• Yusra (6/5): Review - The location was good. The leisure activities were convenient. I did not like that towels were not replaced daily. I battled for dry towels. Toilet paper was also not refilled. There was no mop and iron available. The drinking glasses were in a cupboard high up. I could not reach it. The parking area was very dark.

• Phumza (8/5): Lovely - loved the fact that its very close to the beach because my whole family loves swimming, it was bonus to have indoor pools as my kids stayed on the pools until evening. We enjoy the jacuzzi and the sauna. We could not use the adult pool and the pool tables on the 5th floor, because people were drinking, smoking, and making noise on that floor. Other than that, we were pleased with the staff's prompt service.

They didn't not change bath towels even on Saturday when they came for house keeping. We bought dishwashing liquid to wash out plates and left the pan that we made eggs because we didn't have skirpot, you won't believe the lady left that pan dity as it was in the dish washer. In short standard of durban spa dropped drastically compared to when I was there 3 years ago. Nothing the place is filthy, have bad smell. Ther eis also coacroaches . They didn't not change bath towels even on Saturday when they came for house keeping. We bought dishwashing liquid to wash out plates and left the pan that we made eggs because we didn't have skirpot, you won't believe the lady left that pan dity as it was in the dish washer. In short standard of durban spa dropped drastically compared to when I was there 3 years ago.

• Carrie♡ (6/5): Book in and out times are not suitable for travelers - The location and swimming pools were in point. The rooms are comfortable for a big family. On arrival, there was no map of the hotel, so we did not know where anything was. We had to ask guests. Our rooms were dirty and the cockroaches were a lot. Also, seeing that we book out so super early and book in so late in the afternoon, the expectation is that the rooms should be spotless.

They're not clear about what they provide and do not ,you just find out about everything when you check in...like you should pay for parking and a security money. Irone is not provided. • Osmany (6/5): - Firstly it was clean and neat very well kept can do better. But due to the heat durban spa and all other hotels need to fumigate their rooms and apartments. Due the heat their is an roach problem. Secondly the aircon system in the apartment was not working at all, the durban spa advertised they have Jacuzzi and sauna and swimming fair enough, but when we called to enquire about time for the usage of the Jacuzzi the ladies at reception informed us that its available till 11:00 at night but have to book, we booked from 9:00 pm until 10:00 pm, at reception went i went to fetch the keys for the gates to the Jacuzzi there was another receptionist who told me Jacuzzi is closed and can only be used for 30 mins and not longer, i did inform her that that i was not informed about this issue earlier.

• Josias (5/5): Not so nice rude lady. Auf Wiedersehen. - My family loves Durban Spa. Our Number one home away from home, in Durban. The staff is great, except for the rude gold toothed lady who basically accused my family of stealing towels. Thanks to the kind lady at the reception, but sadly, this is the last time we went to Durban Spa. The experience really spoiled our holiday.

We checked in on the 4th and checked out on the 6th my bday in room 104 the toilet door is difficult to close. Toilet not flashing at all , we had to make plans using buckets for flashing or going ground floor reception if we want to be comfortable. Recommendation : Please change/replace the flashing system
