Introdurrei una regola riguardante il rumore, es. Silenzio dalle 22 alle 8, perché il nostro sonno è stato interrotto da rumori eccessivi alle 2 di notte. No rispetto per gli spazi comuni.

Objednávala jsem si jednolůžkový pokoj - dle obrázku, kde bylo okno do ulice na hlavní budově- netušila jsem ani, že nějaká vedlejší je... Vedlejší budova byla neskutečně vlhká, smrdelo to tam, nejsem si jistá, jestli by vůbec prošla hygienou. ...člověk na hostelu očekává aspoň čisté povleceni a prostěradlo - to mé neskutečně zapáchalo, na hlavní budově vždy vonělo, ale toto bylo strašný. ...zdi jakoby nebyli, o půlnoci jsem slyšela každý pohyb z vedlejšího pokoje. ...ta vedlejší budova je velká ostuda a neměla by být nabízena- nebo by o tom člověk měl vědět, že ho tam pošlou!

- Becki (5/5): Good if you are looking for a cheap place to crash, but this is no cosy hostel. - Great, central location in the heart of the city. The room was in a different building to the Hostel Eleven building you check in at. They are rooms in the former Mitte Hostel building. The room was different to the one shown in the picture and when it says shared bathroom, it’s one bathroom for the entire building across multiple rooms. There was dust on the floor under the bed and pillow was so worn down it was uncomfortable. I knew I was booking a bare-bones, old-style hostel, but for what it’s worth even €35 was steep for the box room I got.

- Roland (6/5): Egy-két napra megfelelő, de hosszabb időre már kevésbé. - A központban van, mindenhez közel, csendes, egyedül lehettem a szobában. Wifi csak a konyhában volt. Nem volt külön fürdőszoba, csak mosdó. A szobában az ablak kilincse kilazult, olykor ki is esett.

- Ignacy (6/5): You get what you paid for - The location is very good and it was the cheapest place available. Not very clean, showers are cramped and dirty, my bedsheet had a hole in it. Bed had no light even though it was supposed to, the washing machine was out of order.

- Andrea (7/5): Dobrá lokalita, nedostatečná hygiena - Skvělá lokalita a dobrá cena, vstřicný personal Čistota nebyla zrovna vzorová. Společné záchody zapáchaly, byly v nich vypotřebované WC bloky. Pokojské ráno vyměnily povlečení ve vedlejších pokojích, nevšimla jsem si, že by vytíraly. Socialní zařízení by mohlo být rozdělené na muže a ženy. Podle recenzí jsem byla připravená na hluk, ale intenzita mě vážně překvapila. Moc se zkrátka nevyspíte a postel také není zvlášť pohodlná.

It was really good value for money, looking at the location and the basic needs we had. The bed was decent, the view was nice, and the bathroom quite spacious. The walls are thin, so noisy neighbors can be a nuisance. There was pee stain om the tiles in the toilet and some dodgy looking spots on the wall.

- Kateřina (4/5): - Milá obsluha, která vše do detailu vysvětlila. Pokoj dost zásadně neodpovídal pokoji na fotografii při rezervaci. Veškeré vybavení by potřebovalo péčí a očistu. Pokoj se nakonec nacházel na jiné adrese ( nedaleko) než jsem rezervovala jiná budova.
- Yichen (3/5): Absoluter Horror - Die Lage ist gut, aber schon entfernt von der Tramstation Die Rezeption ist ein anderer Ort von dem eigentlichen Hostel, ich musste mit Koffer und allem umlaufen für nichts Die Rezeption war unfreundlich, hat einfach andere Gäste vorgezogen und mich ignoriert, bei Nachfrage war die Antwort: Ja aber ich bin mit diesen Gästen (die später gekommen sind) beschäftigt??? Finde ich sehr rassistisch.. Das Zimmer ENTSPRECHT ÜBERHAUPT NICHT der Beschreibung. Das Zimmer hat 1.5? Betten, alle Hochbetten? Vllt weil ich ein Zimmer auf dem höchsten Stock bekommen habe, kein Fahrstuhl und musste mit allen Sachen hochlaufen. Die Festeren haben keine Vorhänge, das heißt man wird von der Sonne aufgeweckt. Das Bad ist ein Stock unter was auch super toll ist 🙃 Die Bettbezüge sind alle schmutzig, haben LÖCHERN drin und haben gestunken. Nachts konnte ich nah zu nicht schlafen weil es so gejuckt hat und die Wände so dünn sind. Natürlich gibt es keinen Stecker in der Nähe von dem Bett.

- Imola (8/5): Pozitív, àr érték arányban nagyon jó - Elhelyezkedés szempontjàból nagyon jó választás. A szállás rendben volt, tisztaságra érkeztünk és a közös helyisègeket is naponta takarították. Az ágy méretéhez képest szűkös volt a szoba. A szomszéd szobában zajos tàrsaság, de jeleztük feléjük és onnantól minden rendben volt.

La foto 30 mostra una cucina che, nella realtà, non è accessibile agli ospiti delle stanze comuni, ma riservata esclusivamente alle camere private, come indicato dallo staff. Si tratta inoltre di un piccolo angolo cottura con lavello, situato accanto al bagno condiviso. Quest’ultimo presenta una ventilazione piuttosto insufficiente: nonostante la presenza di ventole, l’assenza di finestre rende il ricambio d’aria scarso e l’ambiente poco confortevole.

- Patrik (8/5): Hodnocení "stálého" hosta - Přespávám zde pravidelně každý rok kvůli zdravotnické konferenci. Vyhovuje mi, že cca během 10-15 minut se dostanu kam potřebuji (zastávka trolejbusu, místo večerního rautu...) Každoročně mám problém najít tento hostel (hlavně večer), protože se dá snadno přehlídnout vstup do něj jelikož v jeho sousedství je mnoho restaurací, hospod, obchodů,... Zásadním problémem je, že já k němu přicházím většinou z ulice odkud je lichoběžníkové rozdělení ulic a uliček, což mě mate.

The door lock in one of the toilets was broken and I couldn't get out without help. One of the showers has really bad drainage and gets smelly and the shower heads cannot be hung up. No laundry facilities. These are all pretty minor issues though and didn't detract from our stay at all.

- Sýkorová (6/5): Výlet do Brno - Výborná dostupnost do centra Brna . Kousek všude. Parkování přes noc docela drahé v parkovacím domě Domini. Ale bylo aspoň blízko. Usměvavý a milí personál. Dobrá komunikace i přes SMS. Hodně proležené matrace. Chladno i přes puštěné topení. Vybavení společné koupelny starší. Uvítala bych alespoň zrcadlo na pokoji.

- Iluminada (3/5): Un hostel donde no alojarte nunca - Lo único bueno que tiene es la ubicación El sitio en general es para no pasar mucho tiempo ahí, las camas son incomodisimas, la almohada y el colchón son muy finos, la litera de arriba está a una altura muy alta, las fundas de los colchones estaban rotas (en todas las camas que vi) y no había sabanas, solo la funda y un edredón. El baño, aunque tenia un jacuzzi y agua caliente, estaba muy sucio y con todo el techo roto por humedades (pedian que se dejara la puerta abierta) un compañero de habitación tuvo que pedir papel higiénico porque no había, lo que da la sensación de que por allí no pasa nadie a limpiar. La gente que había alojada en mi habitación tenía muy mala pinta, algunos llegaban borrachos, otros tenían una parte de la habitación como si fuera su casa, tuve la sensación de estar en un albergue para indigentes y no en un hostel. Muy caro para lo que ofrecen, supongo que pagas estar en el centro, pero no merece la pena. Sin duda no volveré ni lo recomendaré a nadie. Me quedaba en la habitación tudenghat (en el edificio mitte, tienen dos edificios el mismo hostel). Elegid otro sitio para vuestra estancia en la preciosa ciudad de Brno.

- Gabriele (6/5): Not a great stay - Location The receptionist guy texted us to ask our arrival time even if we were supposed to arrive in a while. Another guy woke us up at 9.30 am asking our leaving time even if the official check-out time is at 11 am. The bed was broken.
