The apartment was very clean and has many amenities that make the stay comfortable. Due to space limitations, the beds are placed close together. Therefore, there is only one way in and out, making movement somewhat difficult. Only keep this in mind if you have any mobility issues. In general, the beds are comfortable.

- J SERN (9/5): 4 Nights in Central Kyoto. - Convenient location in Kawaramachi, around 5 mins walk to closest subway and 8-10 mins walk to the main commercial street/Nishiki market. Close enough to the commercial hub but it remains a quiet neighbourhood. Around 10 mins taxi ride to Kyoto Station. Comfortable beds and apartment in a quaint neighbourhood. Pantry area was a little cramped, and limited plug points even for the kettle boiler.

La chambre disposait de tout les équipements dont nous pouvions avoir besoin, et le confort était super. La communication avec l’hôte c’est déroulé sans problème et nous avons très bien été guidé pour le Check-in. Je recommande vivement !

- Yukiko (7/5): 楽しかったです‼︎ - 近くに駐車場が多かったので良かったのとバスや地下鉄の駅も近ったので公共の乗り物を使っても不便さは感じ無かったです。素泊まりする人には良いと思います。施設内は、きれいでした。 wi-Hiを無料で使わせてもらったのは良かったけど、機械にホコリが付いていたのが少し残念でした。 テレビがあったら最高でした‼︎

- 佳鴻 (10/5): 這跟本住宿點無關，整體上找不到便宜的超市。這跟大阪的生活體驗有些不同，感覺京都就是觀光導向，物價相對高一點點。 - 距離四條地鐵地超近的，大丸百貨及商圈也很近，走出去大馬路邊就有公車站，不管要去東邊的清水寺及西邊的嵐山也十分方便。整體住宿感覺很安靜，一層只有2間，不大容易遇到其它住客，整體體驗很棒，該有的設施都有，冰箱、洗衣機、電磁爐、小烤箱、鍋碗刀筷一應具全，有很棒的住宿感。 惟一缺點，一開始找不到招牌遶了快5分鐘，因為它是放在內側牆壁上，不容易發現入口。
- Julieta (9/5): - Las instalaciones estaban muy prolijas y reflejaba lo que se ve en las fotos. La zona del baño lavadero era muy cómoda. Nos resultó muy útil que contará con mesas y sillas. Próxima a lugares de interés. Buena cantidad de comercios alrededor. El espacio en el que se encontraban las camas resultaba incómodo para acceder. Resultó también muy molesto e invasivo el olor a cigarrillo que varias veces al dia ingresaba,.supongo que desde otro balcón del edificio. Si no fuera por tanto olor a cigarrillo nuestra estadía hubiera sido muy superior.

Máquina de lavar roupa disponível no quarto, com sabão disponível, e que também seca (apenas com vento, porém pendurando as roupas nos cabides elas amanhecem secas). Tamanho do quarto pequeno para acomodar malas de 4 pessoas. Durante a estadia acabou o sabonete líquido para mãos e banho, porque o frasco não estava cheio, o que poderia ter sido observado e evitado. Poderia ter ganchos para pendurar roupas e bolsas na parede. A qualidade das pantufas não era boa, e acabaram rasgando durante a estadia (é solicitado que se retire os sapatos na entrada do quarto, o que acho muito correto).

- YC (8/5): Great stay in 4 rooms for a party of six. - Location very good close to the western side of the Shijo station. Quiet. Restaurants and Family Mart nearby. Apartment well equipped. Washing machine quick and easy to use. Lighting could be brighter. Beds very big but takes up the length of the room so one has to climb in doggy style from the foot of the bed. Address is confusing to taxi drivers, one refused to take us from the other side of the Shijo station even though a member of our party was using a cane.

- Shien Wei (9/5): Will stay again if ever in Kyoto. - Check in was easy with an electronic check in system and a pin code for the door. Location was decent and near the restaurants and shops. There's also a Family Mart just around the corner. Nothing I can think of.

The washing machine water pipe was clogged and caused flooding until outside the bathroom. The host was quick to send someone to unclog the pipe, which we really appreciated. But there was always a disgusting odour that remained for days afterwards, which really affected our stay.

Everything was neat and clean . We liked having a washer . It was very well located near public transport (subway and bus nearby ) and plenty of restaurants within walking distance .
