• pardo (9/5): Honestidad y excelente servicio en Phuket - Excelente experiencia en este hotel en Phuket, nos encantó hospedarnos aquí. Las instalaciones son muy bonitas, la habitación muy cómoda y la piscina en el último piso es espectacular, especialmente en la noche por la vista. La ubicación también es muy buena, cerca del Old Town de Phuket y con un sitio económico para lavar ropa justo al frente. Queremos destacar especialmente la honestidad del personal: dejamos olvidados mi argolla de matrimonio y mi Smart Watch en la habitación, y nos llamaron para avisarnos y devolverlos. Siempre estaremos muy agradecidos por ese gesto. Sin duda, lo recomendamos totalmente.

Больше сюда не вернемся. - Ничего Странно, что в отзывах, которыми мы руководствовались при выборе отеля, никто не упомянул о блоке кондиционера, который в каждом номере стоит непосредственно на вашем балконе. Система такова, что при включенном кондиционере он издает ужасный шум, из-за которого начинает болеть голова и невозможно спать. В то же время из-за жары выключать его равно задохнуться. Мы сменили несколько номеров за сутки, и в итоге съехали в другой отель. Когда попросили администрацию отеля сделать возврат средств за оплаченные наперед дни, нам отказали в жесткой форме, повышали голос. Еще в отеле ужасный завтрак и расшатанная сантехника. У нас не работал душ. Подушки очень жесткие, после них отваливается шея. Жаль, букинг не дает технической возможности приложить видео как гудит кондиционер.

• Michael (5/5): Enttäuschend... - Das Zimmer war zur Nordseite Das Hotel ist definitiv in die Jahre gekommen und sollte renoviert werden. Die Bilder stammen sicherlich noch aus besseren Zeiten. Der Pool ist nicht beschattet und daher kaum zu nutzen. Die Geräte im Gym-Bereich rösten vor sich hin. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist nur ausreichend. Fußläufig in die Altstadt sind es 20 Minuten und es müssen viel befahrene Straßen überquert werden.

Phuket town city is half hour walk and when in the heat it’s not great. Not much restaurants around. Staff not particularly friendly and often just at reception on their phones. Asked for a late check out due to flight time and was quoted an hourly price which we agreed to. They did not record this and we were asked at checkout time why we had not checked out. When we explained what we had organised with the staff we were advised of the hourly rate to be almost double of what we were previously told.

• Nancy Mary (8/5): We do not intend staying there in future - Location was good, close to many markets, but was costly to travel and do many other activities. Only few staff members were friendly and polite. That after 5-7 days we realised it was costing us too much to go to activities. So we cut down on travel. We asked staff and also contacted booking.com to cancel our stay there but they refused. Other than that, breakfast was not really what was expected.

Но прошёл год, за это время произошёл существенный износ: стены не подкрашивают и не оттирают, мягкие поверхности в пятнах. Правда полотенца всегда чистые! Администрация не поддерживает в отеле первосданную красоту и новизну. Ещё и телевизор сломанный поставили мне на стол, не прикрепили к стене. Пульт от кондиционера не стабильно работал.

• Andrey (3/5): Overall, I would not recommend this hotel. - The only positive aspect of the hotel is the presence of a pool and a gym. I did not enjoy my stay at this hotel. The restroom was very uncomfortable and poorly designed. The sound isolation is terrible — you can hear every noise from the hallway and other rooms, including doors slamming, which makes it hard to rest. The Wi-Fi is very poor and unreliable. The breakfast is extremely limited and low quality. The location is also not convenient.

But they were very strict with the times. So we decided to skip breakfast. The rooms were nothing special. The bed was hard. And bathroom looked like it could use some maintenance.

A localização não contempla todas as possibilidades de Phuket mas atende ao público q deseja mais silêncio e menos bagunça.

Clean hotel. Hotel is a bit old, there is only 1 lift, breakfast menu remains same, except for the local dishes. Can do more on continental dishes.
