Me gustó la limpieza del apartamento, el mobiliario, baño y electrodomésticos en buen estado. Las camas son cómodas. Piscina grande sin aglomeraciones. Personal de recepción amable. Buena ubicación, cercano a playas y con aparcamiento disponible próximo al apartamento. Muy recomendable para familias, esperamos volver pronto. Nada destacable, todo estuvo bien.

- Lily (1/5): Do not stay here unless you fancy paying for a bush tucker trial. - The accommodation was a short walk from a nice beach. DO NOT STAY HERE. Please see attached photos. By the middle of the first day there, the lobby was INFESTED with mosquitoes. It wasn’t great but we dealt with it as best we could. This is partly because they keep the doors to the building open all day. The issue is that when we returned late on the first night and had to enter our room, despite us closing the door as fast as we could, a SWARM followed us into our room and for the rest of the night we had to contend with them. Not only that, but the bathroom was INFESTED with ants! It was so bad we had to leave a night early. When we showed the staff our photo evidence, they were very rude and we were told that “this is normal for hot countries” and “we shouldn’t have opened the door” (not quite sure how they expected us to get in). I asked for a refund but they refused and offered no attempt to mitigate the issue. We have stayed in many hot places and many accommodations, even 2 more on our stay in Portugal, but we have NEVER EVER seen mosquito infestations like this, and the staff just don’t seem to care. The bare minimum such as closed doors and mosquito nets are not met and they expect their guests to just deal with sharing a room with hundreds of other visitors. I would not stay here again if they paid me.

- friend team (7/5): Dobre miejsce, Cena niewspółmierna. - Obiekt zlokalizowany poza Armacao, w Porches. Do Armacao dłuższy spacer lub kilka minut samochodem. Najbliższe plaże oddalone kilka minut piechotą. Podobnie do najbliższych knajpek. Z marketów w okolicy - najbliżej Intermarche. Do dyspozycji basen - wspólny dla zespołu bloków. Podwójny balkon - z częstymi ptasimi wizytami :) Dobre miejsce wypadowe do okolicznych atrakcji - jak jaskinia Benajil. Apartamenty są sprzątane - cyklicznie. Duży plus za samodzielne zameldowanie (klucze w skrytce) - choć nie było tego w opisie. Opis dość niefortunny - widok na ogród to tak na prawdę parking i jakiś ogrodzony plac - być może przyszłej budowy. Sypialnia bez klimatyzacji. Miejsca do spania w salono-kuchni to stary składak (dla naszych dzieci rozdzielony) Rozczarowuje wyposażenie - kuchnia - bardziej niż skromnie. Brak jakichkolwiek środków czystości. W łazience mydełko i 2 rolki papieru dla 4 osobowej rodziny na 2 tygodnie. (podczas sprzątania po tygodniu uzupełniono o kolejne 2) 2000€ za 2 tygodnie to widocznie za mało na takie luksusy jak płyn do naczyń i gąbka.

- Ana Sobral (5/5): Ideal no simples - A localização é incrível. Muito perto da praia A piscina muito limpa e sem muitas pessoas. A simpatia do senhor que nos recebeu também é um ponto bastante positivo. O tamanho do quarto, que é junto com uma espécie de sala foi o que mais nos incomodou. Com crianças fica difícil não dormir quando dormem também. No entanto, para passar poucas noites é bom.

A varanda espaçosa é muito agradável para algumas refeições. O acesso à praia faz-se em 5 minutos. Hipermercado a 3 minutos de carro :-) A falta de forno acabou por ser notada numa estadia de 7 dias.
- Rui (7/5): Senti-me enganado - A vista e a piscina. Foi pedido um apartamento com dois quartos e só havia um quarto e um sofá cama na sala, não foi nada agradável, foi uma grande desilusão. Os ar condicionados tinham os filtros bem sujos. O estacionamento podia ser bem melhor.

- Leandra (10/5): Excelente! - O apartamento é sensacional! Grande, confortável e bem equipado: cozinha completa e máquina de lavar roupas. Ótima cama e toalhas disponíveis. O apartamento possui estacionamento, nas proximidades você encontra restaurantes e supermercados (10 minutos a pé ou 2 minutos de carro). A praia pode ser acessada a pé (7 minutos pelo acesso atrás de um grande condomínio) e é maravilhosa: para mim, a melhor praia da região. Condomínio ainda possui duas piscinas maravilhosas. Check in fácil. Sem dúvida, excelente opção!

- Matheo fernando jose (2/5): Mauvais suite au personnel tres désagréable et mechant - La localisation et l'espace Première chose on arrive a l'acceuil le personnel n'est pas accueillant il nous montre pas ou est l'emplacement de l'hotel on doit se debrouiller nous meme est faire 300 m en espérant de trouver le bon logement, de plus nous avons eu que une seule serviette chacun pour 2jours heureusement que nous ne somme pas rester plus longtemps, lors du depart nous avons eu 10mn de retards l'homme est venu nous virer du logement en nous pressant de quitter le logement nous avont pas eu le temp de finir de ranger les affaire et avec la précipitation nous avont pris les serviettes du logement en pensant que c'etais les notre , et m'a envoyer un message via l'application booking en nous insultant de francais immigré que nous somme la pire race et plusieurs propo raciste... j'ai l'habitude de louer avec booking et aucun autre logement nous avont eu ce cas, je déconseille fortement celui ci personne très désagréable et manque de conditions d'hygiène, je suis tres decu de ma reservation , nous somme rester 2 jours et c'etais deja de trop. Tres decu.

- Elisaveta (6/5): Bra läge av boende men dålig kommunikation med värden - Boendet hade bra balkonger, köksutrustningen var ren och i gott skick. Badrummet var bra och boendets läge var utmärkt då det var nära till strand och restauranger. Det var svårt att kommunicera med värden eftersom han knappt kunde engelska. I boendet fanns inga städartiklar såsom diskmedel i köket och värden informerade oss om att det var vi själva som behövde köpa för våra egna pengar. Soffan i vardagsrummet var även obekväm och hård. Luftkonditioneringen fanns endast i ett av rummen.

- Carla (7/5): Um local agradável e calmo para passar uns dias tranquilos. - Gostei muito da localização. Apesar de ser perto de Armação, é suficientemente longe para ser muito mais sossegado. As praias ali perto são lindíssimas e mais calmas do que no centro turístico. Está perto de supermercados e perto de tudo. A Piscina tem uma boa área, apesar de em certas horas estar demasiado cheia, mas nada de mais. Apesar de o apartamento ter boas áreas, parece que foi decorado e mobilado apenas com o essencial. E quando digo isso é mesmo o essencial. Não tinha sequer um candeeiro de mesa de cabeceira para termos uma luz mais ténue è noite. Mas no geral gostei de tudo.

Infelizmente fomos muito mal recebidos pelo recepcionista e muito pouco profissionalismo na relação com o cliente que paga, indicações muito pouco esclarecedoras e clara falta de boa vontade pela profissão que escolheu, estar numa recepção não é apenas entregar chaves! Pedido LCO adiantado uns dias antes que nos foi negado sem razão aparente e na hora do CO, o mesmo recepcionista de uma forma super pouco amigável e até um pouco agressiva ao telefone, por 1 atraso de 10m, falou super pouco profissional, com respostas como “Bom dia só se for para si” e ainda desligou o telefone de uma forma desagradável e na cara… Por outro lado quando tivemos o problema na casa com o Ar condicionado, o senhor que veio fazer a manutenção foi muito prestativo e simpático na resolução do problema! Em geral se não fosse por este senhor, tinha sido uma boa estadia, com um espaço agradável e muito bem localizado! Cumprimentos Ricardo Alves

- Sandra Maria da Silva (5/5): - Espaços com boas áreas. Varandas espaçosas, em todas as divisões. Camas confortáveis. Estacionamento na rua, com lugar. Sitio calmo. Boas piscinas, com acesso apenas com cartão e bem tratada, assim como o relvado. Praia de bom acesso, a pé. Com bastante restauração, ao pé. Localização de dificil acesso à receção e com falta de placas de indicações. Sinal de WiFi fraco. Televisão com poucos canais e sem canais para crianças. Como ainda estão a fazer obras no jardim, ruido durante o dia e ruido durante a noite ou de manhã cedo, quando pessoas chegavam da rua ou saiam para fazer o check-out, por isso casas com baixa insonorização. Casa de Banho sem caixote do lixo, ralos do bidé e lavatório enferrujado, bidé sem tampa no ralo, sem toalhas de bidé e falta de 1 toalha de mãos, e com papel higiénico insuficiente (após termos pedido, informaram que não podiam dar, só tinhamos direito ao que foi colocado no check-in) Cozinha com falta de equipamentos, para casas com familia. Esfregona e Vassoura em mau estado. Sem saco do lixo a mais para caixote do lixo (após termos pedido, informaram que não podiam, só tinhamos direito ao que foi colocado no check-in). Quarto de Casal sem candeeiros de cabeceira como nas imagens. Pessoal incorreto e rude.

- Adelina (5/5): RECEPCIONISTA O PROPIETARIO UN MAL EDUCADO Y GROSERO - El apartamento en perfecto estado aunque las sábanas del sofá cama no estaban completamente limpias, a pesar de ello, no le dimos demasiada importancia. Lo más importante de nuestra estancia fue que justo al llegar, el recepcionista tuvo un trato racista con nosotros por ser españoles, comentando de forma despectiva que los anteriores huéspedes no dejaron el apartamento en buen estado. Pero lo más desafortunado ha sido cuando a las 11.03 toco la puerta de manera insistente y grosera diciendo que el check out se realizaba a las 11. No volveríamos al alojamiento únicamente por el trato tan desafortunado del trabajador. Ha conseguido que nos marchemos de este lugar tan bonito con un mal sabor de boca.
