• Emil (10/5): - This place is a true gem starting from right-at-the-beach location, spaciousness, comfort, all the way to the exceptionally amazing hospitality I have received. They offer unlimited fresh drinking water, smoking gea, beach towels, information, support anything you might think of for a nice relaxed holiday. I would return in the blink of an eye for more paradise experience on this beautiful island. highly recommend this place over anything that is more in town.

Located right on the beach and centrally located where you can walk downtown to all the action. The airport was only a mile away. Can't say enough positive things about my stay at Aqua Vista.

I used all her local contacts for transportation, the golf cart, and even my taxi back—everything was smooth and stress-free. They even checked in on me halfway through my trip, which meant a lot. The hospitality was amazing. If I come back to Belize, I’m absolutely staying here again. Thanks so much for everything!

The room was spotless and had everything we needed for a relaxing and fun week. Carolina is a gem! A truly great time was had- thanks Mandy & KP!

• Ernest (10/5): - We spent a week at Aqua Vista, San Pedro (SP) to celebrate my husband's birthday, and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I reached out to Mandy, property manager after booking to inquire about transfers from Belize City to SP and she was very responsive and helped by booking our jumper plane flights. We simply had to pay when we got to the Belize city airport. The hotel is a short ride from the SP airport ($10 US). Mandy was kind enough to arrange for the bedroom to be decorated for my husband's birthday. The room was clean and comfortable and was equipped with all necessary amenities. Hotel is located close to many restaurants and bars, and is within walking distance from downtown SP. The beaches on that side of the island had a buildup of sargassum (seaweed) so we weren't able to swim there. We went to Secret beach instead, which is a 30 minute golf cart ride away. Golf cart is the primary means of transportation in SP. Thank you Mandy and Kevin and Carolina (housekeeper) for helping to make our stay enjoyable!

The management team, Mandy and KP, took great care of us during our stay and made several recommendations for activities, restaurants, and transportation. The housekeeping team, Caroline and Emi went above and beyond keeping us well stocked and tidy. The location is centralized in San Pedro with numerous, delicious restaurants in walking distance. The hotel provided parking space for our golf cart rental and clean drinking water during our stay. We wouldn’t change a thing!

• Alicia (10/5): - Very comfortable 2-night stay at Aqua Vista. Mindy was so attentive and even booked my jumper flight from BZE to San Pedro and picked me up from the airport on her day off (the hotel is a bit far from the airport if you have luggage). Once I arrived I was so touched to find my room decorated for my birthday. There are so many thoughtful touches like complimentary coffee and water (thankful it's not plastic bottled water), option to rent a bike and kayak ($10/day), and plenty of extra games, umbrellas, sunscreen, and mosquito repellant (etc.) in the communal hotel closet. Mindy and KP responding quickly to anything you need, including renting a golf cart (make sure you do this in advance as I had trouble finding one once I was there), connecting you to tour groups, and recommendations for things to do or places to eat. I highly recommend booking your stay with them!
• Peter (10/5): Our go to place in San Pedro! - Our go to place in San Pedro! Friendly staff, the place is always clean and has everything you need for an extended stay. Comfy bed, kitchen is well equipped, and you can't beat the view! A lot of restaurants & bars within walking distance.

• Erika (10/5): - This is a cute place in a great location. The 1 bedroom unit was more than adequate with a full fridge, toaster and coffee maker. The room is sort of small and I wouldn't try to put a third adult in the futon but it is good for 2 people, especially when you spend most of your time outside. We intended to rent a golf cart for at least part of our stay, but found we could walk pretty much anywhere we wanted to go so didn't bother. There are plenty of restaurants and bars very nearby. You can use the pool at Seven Seas next door. Mandy and Kevin were very helpful with answering questions. I would recommend this place.

Great location to just walk to many restaurants and the Nauti Crab next door has something going on every day to keep you busy. Kevin and Mandy can the managers were always making sure we had everything needed.

• Pat (10/5): Mandy rocks the casbah - Super nice place to stay, newly renovated with some class. Has exactly what you need for a few days or longer, and centrally located to get just about anywhere. What makes this place really shine is Mandy, she is the property manager and goes the extra mile to make sure you are comfortable and have everything you need for the stay. She is well connected on the island and knows the place very well.

• Mark (10/5): Great location - This property had recently been renovated. It was well equipped, clean and tidy. There are only 6 units and no onsight office. They have a worker who is there in the morning to clean up but if you need anything they are a whatsapp call away and very responsive. We particularly enjoyed the front porch, hammock and view. The location is perfect for it's close proximity to town as it's very walkable. The only thing missing is a private pool. Hopefully that is something they will consider in the future. However we had access to the pool next door. There is a beach in front but it's not really a swimmable area as there is some boat traffic. There wasn't a safe in the room which we would have liked and they only gave us one jug (1 gal?) of water for our entire stay (1 week). Luckily for us we were able to buy a large water jug and dispenser from the property next door to use for our stay. Otherwise, we would have had to go out and buy water on a daily basis. We typically drank 2 gallons of water per day (especially in the August heat) so this was a big inconvenience for us. However, we wouldn't hesitate to stay at this property again based on location, amenities and cleanliness.
• Marie H (10/5): Great beachside suite in San Pedro - Great communications from the management even before my arrival. They provided lots of great info about the location via an app, which allowed me to expedite my checkin process as well. A rep was waiting for me as soon as I arrived on site. The suite is brand new and next to the beach with a hammock right outside on the balcony. There’s a kitchenette and fridge and drinking water. When I couldn’t find the remote for the AC unit, they responded immediately and sent someone to fix the issue. Highly recommended!

• Verified traveler (4/5): - Liked the view and the patio. Location was great. Staff on-site Marlena was great. Fridge started to leak. Window coverings stained. Walls stained. Shower was broken. Shower head was corroded with green slime. Drain didn’t work so you showered in a wading pool. Overall Shower didn’t function properly. Bed was horrible. Springs poking you. Could not sleep through even one night. Was so happy manager offered me a full refund after I said complained. Unfortunately he also contradicts me and said the shower drain was fine when it was not. • OhJimmyMac (10/5): - My experience could not have been better. Location was just North of downtown and a short walk to everything we wanted. The staff was unfailingly accommodating and we wanted for nothing. Just what we needed on our vacation. And the view was astonishing!
