The toilet had hair on it and the bathroom floor hadn’t been swept as there was an old dead spider behind the bathroom door. The room door had a large gap under it to see outside and the side of the door as well causing a light in the room from around the door. The fridge and microwave was clean but I didn’t need to use them.

I had updated stay to 2 nights which was confirmed by Expedia but upon check'in I was advised they only had record of one night.Cynthia at the front desk was pleasant and sociable.the room was very old & outdated. Furniture was scratched. Bedding had what appeared to be nailpolish on the comforter. The fittings in tne bathroom were covered in rust. I attempted to iron a white blouse and black liquid came out if the iron-possibly mold. I tried emptying the iron & iro ed a towel to remove residual liquid. Then I tried to iron a second blouse it more black liquid came out. 2 white blouses were ruined. The extra latch lock on the door was loose and didn't offer extra security. I have photos of all.

- Brenda (4/5): Ver disappointed - The first problem was upon, checking in one of the employees that was behind the desk told us that they would have a large selection for breakfast, that couldn’t have been farther from the truth you could make your own waffle. They had frozen sausage and biscuit that you had to microwave fruit maybe cereal I’m not sure.

- Santanna (2/5): - My mom was stranded because her car broke down and the manager wouldn’t let her check in early. He was very rude and unprofessional. He told us that if she checked in early she would have to leave that same day at 12pm, we paid for a night and her checkout was for Tuesday. We were trying to explain her situation and couldn’t get a word in because he would interrupt us and said is she staying or not. He said she had to leave if we weren’t going to pay for a second night and she was only staying one. The young lady at the receptionist desk was very polite and try helping my mom after the manager walked away. She apologized to my mom for how rude and disrespectful he was to her. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Bathroom is a bit old and vent system is a bit loud but nothing crazy. You get what you pay for. It’s a convenient and comfortable space; we will most likely stay here again

Ear plugs were needed though for the highway traffic noise as it was constant. Overall we did enjoy it & will stay there again. The price was very reasonable as well.

- Tony (2/5): Roach Motel - There were ROACHES inside the microwave and crawling around on the sink also the shower. I complain to the front desk about the ROACHES and nothing was done. I was staying for 2 nights and they had my money. I had to keep my clothes inside my vehicle.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Clogged toilet and shower, BAD Management - I arrived late at night and went straight to sleep, in the morning as I woke to get ready for my day, I found the toilet was clogged and all I did was take a leak. Then I took a shower and discovered the shower backed up in my tub so I found myself taking a shower in sewer water. This was the most disgusting thing I have ever experienced. Rather than the hotel manager ever meeting with me, or taking the time to investigate the problem I had to leave. I called 3 times only to be told the manager will be back shortly and will call me then. Each time I asked what shortly meant and I was told 30 minutes or under 1 hour. Not only did the manager never call me she decided that as a customer I was not worth even discussing the issue. I never got upset with the help, they were all pleasant. If you stay at this hotel you are staying at your own risk. Management is important to every aspect of any business and it is obvious they can care less about their customers.

- Tia (6/5): Decent Stay - The staff at the hotel were amazing! The main thing I didn’t really enjoy was how easy it was to hear our neighbors; seems as though the walls are really thin. The towels weren’t very plush, but I wasn’t expecting them to be so I brought my own towels. Otherwise than that, it was decent enough for an overnight stay.

- Lori L (6/5): Disgusted traveler - We travel quite often and came to see our kids before they transferred to California. We normally stay at another hotel in the area but they were closed down due to flooding from the recent hurricane. The staff at this hotel were all very courteous. The breakfast was very limited so we did not choose to eat there. We stayed in a handicapped accessible room due to my husband's recent heart attack and quadruple bypass. Here is what we observed during out stay: The bathroom was filthy, there was an area on the wall in the corner near the toilet that poop was splattered on the wall and on the floor near the door. The sink had seen better days and was all scratched up but also had debris stuck too it that the housekeeping team just kept washing over and never took the time to scrub it. The shower curtain bar had rust and grime under the bottom side where no had ever cleaned. I would think as many times as this room gets cleaned a week that someone would pay attention to detail and clean it thoroughly! Our bed was old, very uncomfortable, and felt like springs were coming thru it. The first night it was quiet, the second night we were woke up several times by something clanging upstairs, people talking next door, and the traffic from the highway. The third night we had already paid for but we left instead. We will not stay here again!

- James (8/5): Okay But Overpriced - The hotel was fine but a little overpriced for the overall experience. The only working ice maker was on the second floor. The furniture was well outdated. HBO had no sound. The carpets were somewhat dirty and need of replacing. The toilet handle was broken. There were no outlets next to the bed. The breakfast was terrible. No taste to the waffles and all the items offered were not satisfying. Wal-Mart brand yogurt and microwavable sausage biscuits. The machine was out of orange juice. This hotel is worth no more than $60 including taxes. Paid over $86. The air condition was cold and the bed was clean and comfortable, which was nice.
