Amazing sea view from room 6 Breakfast was lovely, a great selection on the cold buffet and hot food cooked to order. Tasty, good quality and quantity! Nothing was too much trouble. Hats off to Tracry and Ian they have a gem of a place! Bathroom was a little cosy but we managed fine!

The room was excellent with a really comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast was served in a clean dining room and breakfast was plentiful and well cooked Mmmmmmm..........Let me think?????? Oh, I've just thought of something!!!! The television was slow to react to the remote control!!!!!

The breakfast was delicious 🤤 cooked fresh to order the local ingredients were delicious The shower was the only negative we had. As it was just attached to the taps it either was freezing or red hot it took ages to get it to a temp that was suitable.

- Sofia (9/5): - The staff for attentive and the room was clean and spacious. The hotel is really close the the pier and lots of resturants.
- Matthew (7/5): Great... If you sleep past 8am and don't need to leave early or at least don't have rain.... - Perfect room overlooking beach. Yummy breakfast. Hotel has no lobby. Proprietor kicked us out into the rain to wait for a taxi on departure at 7:30am supposedly because our teenagers were being too loud and they might disturb other guests waiting in the tiny ground floor hallway/stair will. I get it they were talking... We were shushing them, but they kept talking. But a lobby would be a really helpful thing. Especially when the family rooms are on the top floor where it's unreasonable to expect a taxi to wait while you wrestle luggage down multiple flights of stairs.... If your travel plans involve children and leaving early. Suggest looking elsewhere. If you have no kids.... This is a great place to stay. Kids are probably fine if you don't expect to get up before 8am anyway....

Parking high season as expected, can be challenging, but I managed to find a nice off road space around the corenr up a hill 😀

- Eileen (10/5): Staying here made our 2 night break away with our 89 year old mum. Will definately return. - We stayed in the Suite Room 12. A bedroom with 3 beds for me, my mum and my sister. Ensuite bathroom and the bonus of a full sized living room , with a bay window looking out onto the front. Location is perfect. Breakfast very good. Overall, would be where I stay again when visiting Llandudno. There is nothing I could fault Hen Dy.

Lovely sea front view. Ideal location short walk to all amenities, i.e. promenade, various eating places, shops, attractions. Quietness of whole house, all doors were soft closing, so no annoying or sudden unexpected banging to disturb the peace and quiet. .Nothing, just a small gripe - remember to take your own bottled water, shampoo/conditioner as they are not supplied in the room.
