• Craig (1/5): Sleep deprived - If you have noisy neighbors at this property you will not enjoy it. Every night(2.30, 3.30, 4.30) we woken by groups of people speaking loudly walking up and the stairs. Despite the main group being removed others weren’t considerate.

However, the walls were extremely dirty, which really detracted from the experience. A fresh coat of paint or a thorough cleaning would make a huge difference. With that improvement, this could be a fantastic place to stay.

• MelanieL487 (10/5): Perfect home base for exploring London & beyond - We had a wonderful stay at 10 Curzon St. We were in London for six nights, and the Mayfair location was perfect for us. So much was within walking distance--Hyde Park, Green Park, Kensington, Buckingham Palace, SoHo, Covent Garden, the West End, Piccadilly Circus, and more, and having the Underground and bus stations right around the corner gave us easy access to everything within and outside of the city. The apartment was small but perfect for the needs of our family (parents plus two adult children). The flat was clean, the beds were comfortable, it was great to have a washer/dryer. We had a need to call the reception desk a couple of times and they came up promptly. Our only complaint is that the wifi was not consistently good. I wholeheartedly recommend these apartments.

All staff are very welcoming and would do anything to meet our satisfaction, not to forget the hardworking room service team, daily cleanliness on spot. Location is perfect, rooms are spacious, staff are true assets here. Needs few infrastructural renovation though To sum up, I would like to thank the staff for their extraordinary assistance and follow up.

I didn't want to do a normal hotel so chose an apartment via Mansley. The apartment was clean and stocked with breakfast items for us, plenty of towels and even slippers! The rooms were clean and well maintained and the location was beyond perfect! Only side note would be that although it's mentioned the building doesn't have a lift, it's important to know this 2 bedroom apartment is on the 4th floor, so be prepared to climb 69 steps each time you go out and about!

The location is amazing, right in the heart of the city, allowing us to walk to the places we wanted to visit. Also, it has a lot of very good restaurants nearby just a few minutes walk away. The apartment is fully equipped, including a washing machine, which is very convenient. We arrived before the check-in time, and the apartment wasn't ready but the receptionist Elena offered us the option to leave our luggage which was very helpful. Once the apartment was ready we found out that our luggage had already been placed in it. This was really appreciated it because the property doesn't have an elevator.

• Caroline (4/5): - While the apartment itself matched the description, the wifi was nearly unusable. We were there on a work trip and unable to even get on video calls. We reported the issue and got very little help with no improvement to the WiFi the entire time we were there.
• P1092BSmariem (8/5): A cosy bolthole in a fantastic location - This is a cosy, two bedroom bolthole in a fantastic location, directly opposite Shepard Market. A lively - yet not too busy - street, you are surrounded by beautiful buildings, cute shops, and plenty of choices for cafes, pubs and restaurants. Close to Green Park tube. Buckingham Palace, Oxford Street, and Piccadilly Circus are also within walking distance. Apartment 4 is at the very top of 10 Curzon Street. There is no lift access, and the final flight of stairs is a twisty, tight climb - but well worth it once you take in the view of the street from the two front windows. Given the prime location, we were happy with the space and layout - it fit 4 adults comfortably. The kitchen was handy to have, and a basket of goods (milk, cereal, juice etc) was a nice touch on arrival. It could have done with a chopping board though… The water pressure of the large ‘rain showerhead’ wasn’t the best. The less-convenient, hand-held shower wand was the way to go. Hotel reception was across the road at no. 44. This wasn’t an issue for us. Given we stayed here for two weeks, it gave a feeling of independence, with a clean, serviced apartment to return to at the end of each day. Charlotte provided friendly, helpful service, and seemed genuinely interested whenever an issue arose (p.s - our package arrived safely in the end, Charlotte! 😊). The only ongoing issue that couldn’t be fixed was the WiFi. Ok for standard browsing, with the occasional whirring circle while watching Netflix, however the upload speed was almost non-existent. We enjoyed the quirky, sloping floor of this attic-like apartment, and got used to the ‘deposit’ in the toilet (possibly a glob of construction glue that wasn’t removed in time). Staying here definitely added to our enjoyment of this stunning city.

The shower was the biggest disappointment as the showered did not work properly and there were drainage issues and the temp was hard to control. • vickys863 (10/5): Excellent Location, well equipped, safe area, close to tube station - Stayed for 2 nights in October and the location of the apartments is excellent. 5 minute walk to the tube station and bars and restaurants close by. There’s also a Tesco and an M&S food hall within 5 minutes if you wanted to stock up and use the kitchen facilities. The apartment was well equipped with modern bathroom and kitchen. Nice having separate lounge area from the bedroom to be able to relax after a full day out. Check in and out was really straightforward and we were welcomed on arrival. Would happily recommend these apartments.

• Verified traveler (2/5): Worst hotel ever - Worst hotel experience ever. Rooms were filthy, sink and shower inoperable and did not drain, bedding was old, lumpy dirty and smelled bad, shower curtain was filthy, walls were dirty, rugs badly stained but worst of all was management’s attitude and lack of care for the situation. Stay was for five night and checked out after 1. Never book here.

Not at a problem for my group, but if you're a bigger person or struggle with walking at all, this property is not for you. The sister property across the street (44 Curzon) does have a lift though. The instructions for check in leave something to be desired but once we sorted it out the staff could not have been more helpful or kind. The space was excellent, we stayed in a 2 bed/1 bath unit that was perfect for our group. The kitchen was fully stocked and there is a Tesco right down the street. Would absolutely recommend!
• 420jasonl (10/5): Great space for family of four in the heart of Mayfair! - Well appointed space in the heart of Mayfair. Easy walk to the closest tube station and lots of great places to grab a bite near by. Tesco Express nearly outside the front door to fill you're well appointed kitchen! Beds were super comfortable, place was clean and spacious. The instructions for check in are less than clear, but once you know to check in with the staff at 44 Curzon (right across the narrow street) you're golden. The staff was so courteous and helpful! 10 Curzon street property does NOT have a lift, and the 4th story unit requires mounting some very narrow stairs. Not an issue for my party, but if you are even remotely unfit or have difficultly walking then this might not be the property for you. Would absolutely recommend this stay!

• Gary (10/5): Excellent, character filled, superb location. - Excellent first floor apartment in the middle of up scale Mayfair. Right opposite Shepherds Market, the location is spot on. The apartment its self (Apt 1 10 Curzon Street) is superb. Big living room, kitchen, good bathroom and very roomy bedroom. Layout is great. View is great. Location is great. Reception were great (located in 44 Curzon Street). I will defo stay there again. Negatives: No Air Con - wasn’t a big deal as you can open the front windows, but bedroom window doesn’t open. Air con would be a big big positive. Apartment looks a bit tired in places - it’s an old building, some parts are scuffed, carpet has marks on it. I don’t mind things like that and if it were my own property I wouldn’t even think about doing anything ‘urgent’ about it. Just don’t expect a polished brand new apartment (with no character) this is ‘lived in’ (and all the better for it) Also - beware the Victoria line underneath. Tube trains start rumbling around 5am, and you can hear them. Plus in and around Mayfair, including right outside Number 10 there are building works so it can be a bit noisy. But. I loved it. And it’s going to be my go-to place to stay in London.

• 34berkeb (10/5): Very hard to beat this one - We stayed at a very spacious apartment in a cozy building. Very authentic. Loved the street. Can’t beat having a book store at the entrance to your apartment. Upscale area, walking distance to many sight seeing places and to underground. Surrounded by many authentic restaurants. Couldn’t be happier with our hotel during our stay at London with family.
• I875TGbriand (6/5): Amazing location! - The location was amazing, and the two-bedroom set up was great for the family. We were able to walk to a variety of sight-seeing destinations comfortably, including Buckingham Palace, Westminster Abbey, and the British Museum. All were roughly a comfortable 30 minutes away with wonderful parks along the way! The reception staff was very friendly and helpful, in particular making sure we had all the information we needed for our late check-in. The apartment itself did have a few minor let downs. First, the towel rack was not working and could not be repaired during our stay. Second, while we were given dishwasher machine tablets, we were unable to find a dishwashing machine in the apartment. There was no A/C in the room, which got a little warm at times, and only a single working fan provided. Finally, the lack of lifts was a little bit of a struggle. These are all minor things, but worth noting.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Excellent location for Palace visit (walkable) - It would have been an excellent visit bar one problem. There was no hot water in the middle of the day. Having long hair it was not very pleasant showering and hair wash in cold water, which needed to be done before a very special social event that afternoon. Otherwise facilities and location were excellent. A lovely restaurant over the road and a small supermarket close by made catering easy. Also we were not expecting it, but it was a lovely touch that there was milk in the fridge and coffee and tea to use in the kitchen.

The fault was reported but the actions taken were not satisfactory. The costs of the accommodation must justify a much higher degree of customer satisfaction.

• caliroan (10/5): Great spot in Mayfair - An excellent return trip to a Mansley property on Curzon Street in Mayfair. Four months ago we stayed at 44, this trip we stayed at 10. Our one bedroom apartment on the first floor made for a centrally-located base for our week in London. Nice kitchen and cozy living room. Loved watching street life through the large windows. Furnishings are comfy, not luxurious. We made coffee tea and breakfast every day in the well-equipped kitchen using supplies purchased at the well-stocked M&S down the street at the Green Park station. Occasional noise from the boiler and other guests was never intrusive. Very quiet in the bedroom. Overhead shower worked well, never quite got the handheld to function. The storage space in the closets is superb - large cabinets for your luggage, bulky items etc. Hard to beat the location adjacent to Shepherd Market with its pubs and restaurants. Try L’Artiste Muscle for French bistro fare - quite good. GF Trumper downstairs has amazing toiletries for men. Six coffee shops/cafés within a three minute walk. Excellent value for the money.

We were 3 so the two bedroom and living room was very spacious and made our London experience even better! Only two issues - 1) we stayed on the 3rd floor and it's a walk up. Was not a big deal for us but be mindful when booking. 2) There was no safe. That was a bit troublesome but I think this issue will be rectified soon.

It is centrally located and surrounded by charming shops, cafes and restaurants. Beds were comfortable and the office responsive and kind. Would return next time for sure! London is so beautiful and fun and this apartment puts you in the best place to explore.

• JAMES (10/5): - Great property. Great location. Yes not great if you cannot manage stairs but this is a unique property so bear that in mind. What made this amazing though was the team who helped us in to a temporary apartment after we arrived in London much much earlier than expected which was above and beyond. Thoroughly reccomended.
• Andrew (7/5): Functional property in superb location. - Excellent location, well equipped Some elements are tired, especially the bathroom. It’s perfectly functional though. Also had to duck to get under the shower. In our SA units we have no baths and just shower/Wetrooms as nobody uses a bath these days and you can get extra head height in challenging spaces. We enjoyed the exercise to get to the apartment but it’s a very steep set of stairs at the top of an already challenging set of stairs for the infirm or unfit.

• Carol (8/5): Very good - A Lovely apartment in a fabulous location. The staff were very friendly and courteous. The apartment was well equipped and the cleaner came in each day. The bedrooms were a good size and the beds very comfortable We were on the 3rd floor and there is no lift. We were four ladies and there were not enough mirrors in the apartment. The only ones in the bedroom were wardrobe mirrors and they were a smoked dark glass which made it difficult when putting on makeup. The only mirror we could all use was in the bathroom.

• Sawdy (6/5): Perfect location and nice apartment. The stairs were a killer and people need to be aware as they are very steep and pot - Location was perfect. Great size apartment for 4 people. Very clean. Very comfortable. Upon arriving check in was made easy as we arrived late and reception was closed, despite this we had no problem getting into apartment. We were on the top floor and there was no lift. We had 4 large suitcases and had to carry them up 6 flights of stairs and the top was very narrow and made it difficult. The toilet did not flush properly. We also found it difficult to get in touch with reception to get the basic necessities like toilet paper. Our room only got fully serviced once during our 7 night stay. Thanks to the lovely Alissa who was part of the cleaning team and was very helpful and fulfilled my requests.

Tried to call but the phone would go to message bank. When we found reception - the staff member was wonderful and couldn’t be more helpful

• Leigh (1/5): So bad we laughed about it. - Good location. Everything else. We were in Apartment 4 which is at the top of 70 steps. The last 10 of which are a narrow circular stair way just like a medieval turret. Getting bags up to the room was unbelievably difficult and would have been beyond the ability of many travellers. Inside the apartment was disappointing. We have stayed across the road at 44 Curzon and the apartments there are lovely. This one was sparse and poorly appointed. The bathroom in particular was a disaster. The toilet flush is so stiff and hard to use it is a challenge to get it to work. The tapwear is old and rickety. The bath/shower is strangely raised so far above the floor the overhead shower head hits you just above the eyes - meaning you have to shower in a crouched position. The kitchen is tiny and poorly appointed. 3 glasses for 4 people. Two of the beds were kids size singles. Very uncomfortable. Overall it was terrible value for money. Even by London standards.
