- Andrew (9/5): 3 hot days & nights in Uralsk - The location and apartment we're both very good. Needed air conditioning in bedroom as well as living room. 34c until after 7pm meant the bedroom was still toasty by bedtime. It is for this reason we marked it a 9 instead of a 10.
