- عبدالله (9/5): الفندق ممتاز فيما يقدمون وما هو تحت إدارتهم وتصرفهم وأما ما هو خارج ارادتهم وإدارتهم فمعذورين - موقع الفندق بالنسبة لبيت الله الحرام ليس بعيدا ويعتبر مميز الى حد ما - التعامل ممتاز - الخدمات لا بأس - الشارع العام ليس بالبعيد وليس بالقريب جيد - المطاعم وما في حكمها ليست بعيدة صعوبة توفر خدمة الباصات او التكاسي التي تنقل الساكنين الى موقع بيت الله الحرام - لا يوجد مواقف تتسع للجميع يتوجب علي الوقوف بعيدا عن الفندق والوصول للفندق ماشيا

- salman (1/5): - للأسف حجزت مؤكد بالبوكينج وتكبدت عناء السفر من مكان بعيد وعند الوصول لأستقبال الفندق اخبرني موظف الاستقبال ان حجزي لاغي من عندهم واطلعت الموظف على صورة الحجز المؤكد وابلغني مالنا علاقة بالحجز المؤكد بالوكينج لازم تتصل على الفندق هاتفياً !!!!!
- Irhad (8/5): Great value for money, great staff, amazing owner, nice location. Rooms could use some sprucing up. - The staff was superb, especially the owner. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They were very helpful and accommodating. Our room was at the ground floor and very accessible. There was a free parking on both sides of the building. Good location in our opinion, as long as you are aware you are not in a walking distance to the haram and you set your expectations. Value for money was great. We would gladly stay here again. Room furniture was a bit dingy, but it's understandable considering this is supposed to be a budget place. While there is a free shuttle it does not arrive/depart as often as shuttles of big hotels closer to haram. It also does not take you all the way to the haram but rather to another bus station where you switch over to another bus that goes all the way to the haram.
