- hiro62ishi (10/5): 沖縄の快適な宿 - 部屋が綺麗で広い。 車の騒音が聞こえない。 毎日タオルなどを交換してくれて、コーヒーやお茶も補充してくれる。 洗濯機と乾燥機が有り、チェックイン時には洗剤ももらえる。 テレビはBSも見れる。 冷蔵庫が大きい。 壺川駅から少し離れていて、ホテルの坂の上に有るので地味に疲れる。
- Manizha (7/5): Good hotel for its value, great location and friendly staff; a few things could be improved - 1. Room size and comfy bed. The room is huge for Japanese standards! Spacious, has a big sofa and a table+chairs set in addition to a double-bed which was just right in terms of firmness. 2. Location. For us it was an easy walk to Kokusai-dori (maybe 15 minutes on foot), as well as to the closest monorail station (5-10 minutes). Additionally, there are 2 konbinis nearby, lots of places to eat, izakayas, supermarkets, you name it. 3. Reception staff. We were greeted by a nice gentlemen who explained everything in English and Japanese. There was a couple of times we had to communicate with the hotel via Booking, but all was smooth and polite. 4. The fact that there is a mini-kitchen (fridge, microwave, kettle) and washing machine+dryer. We were even given a free pack of laundrt detergent. 1. Level of cleanliness and cleaning services overall. This one was a bad surprise, but maybe based on the reviews, I expected way more. Initially, the room appeared very clean and nice, but then I noticed that the toilet, which was "sanitized" (it had a sticker), had small spots, and one towel had yellowish spots as well. Shelves and wardrobes were really dusty when we moved in. Additionally, there was a day when our towels weren't changed (hotel staff fixed that immediately), and another day when the bathroom wasn't cleaned, even though it was supposed to be. Beds are not made every day, and used towels are not picked up; that should be noted. As far as I understood, someone else manages the cleaning, not the hotel staff - perhaps it could be brought to their attention. 2. Power outlets location. There was none near the beds, and we had to use the extension cord provided by the hotel. It helped, but only a little. 3. No sound isolation, but this one is a bit tricky. Personally, we didn't hear anything - no footsteps or voices, unlike mentioned in other reviews. But there were a couple of nights (around 9-10 pm, so kinda early) when our neighbor... just knocked on the wall? We were not even talking at the time, just quietly walking around the room. 4. No body-length mirror in the room, not enough hangers, and no divider between the shower zone and the toilet - these are just small things that could be improved.

- PEI JIE (10/5): 很棒！下次還會繼續住 - 這間飯店很適合情侶自駕入住，一家人來住其實也很適合。門口可以停車一次1000日圓，附近走路約兩分鐘也有24小時停車場，一次800日圓，如果需要長時間停車也很方便。 房內有洗衣機和烘乾機，對於旅行幾天的人來說真的很便利。熱水也很夠而且很燙，可以好好泡個熱水澡，真的很舒服。 櫃檯服務很好，工作人員是日本人，只會日文和英文，如果需要中文溝通可以用手機翻譯，其實也很順利。櫃檯服務時間是早上9點到晚上10點，如果會晚到（超過10點），記得提前一天通知飯店，他們會先告知房號。 另外飯店沒有垃圾回收服務，建議自己準備幾個垃圾袋方便分類。 整體住宿體驗很好，很滿意！下次來還會再住這間。 找不到門外垃圾桶分類～

- YU TING (9/5): 要煮飯洗衣的一定要記得選公寓式房間 - 價格便宜，員工也熱情，可以提早寄放行李，雖然要走一小段上坡路，但還算可以接受。 我是看房型照片訂房的，房型照片有洗衣機烘衣機，訂房後不可更改訂單，訂完後看訊息才發現房間實際上沒有洗衣機和廚房，但來不及了，還好至少有微波爐可使用，還是能買熟食在房間加熱吃😆

- noriyasu (8/5): また利用したい。 - 宿泊料金が安かった。国際通りなどへ徒歩で行ける距離だった。近くにコンビニ、スーパー、ドラッグストアがり便利な場所だった。 夜、上階室が騒いでいてよく睡眠がとれない日があった。エレベーターに掲示はあったがチェックインの際、きちんと話をしてもらいたい。快適をマイナス評価

- Gino (10/5): Hidden gem in Naha - Didn't expect much from decor outside, but rooms are very spacious and comfortable for Japan standards! Very good value with staff very helpful and can understand English well. Each room has separate laundry and drier machine which is free. Staff provided free detergent (one packet per night). Also has parking lots for any hire cars. Short drive to Naha central areas and walking distance to convenience stores and supermarkets. Only one lift but small hotel so not much of an issue. Balcony also seems useless with no tables/chairs.

- Akira (9/5): Good value in quiet neighborhood for longer stays - Good location. Quiet. Parks, monorail station, restaurants. Kitchenette and washing machine/dryer! Cleaning staff were very attentive. Parking was reasonable and available. Not a great view (somebody’s overgrown back yard) considering we had a balcony. Not enough electrical outlets. Hard to control water temperature on kitchen faucet. No hot water on vanity sink faucet.

- Yoshio (9/5): リゾートホテルの豪華さを求めるのではなく、那覇での滞在を楽しむには十分な施設です。 - ゆいレール壺川駅から近くにあり、徒歩圏内にスーパーマーケットやコンビニが複数あるので「暮らすように滞在」にぴったりです。飲食店も多くあります。 室内の設備では、洗濯機と乾燥機があるのがありがたいです。 良くない点はほとんどありませんが、洗面所ではお湯が出ず、水だけなのが少し残念です。
- RIEKO (9/5): 快適 - コンドミニアムに泊まりました。洗剤をいただけたのは有り難かったです。又、お正月にお酒、飲み物、お菓子の振る舞いがあったのも嬉しかったです。 食器や布巾などが少ない。トイレにタオルが無い。 時間を限ってでもよいのでフリーコーヒーがあったら良かった。

- SZU TO (9/5): - 房間空間很大，整體乾淨舒服，床睡起來也滿舒適，睡覺時的環境滿安靜，廚房用品提供的數量也很足，可以自己煮東西非常方便，下次來沖繩還會想來住！ 不算缺點但離單軌需要步行大概15分鐘的距離

- RIHOKO (10/5): 完璧です。 - 清潔です。 洗面所の天井に換気扇にまったくホコリがついていませんでした。 そこまで掃除をしてくれているのにますます安心して快適に過ごせました。 部屋のチェンジなど宿泊までいくつかのお願いをしましたが、すべて応えていただき助かりました。 とくにありません。

- hama (8/5): 広いのに使わないスペースが多い - 広々して、ゆったり過ごせた。 ホテルタイプのお風呂が使い勝手が悪い、使用すると洗面、トイレまで水浸しになるので、ビーチサンダルが必要。 冷蔵庫横にテーブルか作業台が欲しい。
