- Mark (7/5): - Prima locatie, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel. Prijstechnisch ook top, maar voor dat bedrag moet je ook niet teveel verwachten. Het bed lag echt hard, ik ben op mijn dekbed gaan liggen en zelfs dan leek het alsof ik op een plank lag.

- TAKAYOSHI (6/5): 安く泊まれる。 - 宿泊料金が安いこと、近江町市場の近くで便利だったこと。 駐車場は付いてないが近隣の駐車場が24時間800円〜1000円で止めれたこと。 宿泊者の中にトイレのスリッパを寝室まで履いてきてトイレにスリッパが無い時があった。 トイレの床や便器が尿で、びしゃびしゃになっている時があって使用しなかった。

- CHANGHAN LEE (9/5): - 혼자 여행하시는 분에게 가성비가 좋아요! 특히 커텐있는 캡슐침대라 프라이버시가 보장되는게 가장 마음에 드네요. 개별 샤워시설에 공용 파우더룸까지 다 만족스럽게 이용하였습니다. 약간 아쉬운 점은 화장실 갯수가 각 층마다 하나밖에 없네요. 1층 먹을 수 있는 공간도 약간 협소한 것도 있어요. 그밖에는 다 만족스러웠습니다.

- Ennio (9/5): Ottimo pernottamento. Consigliato - La posizione perfetta, molto centrale. Vicinissima a castello e giardini, attaccata al mercato. Facilissimo da raggiungere anche dalla stazione. Il materasso nella capsule base è molto sottile e risulta un po'scomodo il letto. Ma tutto sommato fattibile.

- Tomasz (7/5): - Personel - o każdej porze zawsze profesjonalnie i sprawnie. Położenie - do dworca niedaleko, a na Omicho jeszcze bliżej, a to są najważniejsze punkty w mieście. Poza tym leży pośrodku pomiędzy dystryktem gejsz, zamkiem a dystryktem samurajów i świątyń. Problemem hoteli kapsułowych jest to, że komfort w większym stopniu niż zwykle zależy od innych gości. Więc jeśli sąsiad rozmawia przez telefon w kapsule i o drugiej w nocy dzwoni mu telefon, to ten komfort zjeżdża prawie do zera.

- H-i (7/5): 素泊りならカプセルもよいかも - 一度体験してみたく初めてのカプセルホテルに宿泊、評価はつけにくいが丁寧に説明してくださり楽しめました。 寝る時には風が入り寒さを感じ、足元を押さえて寝た。友人と上下で取り確認すると下段だけがそう感じたのかも
- Sarah (8/5): Gerne wieder - Die Kapseln waren schön groß, jedoch auch so wie sonst die Kapseln sind, nichts außergewöhnliches, aber sehr bequem und auch in die Höhe recht hoch. Toiletten sind von den Duschen getrennt und auch die Bereitstellung bei den Damen was Abschminktücher und weiteres angeht waren in großen Mengen vorhanden und man konnte diese nutzen. Handtücher und Schlafsachen werden bereitgestellt. Latschen sind nicht notwendig, da der Boden aus Tatami Matten besteht und man daher keine Hausschuhe braucht. Das einzige Problem ist, dass es leider keine Spinds gibt in denen man seinen großen Koffer reinstellen kann und abschließen kann. Es gibt jedoch ein Regal in den die meisten ohne Probleme reinpassen. Jedoch können Wertgegenstände in einen Spind eingeschlossen werden.

- SATO (10/5): 感謝の気持ちと素晴らしいの一言に尽きます。ありがとうございました。 - 当初2階での宿泊になっていましたが２日目の時に足怪我をして二階は辛いと思い女性スタッフの方に事情を説明したら直ぐに一階にしてくれました、感謝の言葉しかありませんでした。後一日目の男性スタッフの方は親身になってくれ自分の不注意からの出来事に親身になって対応してくれました。大変お世話になりました。ありがとうございました。 全てが良かったです。また機会があれば是非宿泊したいです。

- Iris (3/5): - Pas très loin de tout. J'ai pu check-in à 7h du matin car j'avais pris la nuit précédente. J’ai super mal dormi à cause des matelas! J'aime les matelas fermes et les futons mais là c'était extrêmement inconfortable, j'ai dû mettre un pull sur mon matelas pour ne pas avoir mal aux fesses... Le système des chaussures à l'entrée a mettre en cassier en échange du badge des dortoirs est pas très agréable... Pas le droit de rester dans son lit ni de se doucher entre 11h et 15h, pas non plus agréable... Et dernière chose, ils changent les draps de tout le monde tous les jours! Peut-être que j'étais là seule à ne pas savoir mais ne laisser pas vos chaussettes ni vos sous-vêtements traînés sur votre lit..............

Sängen var skön då den inte var överdrivet mjuk, kapseln kändes frisk och vädrande snarare än instängande, pyjamasarna man fick varje dag var i otroligt härligt material, läget på hotellet var otroligt centralt och bra beläget så nära till mycket annat i staden med enkla promenader på gångavstånd. Också väldigt bra med 24 timmars bemannad reception då jag behövde checka ut väldigt tidigt vid kl. 05 på morgonen för att hinna med en buss till flygplatsen i Komatsu. Rekommenderar starkt det här hotellet vid besök i Kanazawa! Inget att anmärka på, kan gärna stanna här igen vid besök återigen i Kanazawa!

Además, no se pueden cerrar las cápsulas, solo hay una persianita, así que constantemente hay ruidos de gente entrando y saliendo. La limpieza dejaba un poco que desear.
