• Amir (1/5): Bad - I am writing to formally complain about a deeply disappointing experience I had with a reservation made through your platform. I booked a room at Hotel Hulk for the night of April 18, and received a confirmation from Booking.com. After a long overnight journey, I went directly to the hotel, only to be told that I had arrived too late for check-in and that my room had been given away. I was left without a place to sleep for the night, despite having a confirmed reservation. At no point during the booking process was I clearly informed that arriving at a certain time would result in the cancellation of my reservation. Had I been properly notified, I would have made arrangements to arrive earlier or contacted the hotel in advance. This experience caused significant stress and inconvenience, especially after an exhausting night of travel. I believe this reflects a failure on the part of either the hotel or Booking.com to honor a confirmed booking. I am requesting fair compensation for the trouble caused and expect your prompt response and resolution of this issue.

• Niraj (3/5): Poor - spacious room. Furnitures and room decorations are old and deteriorated. Showers were malfunctioning and the bath tub was useless. There were no toothbrush and tooth paste and when asked, the hotel didnt provide it which seems like a basic amenity.

• Neupane (1/5): Worst Hotel ever stayed. I recon Booking.com should remove the hotel from its listing - There was noting to like about the property. The room was dirty, and the bed sheets were not properly cleaned. Bad smell was coming from the room. Even the washrooms were filthy. I regret to pay the charges. I booked the room for 2 nights however I couldn’t stay more than 1 night and had to check out next day. I got allergies all over my body due to bed bugs. I want the refund. I booked the hotel because of Booking.com listing.

• Saugata (4/5): Except the few bad experience everything was ok - The property was clean, with big room and good location, the staff in the day shift was very helpful and polite. The night staff was bit rude in communication, lift was shutdown by 10 PM and the nigh staff was very reluctant in switching it on as our room was on the 4th floor, after several request he switched it on, before check out we requested for hot water to take bath but the the night staff bluntly refuse to on the hot water before 7 AM that was very much annoying.

ITS TOO BAD TO SAY THAT HOTEL IS CHARGING 5OONR PER PERSON, IF MORE THAN 2 PERSONS ACCOMMODATED IN SUPERIOR FAMILY ROOM. IT MUST NOT BE CHARGED/ REFUNDED.
