• jonathan (2/5): Aucun respect des clients - Responsable qui ne tiens pas c'est engagement de remboursement prevue , donc je ne recommande absolument pas cette hotel qui ne respect pas les clients
• Maria (8/5): Bon séjour malgré des inconvénients - L’appartement est récent et très bien situé dans un quartier sûr, boulangerie en face pour les petits déjeuners..les voisins du dessus extrêmement bruyants une grande partie de la nuit et SURTOUT la remises des clefs ne se fait pas du tout à l’adresse indiquée, ils ont déménagés depuis des mois et c’est toujours l’ancienne adresse qui est indiqué sur hôtel.com..gros moments de stress..
• Nico (8/5): - Unfortunately, we got off to a bad start when we arrived. There was different information about where to pick up the keys. The online platform of the provider told us to pick up the keys at the place where the apartment is located. When we arrived, we couldn't get into the building because it was a residential building with only apartments and no office or reception. I checked my emails and found a small text telling me to pick up the keys at another location. I called a taxi to get there and stood in front of an empty office. By this time, I had tried several times to call the provider. When I finally got through to them, they told me that their office had moved 6 months ago. So I had to call a taxi again and finally got the keys. Back at the apartment, we realized that we needed a numerical code to get into the building, and the keys didn't work on the front door. We got the code from someone who lives there. Other than that struggle, we can't complain about the apartment. It's nicely located with everything you need within walking distance. It was clean and modern. The only things we missed were detergent for the dishwasher, a rack to dry wet towels, and window screens. Since the apartment is in the basement, you can't leave the windows open when you're not there or sleeping.
• WLAMIR (6/5): Experiencia OK, poderia ser melhor. - Por problemas no AP original tive de mudar para outro, depois de algumas trocas de email e algumas sugestôes de outros APs , aceitei um novo em um endereço um pouco mais longe do endereço que eu gostaria, o local tinha problema de iluminação nas escadas da entrada do predio, furos na parede, quadros quebrados, a TV tinha problema na tela, o ralo do chuveiro nao tinha vazão alagando. A cozinha equipada e os eletrodomésticos eram excelentes, maquina de lavar louça e maquina de lavar roupas eram otimas. Maquina de cafe e torradeira. As camas eram boas e os espaços da sala e quartos também eram bons. A localização era boa com estacionamento - pago - muito perto.

• Briana (10/5): Happy Camper - Our stay was very good. The apt was very clean and roomy for a family of 4. Because there is no air conditioning, fans were provided. That was very helpful keeping the place cool and having air flow. The cafe’s and restaurants in the neighborhood were great too!

• Verified traveler (10/5): precioso apartamento - El apartamento estaba nuevo. Aun tenía incluso algunos detalles sin acabar de terminar tipicos de una obra recien hecha. Los propietarios fueron agiles con los cambios que hubo que hacer. Baño un poquito pequeño pero muy bien equipado y muy bien decorado. Salon muy grande. TV enorme. Cocina muy bien. Ubicación muy bien.
• Fra (8/5): Appartamento carino ma.... - L'appartamento è molto carino ma un po' umido essendo un seminterrato, il lavandino in bagno era rotto, perdeva acqua, l'abbiamo comunicato, ci hanno detto che l'avrebbero riparato ma non si è visto nessuno. Mancavano degli asciugamani ma quelli ce li hanno portati... quartiere molto carino e ben servito
• Patricia (8/5): - Très bonne situation tout proche vieux tram campo de ourique et Mercado de Ourique (excellent pour y manger) a 2 rues de l'appartement. Très bon séjour
• Verified traveler (8/5): appartement bien situé - Il faut récupérer les clés à 15 minutes de marche de l'appartement. Quand nous sommes arrivés, il y avait une fuite d'eau au chauffe- eau et une paire de drap manquait. Cependant, le lendemain ils ont pu faire le nécessaire en tout cas concernant les draps. L'appartement est bien situé et agréable. Suffisamment spacieux pour un couple avec trois jeunes enfants.
