Great one-night stay. Attentive staff, clean rooms and excellent location. Two on-site restaurants serve excellent food.
- Wayne (10/5): I don’t do surveys -
- Linpei (9/5): Superb - Maya Heritage hotel is a very modern hotel in Bodh Gaya. We felt at home in the hotel. The room is sizable and comfortable. The best part is we can see the tower of the Mahabodhi Temple from our window. All the major attractions are within walking distance. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. They helped us arranged the airport pickup and drop-off and they also found a driver to take us to Nalanda and Rajgir. We enjoyed very much our stay. I wish I knew about the electronic mosquito repellent device the hotel offered for each room sooner. Make sure you use that at night. It will save you the mosquito bites. We didn't know about that for our first night and were really bothered by the mosquito. The front desk staff taught us how to use it second day and we were not bothered by mosquito any more.
- Vanessa (8/5): Best Location! - The location was great! I was able to walk to the Temple to meditate in the morning. Very close to the main places and center of Bodhgaya.
- Andrew (10/5): Beautiful clean hotel in great location - Great location, good breakfast and restaurant, clean rooms, helpful staff
- Thanh (10/5): Wonderful 8 night stay 😀 - Spacious and clean room, decent buffet breakfasts, central location, and helpful staff . Mr. Parmatma and Mr.Randhir are very kind and helpful. So is Mr Rahul Pratab, Thanks to all of them. They offer pretty good masala chai but their coffee is not so good.
- Shaunak (9/5): Superb - Good stay all around. Would recommend that the hotel have their own in-house shuttle to the airport. Currently, the hotel hires a third-party driver for this purpose.
- Mahadev (8/5): Very good -

- Yschy (4/5): Disappointing -
- Susruta (7/5): Comfortable - It’s a comfortable hotel about 800m from the Bodhgaya temple
- Nila (8/5): A Good Option In Bodhgaya - The hotel gave us a room upgrade and we had a very clean and comfortable stay. I would recommend this hotel. Nothing. It is a good option in Bodhgaya
- Sha (7/5): Hotel was good but not upto the mark for the price we paid. - Good. The price. The price for walk-in guests was Rs 3K while we were charged more (5K) because we went through Booking.com. This is biggest lesson learnt for us.
- Devyank (10/5): Exceptional -
- Wong (9/5): Superb - Very convenient location (near to Mahabodhi temple). The rooms were clean and the staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good and I enjoyed the food at Nirvana cafe. Grateful that the staff allowed me to do an early check in and overall enjoyed my stay there Wifi was unstable and the room could have better soundproofing. I booked an airport taxi with the hotel but did not have a good experience with that driver. The trip was agreed to be 800 inr but when I paid 1000 inr (expecting a change), the driver claimed that he did not bring enough money with him and took off with the full 1000 inr instead.
- Brenda (8/5): Friendly, comfortable, clean, quiet AND close to Mahabodhi temple. - Location great--near Mahabodhi temple and also quiet. Rooms comfortable and clean. Staff helpful and friendly. Cold water most of the time although pretty used to that in India.

- Dr (10/5): Exceptional - Location , rooms All was good

- Arindam (5/5): Passable - Rooms, food and service Facilities, parking.
- Martina (10/5): Exceptional - The staff was very helpful and nice! Also the room was good, very clean and spacious and overall I really enjoyed my stay at Maya Heritage!
- Swapan (9/5): Comfortable n enjoyable. - Breakfast was good however we expected few more variety in breakfast. I did not like room decor.
- Douglas (8/5): Would definitely recommend as an option if you're overnighting in Bodhgaya - Nice, modern hotel with friendly, helpful staff (who helped us to book transport), good location; everything you need is a short walk away. Oh, and they did a decent breakfast
- Williams (6/5): Pleasant - Ac Breakfast buffet
Intransparent pricing of rooms
- Ramachandra (9/5): Good property to stay in Bodhgaya. Centrally located for all tourist attractions. - Clean, well maintained property. Staff is cooperative.
Food is good. 1) We need to wait for items for breakfast.
.2) Can add more items to buffet like idly, dosa or utappam etc.
3) Health faucet gun is due for replacement
4) Mixer taps in bath and wash basin, hot and cold water indications are reversed.
5) Present Drinking water bottles are small. They can be 1 litre each.
- Genya (10/5): Exceptional - Very beautiful place, the service was amazing very kind and professional. Everyone should to visit maya hertige.
- Aashish (7/5): Good -
- Luke (8/5): Very good -
- Rohit (8/5): Very good -
- Fernando (10/5): Great hotel, would definitely recommend - The hotel was clean and was walking distance from the Bodhgaya. The staff was helpful, friendly and professional. Specially Pappu from the restaurant/room service provided great service.
- Dr.meera (8/5): Very good -
- Riya (6/5): Terrible food and discriminatory behaviour of staff - The size of the rooms and the location of the hotel is great. The food is terrible and needs drastic improvement. The hotel staff's discriminatory attitude towards it's Indian guests as compared to it's foreign guests is appalling.
- Anitha (4/5): serve the people better , specially someone nee to the place - Location / room interior it is only walkable distance to the pilgrimage Stay is good but hospitality could have been better , reachability to the property is very poor . Hotel staff himself charged 1000 rs for a 16 km ride . That is purely exploitation for a tourist. Restaurant rates are high , they charged 35 rs per roti . That’s too much for an indian restaurant.
- Jacob (7/5): Pretty decent - Great restaurant, kind staff. A bit expensive for what it was. The locks on the door are just push locks, and there is no bolt... So security was lacking.
- Rahul (7/5): Good and value for money - 1) The manager, Mr Kumar Chaneshwar, was very helpful and generous, and their housekeeping was very efficient too
2) Food was really good 1) Their restaurant staff weren't helpful other than one ,whose name we dont remember.
2)The soap that they provide is too bad.
3)Rooms should be painted as walls weren't clean
- Rohit (9/5): A good place to stay. As advertised. Huge reception area. - Great view. Great Location. Good food.Hospitable staff Amenities in the bathroom. The room was slightly shabby (not a huge problem here).
- Viktoriya (6/5): Pleasant -
- Ankit (10/5): Exceptional -
- Enrico (8/5): Maya is worth staying. - I liked almost everything. However, there is still room for improvement.
People at the reception always tried to help. I asked if I could check out one hour later because of my flight after 3 p.m. and they were very accommodating. The lock of my room (201) that seemed to not work properly and found the door open a couple of times while I was inside. It should be fixed. I told the cleaners upstairs but forgot to tell about it at the reception desk.
- Ashish (9/5): A pleasant stay close to the Mahabodhi temple. - The location was perfect for anyone intended to visit the Madhabodhi temple. Good breakfast option. Room was spacious but smaller than the one we booked. We got two calls even before our expected time of arrival. Food was okay.
