• Earade (10/5): Stupendo - Hotel fantastico, nuovo, pieno di servizi e comodissimo. Nonostante avessimo una camera economica ci hanno fornito persino il pigiama e in reception si possono prendere gratis una serie di oggetti come spazzola, spazzolino da denti, elastici, spugne per il corpo. Letti e cuscini comodissimi, bagno molto bello per gli standard giapponesi. È a 4 minuti a piedi dalla stazione quindi anche ma zona era perfetta. Ci è dispiaciuto andare via! Nulla

• 千穂(chiho) (6/5): - 飲み物が自由に飲めること。ホテルに駐車場があったこと。11時まで利用できたこと。カードキーが一人に一枚づつあったこと。 お客様に対して、スタッフの態度、３人もいたが、誰一人挨拶がなかったこと。初めて利用する人に対して、もう少しわかりやすい方がいいと感じた。宿泊費の税金がかかることを内訳に記入がなかったことが残念です。

• Richard (7/5): All good except the breakfast. - Very close to the station. Very clean and modern with rally friendly staff. The breakfast was really quite poor we have had much better at other much cheaper hotels in Japan. May stay again in the future if we needed to be close to the station but definitely wouldn’t bother with the breakfast.

• Julie (8/5): Hôtel très bien situé, propre, agréable, le personnel très formel. - Nous n’avons pas été prévenue à notre arrivée qu’il fallait réserver et payer d’avance le petit déjeuner, du coup au premier matin nous avons dû le prendre à la gare. Nous avons réservé pour le lendemain avec le choix du riz, et c’était très bien. On entend les trains qui passent, nous sommes près de la gare, mais avec les bouchons d’oreille on n’est pas dérangé. Je n’en ai pas entendu la nuit, mais tôt le matin.

• Kurt Paul (7/5): Kanazawa ist ein bedeutender Ort in Japan und deshalb war das Hotel zentral - Das Hotel war gut gelegen! Nur 3 Gehminuten zum Busbahnhof, um alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erreichen Das Frühstück war etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, denn man konnte nur zwischen Hamburger und Reis mit Fisch auswählen. Zum Glück hatte es am Buffet noch weitere Speisen, die besser passten.

• Sarah (7/5): - The location was very convenient, close to the train station, the room was comfortable. The WiFi and smart TV didn't work very well. The reception was on the top floor which felt a bit impersonal and detached.
• Richard (9/5): - Easy walk to the station. Good view from reception on the top floor. Helpful staff. Entrance is tucked away in a back street and you take the elevator up to reception. Not a big deal, just different.
• Mia (7/5): - Close to the station. Rooms were a good size. We booked a twin for two people but the double rooms were also big. The hotel was being converted to Koko as we were there, meaning there was chaos in the lobby and outside with the signs being replaced and works being done. It was unusual that this was done when there were bookings in place given the disruption to the building. The other thing was that the room for storing suitcases was apparently small. They could only just fit our backpacks the morning we checked out. This wasn’t a problem but if someone had large suitcases they wouldn’t be able to leave them.

• Lamberti (8/5): Ottima base per soggiorni brevi a Kanazawa - L’hotel si trova in un’ottima posizione: considerando che a Kanazawa solitamente si soggiorna per pochi giorni (massimo due), è praticamente a 3–5 minuti dalla stazione centrale, quindi comodissimo per arrivi e partenze. Abbiamo apprezzato anche il fatto che ci sia stata assegnata una stanza ai piani alti della struttura. La camera era carina e ben fornita, con prodotti da bagno di ottima qualità (bagnoschiuma, shampoo, sapone e detergente viso). Molto comoda la presenza di una presa USB vicino al letto. Inoltre, alla reception è disponibile gratuitamente una macchinetta per il caffè espresso e altre bevande, cosa che abbiamo trovato molto piacevole. Il personale si è dimostrato disponibile: su richiesta ci hanno fornito senza problemi anche una piastra. Check-in e check-out semplici e veloci. La presenza di una sola presa USB vicino al letto è risultata un po’ limitante. Inoltre, per raggiungere i quartieri storici di Kanazawa è necessario utilizzare l’autobus e affrontare tragitti piuttosto lunghi: i mezzi partono dalla stazione centrale (vicinissima all’hotel), ma la posizione non è ideale se si vuole visitare la città muovendosi principalmente a piedi. Infine, il letto, essendo attaccato da un lato alla parete, è risultato un po’ scomodo.

Fuera de eso las instalaciones estaban bien y la habitación era más grande en comparación con otras. El personal muy amable. Quizás la entrada que está un poco escondida. En la habitación solo había 2 tipos de almohadas pero las dos gordas y duras. Eche en falta quizás una más blandita

• Noriko (10/5): Perfect Hotel for Families - Great location within walking distance to Kanazawa Station and its major bus hub. Loved that our room had a view of the train tracks. The room was very comfortable. We had the best sleep in the comfy beds. Our toddler accidentally broke the card key but the staff replaced it free of charge and was so friendly with us. One part of the bathtub had mold on it. Most of the bathroom was clean.

• Abby (9/5): Lovely stay! - The hotel and rooms had everything we needed for our stay, and the beds had the most comfortable pillows that I have ever laid on! In the lobby, they had free drinks and an open dining room where I was able to bring in some convenient store snacks and make my ramen. The location was also wonderful as it was right next to the train station and two different shopping malls with various cafes and bakeries. There were occasional train noises, but as a light sleeper, I was still able to sleep.

• Gail (8/5): Room was big and comfortable. - We couldnt get into the breakfast but i assume it was ok. The washing machine took 3 attempts to dry my clothes leaving a queue of people waiting. So more machines are needed. There was no luggage transfer.
